- SABRINA (8/5): - Nous n’avions pas d’électricité dans la chambre. L’hôtesse nous a changer de chambre mais ensuite c’est la clim qui ne fonctionnait pas dans la nouvelle chambre.

- Murielle (4/5): Sejour gâché par l’odeur persistante et nuisible des sargasses - Hôtel bien situé à proximité de restaurants. Cadre agréable dans l’ensemble. Personnel de nettoyage efficace et professionnel. Aucune solution apportée concernant l’odeur nauseabonde et nuisible des sargasses envahissant la plage. On nous a carrément repondu de faire avec. On a payé 800 euros pour 5 jours sans pouvoir profiter de la plage de l’hôtel ni de la chambre car l’odeur de sargasse envahissait la chambre. On avait la tete qui tournait mais aucun geste commercial n’a été fait et on ne nous avait pas signalé ce problème de sargasses avant notre arrivée. On a été traité avec beaucoup de mépris et de dédain.

- Eileen (8/5): I hope Le Gosier soon becomes a worthy tourist destination - A lovely welcome from Marvella, and help from Natasha in reception. The hotel was not very busy, and we actually had the pool to ourselves for most of the day. We had great entertainment one night in La Pelican bar, and all the staff were so very friendly. We hope Guadeloupe will become a worthy destination, as with its neighbouring islands, but work needs to be done to encourage tourists, especially with its small beach. On arrival, we had two towels. The next day, only one used towel was left and was still there for our third day. Reception had two clean towels delivered quickly. Despite mesh along the windows, birds were still flying about during breakfast, pouncing on any table with food. I had covered my bread, and was told I must not take food out. I tried to explain why I had covered it, but they did not understand. The beach needs attention. You had to almost climb over the seaweed to get to the sea, so we stayed by the pool.

Le petit déjeuner copieux et le buffet au dîner à 34€ très variés. La sécurité des lieux et le grand parking gratuit.j’ai fait 5 nuits à cet hôtel. Je vous conseille. Pas trop aimé ce sont les merles et les poules au petit déjeuner qui viennent nombreux à picorer dans les assiettes sans que personne ne vienne les chasser. Et les 3 coqs qui vivent dans la cour de l’hôtel et qui chantent tous les heures jour et nuit

- JeanMi (7/5): Endroit correct mais pas éblouissant - Les places à la plage et à la piscine étaient confortables et suffisamment nombreuses pour tous les clients de ce mois de mars. Personnel du petit déjeuner très sympathique. Ambiance chaleureuse Une soirée Salsa ... mais payante. Cette hôtel est passé à côté du tourisme "vert". Scooters des mers bruyants et mal odorants au lieu d'équipements style planches à voile, kite ou wings alors qu'il y avait du vent. De la peine à réapprovisionner les denrées manquantes du petit déjeuner. Pas d'activité pour les jeunes style Beach Volley. Peu de choix au restaurant de la plage. Trop de juke food, pas assez de plats antillais.

- Marc (6/5): Pas à la hauteur - Établissement vétuste et très mal rénové, pas à la hauteur du standing que l’ont peut en attendre. Même pas une bouteille d’eau dans le réfrigérateur ! Petite attention que l’ont peut a dans une simple location saisonnière Malgré tout l’emplacement est bien situé et les extérieurs sont très bien
- Marc (7/5): Bien para familias, pero algo dejado - En primera línea de playa. Y un desayuno bufet muy completo! A veces el ascensor no funcionaba, si vas con gente mayor es muy molesto. Y se nota que necesita una buena renovación, tanto las habitaciones como las instalaciones están algo obsoletas. El armario justo si vas para pasar varios días.

- Marco (6/5): Non ci tornerei se non per la posizione e il parcheggio per l’autovettura - La posizione è ottima e la parte esterna è bella. Lo staff non è particolarmente collaborativo. La cassaforte in camera era sprovvisto del lucchetto che ho richiesto alla reception e che non ho avuto per i 3 giorni di permanenza. Ho avuto un problema sanitario e ho richiesto allo staff se potevano fornirmi il numero di un medico. Invece di propormi di chiamare loro (il mio francese è piuttosto scarso), si sono limitati a darmi un biglietto con il numero di telefono. La colazione è stata buona il primo giorno perché per effetto del jet lag l’ho fatta alle 6.30, nei giorni successivi ad un orario diverso, era un po’ scarsa perché alcune cose erano finite.

- Karin (6/5): Hotelanlage schön, dazugehörender Strand eher klein und viel Müll, Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut - Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Von den vier vorhandenen Kaffeemaschinen war eine immer defekt und je nach Zeit, hatte es nur noch in einer Bohnen, was die Schlange anstehender Gäste sehr lang machte. Aber der Kaffe war gut. Das Bett war sehr hart und unbequem. Wir schliefen kaum und standen jeden Morgen mit mit Schmerzen auf. Für den Safe gab es kein Schloss/Schlüssel. Diese mussten gegen Aufpreis beim Empfang geholt werden. Leider hatten sie nach zwei Tagen und dreimal Vertrösten immer noch keinen Passenden für unseren Safe. Für das es zur Zimmereinrichtung gehört, ist das nicht sehr Kundenfreundlich.

- Kylie (7/5): A solid stay :) - Dated hotel but all we needed. Nice pool and common area facilities, decent beach. As a small family we stayed in the apartments which allowed us the freedom to prepare our own breakfast and keep food on hand. Location was terrific - enough good restaurants within walking distance and solid proximity to visit both sides of the island. Apartments didn’t offer a sea view but what do you do
- richard (7/5): Établissement agréable et bien situé - Une situation géographique parfaite avec une plage au pied de l’hôtel et des activités à proximité. Le personnel est très accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. L’établissement mériterait un peu de rafraîchissement.

- CROZE (8/5): en résumé le séjour était très agréable - le petit déjeuner en terrasse est très sympatique, la plage est aussi assez agréable, le parking avec portail est très sécurisant l'ascensseur était en panne et le wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre

- haya (6/5): - הצוות השתדל לעזור. הסכימו לבטל לילה שני בבנין קליפר. החדר הראשון היה בקליפר. מאד ישן ולא נעים. ביקשנו לעבור לסלאקו. החדר בסלאקו היה יותר גדול והיה יותר נעים לשהות בו. אין מה לעשות בסביבה.
