Guest Reviews
- Thao (8/5): -
- purnell (5/5): - Location was good. Room and bathroom were ok. Reception staff were great and breakfast was ok. Smell coming from bathroom was a bit much, room needs a freshen up
- Alexandra (8/5): -
- Charlene Fenech (7/5): - Perfect location. Staff are very nice. Could do we done upkeep.
- Vladislav (10/5): -
- Arlyn (8/5): - The room and bed size are acceptable. There is water leaking in the toilet and the sink is clogged.
- Lisa (6/5): Convenient location, great room configurations, friendly staff. Budget hotel, price reflects quality. - Easy check in and friendly staff. The room was large with 2 double beds & lots of storage space. The bathroom was very dirty.
- Zuzana (10/5): Exceptional - The owner, breakfast and surrounding, everything amazing. nothing :-)
- Cheng (8/5): Very good - Breakfast was okay Our first room was leaking water, they did replace our room immediately.
- Ahmed (9/5): Great Stay. - after arrivning in Sapa by bus the hotel staff brought us to their another building which looked much better than the one shown in pictures. The staff was very kind and helpful she offered us discount on massage & spa and even helped us book funicular and cable to Fansipan mount.
Rooms were nice and beds were very comfortable and cozy. Hotel location was absolutely great as it was within the town and you can easily walk to the lake. Rooms were a bit small and there was no street view.
- Mathilde (8/5): Very good -
- Düş (9/5): Superb -
- Rui (5/5): Passable -
- Pundarika (10/5): Comfy and Full Facilities with Affordable Price - The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing, I love their pho and french toast. The room and bathroom was very clean, there are fully functional. They have early check in with best price. They will prioritize your comfy and happiness due the time. The place location was very strategic to Sapa Centre and Bus Station, You better stayed in here!
- Eden (10/5): Amazing stay - Found the location amazing, so easy to walk around and see everything. Property itself was lovely and looked very nice, room was large and spacious with a balcony that had a lovely view of the city. We really enjoyed the massage salon connected into the hotel from the lobby. The staff were so lovely and accommodating, spoke very good English. Room was very clean Bed was a bit hard, could somewhat feel the springs in the bed
- Cleto (10/5): Exceptional -
- Suraj (9/5): Superb - Hotel was pretty good. Staff are helpful. They offered discount on spa and massage. Also they adjusted day for our breakfast as we had to check out early morning at 6.00 am and catch bus to hanoi
- Janelle (8/5): We had only one night to stay and had only a short time in the accommodation. Sapa Luxury Hotel was perfect for our need - After travelling by bus to the accommodation we were able to check in early and then get on our way up the Mountain to Mt Fansipan. Although the accommodation was basic, it suited our needs perfectly! N/a
- Emma (5/5): Passable -
- Julie (10/5): Fantastic, would stay again! - The lady and gentleman that work at the front desk are exceptional. So incredibly kind and considerate but not overbearing. The room is located well, very clean, a good size and well apointed for a lovely stay. The air conditioner worked well but I loved that I also had a window i could open. Breakfast was also great. The massages they offer on the ground floor are also verry good.
I was in vietnam for almost 2 months and this was my favourite hotel. Nothng that i can thnk of
- Jan-eric (7/5): good, but images are misleading - Fill up with free drinking water
warm shower water
Motorcycle rental was good and I got a very modern motorcycle
also possible to rent the bike for half a day and pay a lower price
Wifi
Shower gel and shampoo available
Location
Manager speaks English and can be reached quickly via whatsapp
Manager is very nice
During my 2-day hike I was able to leave my luggage safely at the reception
Very clean apart from a few dark hairs Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is shown large in the pictures. However, there was NO buffet on 2 out of 3 days, only a choice of menu. In addition, breakfast ends at 8:30 a.m. On the one day when there was a buffet, it was rather small. It definitely did NOT look like the pictures, which made me feel a bit cheated. I therefore had to deduct a few points from the rating here. Apart from that, the hotel was really good for the price. However, I attach great importance to a fresh buffet and chose the hotel partly because of the buffet pictures, which simply do not correspond to reality
Relatively loud if you have a room on the street
some dark long hair in the room
there is a very squeaky plastic sheet (or something similar) under the bed sheets

- Matei (9/5): Overall great stay and good value for the money and facilities - Lovely hosts, great massage and hot bath downstairs, large room and comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast. If you have a room with street view, you might hear the traffic in the morning. One night the hot water did not work in my room.
- Alyssa (9/5): Superb -
- Cody (8/5): Very good -
- Jakub (7/5): Good - Very nice service, helpful lady, brekfast was also good Everything was ok
- Isabella (9/5): Lovely comfortable hotel and staff! - Lovely comfortable beds, they allowed us to check in after a night bus at 2am. Freshly cooked breakfast included. The staff are all super friendly. Facilities are great. It is slightly out of main Sapa tourist area but very close to the bus station which was great for us - but otherwise it is brilliant.
- Ariestya (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel was quite generous offering us individual breakfast menu and specially cooked vegetarian menu.
Location is quite strategic in town so we could walk down to the center area where there is Sun plaza.
- Mireille (10/5): Cozy and family-friendly - The owners of the hotel were really friendly and helped us a lot. They helped us buy the tickets to Fansipan and to go trekking to some villages. They even gave us discounts on foot massages. We recommend! Thank you
- Viginia (10/5): You will rest very well here. - Very comfortable beds, we had an excellent rest in this hotel. The owner was very kind and helped us to arrange the bus tickets to go back to Hanoi. We also have a very nice massage in this place.
- Stephanie (10/5): One in Million - Very nice hotel with great amenities. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful, answering many questions and assisting with transportation requests. Nice breakfast options and it was served very fast. The Wi-Fi was slow or unreliable.
- Andre (10/5): Great value for the money, tasty breakfast, good location and very helpful staff - This place is a great deal in Sapa. It is located right in the middle of everything, which makes it easier for pickups and other things. The staff is really nice and helpful, and ways were looking for ways to help. The room was spacious, and it had all the amenities expected for this type of hotel. The breakfast was really good. The wifi is on an open signal and a bit unreliable sometimes. But it was not a big issue for me.
- Thanh (10/5): Best hotel owner -
- Ajay (9/5): Superb - The owner at the reception Mrs.Lan was very helpful and nice to talk to. Came early specially to help us with our breakfast before checking out of the hotel. Room were clean and breakfast decent.
- Francesca (8/5): Very good -
- Noel (10/5): Super friendly and welcoming staff, clean and big rooms. In Addition the food was amazing and cooked with lots of love. -
- Antoni (10/5): Exceptional - Owner was helpful
- Anita (9/5): Superb - Very helpful staff, good location for the bus and a comfortable room Nothing
- Atikah (6/5): Pleasant - Staff helpfull Just okay
- Ouliana (6/5): Super convenient hotel for night checking - The hotel location is ideally located in Sapa for late check in. It’s very convenient if you arrive in the night with bus at any time (3min by walk).
The breakfast is amazing and the staff super kind and helpful. The bed is super hard. The window was not closing properly which made the room super noisy with the barking dogs and bikes on the road.
- Peng (10/5): Easy, cooperative, accommodative - The staff was really accommodating, allowing for early check in and allowing us to use the bathroom for free even after check-out hours! We had to use it before catching our overnight bus back to Hanoi. It's located really close to the bus I took (SaoViet), saved me the trouble to call a taxi and risk getting scammed. There is also massage services at the hotel, allowing good rest after a big day of walking. The hotel was apparently repainted and looks very clean. It is slightly further from the city centre, but I wouldn't call it a disadvantage given the affordable hotel fee. It's only 7 minutes walk away, probably nitpicking here.
- Gabriel (8/5): Very good - The location was near the night market so we didn't miss it. The breakfast was very very generous and we could pick more than 1 meal type if we were hungry. The staff were generous too. Had cakes and fruits on the table, coffee tee etc. They could check us in in the middle of the night too. Bed was tough, really rough.
We had some noise from the street in the morning and it was felt in the room. The area around the hotel was a bit dirty and bleh.
- Sophie (9/5): Superb - Great location, staff were lovely, very comfortable
- Raz (9/5): Superb -
- Nuria (5/5): Passable - Bed The app says that the reception is open 24h, we arrived at 4am (something very usual in sapa because of the bus timetables) and the hotel was closed. We had to wait outside until 6am.
The bathroom is not really clean and the breakfast is not what expecting.. the milk was yellow.. a bit disgusting.
- Helena (9/5): Lovely stay in Sapa - I had a very comfortable stay in Sapa Luxury hotel. The room was large and bed super comfy. The owners are a lovely couple, very kind and ready to help with anything anytime. They booked the trekking tour for me late at night and also gave me some helpful travel recommendations. After the tour when I came to pick up my luggage, they offered me to have a shower. I also had a lovely massage here. This hotel is definitely a great value for money.
- Isabel (9/5): Great value for money - The room was big and clean. The bed confortable. Breakfast was good. Great value for money.
- Katharina (10/5): Exceptional - We hat a spacious Room with big windows. Although they are facing the street, it is not noisy at all. Had a good massage as well. And the staff cleaned our hiking boots for free! Really great experience.
- Natalia (7/5): Nice and helpful hotel staff, comfortable beds. Breakfast was quite ok. Hotel tours to the village and motorbike rental -
- Sandra (6/5): Adequate for 1 night - Central location Basic room and facilities. Cleanliness could be improved
- Oliver (10/5): lovely family business hotel - - the lovely family business
- close to city center, but not in the party zone

- they really know what service is, like water on checkout, bathroom use, friendly smile - the music from the dumb shop next to the hotel ... but just at daytime
- Jonathon (10/5): Exceptional - We enjoyed our stay here. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. It was great having breakfast included so we didn’t have to worry about finding our own.
Location is very close to all the buses so when we arrived late at night we were able to checkin and sleep! Also we had a night bus to catch and they allowed us to have a really late checkout for a small charge We had a mountain facing room and there was karaoke music playing loud at night. Wasn’t an issue for us as it finishes around 10pm
- Lien (10/5): great location, clean room, comfortable beds, very nice breakfast, and exceptional service - the room was clean, bed very comfortable , breakfast was really good wit lots of fruit, location is only 10 minutes walking away from the noisy town center. the owner is very accommodating for our 5am arrival, arranging trekking tour and transportation to our next destination . thank you so much for making our Sapa trip wonderful and memorable.
- Ramona (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rachel (10/5): Exceptional - we arrived in Sa pa in pouring rain and thick fog . The owner of the hotel lent us warm coats and umbrellas . Her kindness was appreciated . Remember you don’t get 5 star accommodation if you’re paying less than £20 B&B a night !!!

- Jenn (8/5): Location was handy with a cafe around the corner, bakery beside hotel, and supermarket up the street. I would stay here - Breakfast was great, she is a great cook. Little small for 4 persons with 2 double beds. No place to keep luggage for 4 persons.

They helped us a lot both in booking a motorbike and in keep our luggage when we were away for a few days. They also organized trekking for us in the surrounding villages.
