• Martinez (1/5): Mal servicio - Nada todo sucio y mal servicio La alberca sucia con muchos insectos y basura. En el cuarto que nos brindaron la cama dura y no habia agua caliente. Además fueron muy tarde a limpiar o recoger basuras etc. Al entrar me cobraron 50 dlls que para depósito por si hay daño No respetaron la reservación con la entrada temprano y salida más tarde que era la promoción

They are a money hungry business, their employees, especially Sonia, have no hospitality training. I was rudely interrupted during my shower to pay for a dog that is not mine. When I told her she interrupted my shower, her immediate response was “well I didn’t tell you to come right now?!?” As if I don’t have my own schedule. As if I can just come whenever Sonia wants. After I paid the fee for the dog that again was not mine, she still kept yelling obscenities at me. After demanding an apology from me, she attempted to withhold the key to the room I had ALREADY paid for. Skip this place, go anywhere else. There’s tons of little hotels around the same area that I’m sure will treat you better and aren’t money hungry to charge you for their mistakes. Absolutely disgusting treatment by the staff. Their management is corrupt and I do believe they will attempt to scam as many guests as they can.

• Nefriz Yahayra (8/5): Overall was a good stay, I’ll consider it for future occasions - The room was very big, pool nice and clean The stairs to second floor are uncomfortable, pool opens late, one hour before checkout, room was mostly clean but there was few details that made feel they sloppy about the cleanliness, I saw a sandal below one of the beds, a long hair in the hand towels and the plug for the tub didn’t fit

El piso estaba lamoso (sucio), el a/c muy ruidoso, la cama rechinando e incómoda, y bastante humedad dentro del cuarto. Nos cambiaron de habitación y fué lo mismo. En mi experiencia, bajó mucho de categoría.
