• Sylvia (1/5): Hotel niet beschikbaar dit is niet gemeld van te voren - Ligging Helaas toen wij bij het hotel aankwamen wat we al een half jaar ervoor geboekt hadden bleek het hotel ‘Under construction’ we konden er niet verblijven en moesten naar een ander hotel
• Rozenn (1/5): - Nous sommes arrivés à 3h du matin, l’hôtel était vide, un homme nous a accueilli en disant que l hôtel est en travaux et que c’était notifié sur le site ( totalement faux car il est toujours possible de réserver actuellement). Nous avons dû reprendre un autre hôtel et nous n’avons pas eu de remboursement de cet hôtel !

• Мурзин (1/5): Never again! - That was aweful - the hotel just refused to accept me despite I had my reservation already paid. Then I waste about 3 hours to try to explain the problem to hotel staff, they lied to me several times, then manage Booking.com claim, spent money for 2 international calls for about an hour (speaking to AI and awaiting mostly), then to find out another more expensive hotel, reach it etc. I did not get my rest, I was in danger etc, just because of scam hotel guys, and also due to absolutely inresponsible Booking.com. So, my experience - never again! Booking.com just gets money and then is responsible for nothing. They offered me 14 EUR of compensation. No way, guys! Leave that money with you, as I lost much much more because of you, so that was the last time I paid using Booking.com.
• Ella (1/5): - It would be good if the reception staff paid more attention to the way they communicate with hotel guests. Then the hotel’s system could run in a more organised and appropriate way. I want to share my experience to warn others. We had a booking at this hotel from the 2nd to the 4th. When we arrived late at night, it was already obvious something was wrong — there were no lights on at all. At first, we thought maybe the reception lights were just off, but at the entrance we were met by two men who, quite rudely, told us the hotel was closed and that “the money would be returned”. However, there was no cancellation on the booking, and the payment had already been taken. They took us to a nearby hotel and basically told them, “deal with it yourselves”. The staff there initially refused to check us in, saying it wasn’t their responsibility. I had to go back and argue why I should be dealing with this at all, when my booking was with the original hotel. Eventually, another man showed up and said they would cover the cost, so we were finally checked into the neighbouring hotel. But that wasn’t the end of it. The next day, when we returned, our belongings had already been packed. We were asked if we wanted to extend our stay. I explained that we had already paid for two nights, and at first they agreed. However, the following morning we were told we couldn’t leave until we paid for the second night. So essentially, we had already been charged for the original hotel, but they were trying to charge us again at the second hotel. Meanwhile, the reception at the original hotel was always empty — no one there to speak to or resolve anything. Luckily, one of the staff members at the second hotel was understanding. She knew how bookings work and realised we were being charged twice, so she personally contacted the owners to sort it out. In the end, we lost half a day, a lot of time, and a lot of nerves, and it nearly disrupted our travel plans. Overall, this felt extremely unprofessional, aggressive, and honestly quite close to a scam. ⚠️ Important: This hotel is not actually operating.

• Roberta (1/5): Pessimo servizio, non hanno minimamente gestito il disguido - Nulla non abbiamo potuto soggiornare dato che ci hanno comunicato solo al nostro arrivo che l’hotel era sotto ristrutturazione e che non potevano farci nulla nonostante la nostra prenotazione é avvenuta 5 mesi fa. Lo staff rimasto non parlava nemmeno inglese, nessun avviso ma soprattutto non ci hanno trovato un’altra camera senza pagare. Ci hanno pappato una camera a 60€ affianco all’hotel. Prendere o lasciare. Erano le 9 di sera.

• Iryna (1/5): Худшее место, не рекомендую оставаться даже на 1 ночь. - Отель расположен недалеко от аэропорта. Сам номер по размеру хороший. И первые дни даже был теплый. Нет ничего из того, что заявлено на сайте booking.com: ни спа, ни ресторана (хотя на отеле висит вывеска «Anatolia Park Hotel restaurant and spa”), ни сейфа, ни утюга, ни кофемашины. А через три дня пропала горячая вода и отопление. Постельное белье и полотенца сильно изношены, часы на всех этажах стоят. Фото завтрака прикладываю. Такая тарелочка на каждого и все. В один из дней не было даже чая. Раза три к такой тарелочке подавалось горячее: овощи, картофель фри и сосиски. Ни один вопрос на ресепшен решить невозможно. Учитывая, что оплатили мы отель ещё в августе, когда рейтинг был выше 8, а деньги нам ни отель, ни букинг не вернул, нам, к сожалению, пришлось остаться до конца оплаченного срока.

• Zeynep (1/5): Verschrikkelijk - Niets Ik wil hier eigenlijk mijn woorden niet eens aan vuil maken, maar mensen moeten gewaarschuwd worden. Dit hotel zou dringend gecontroleerd moeten worden. Elke avond tot in de vroege uurtjes was er extreem veel lawaai. De zogenaamde “bar/restaurant” boven bleek in werkelijkheid een soort nachtclub te zijn. De muziek stond zo luid dat we de bas door de vloer voelden dreunen. Daarnaast was er constant geschreeuw, gelach, gebonk en het dichtslaan van deuren. Mensen liepen onafgebroken in en uit het gebouw. Slapen was zo goed als onmogelijk. Wij verbleven op de tweede verdieping en konden alles duidelijk horen. De kamer zelf was allesbehalve proper. De matras zat met haren en vlekken — ronduit onhygiënisch. Alsof dat nog niet genoeg was, hebben onbekenden geprobeerd onze kamer binnen te komen. Dit kan gewoon niet!! Op een bepaald moment hing de gang vol rook, zonder zichtbare rookmelders of enige vorm van veiligheidscontrole. Overal werd gerookt, zelfs door personeel. Professionaliteit was ver te zoeken; bij het binnenkomen in de lobby kon er niet eens een begroeting vanaf. Wij hadden nochtans voor een volledige week geboekt, maar zijn na twee dagen vertrokken omdat het niet vol te houden was. Ons geld hebben we niet teruggekregen. Kort samengevat: vuil, onveilig en veel te luid. Zonde van het geld. Wij komen hier absoluut nooit meer terug en raden dit hotel sterk af.

We verbleven op het 2e verdiep en konden tot 5u in de morgen niet slapen. Politie kwam 3 keer langs en geen nut

• Svetlana (6/5): - Бронировали номер люкс на 4 взрослых в 3-звёздочном отеле на 3 ночи. При бронировании на сайте было указано, что в отеле есть сауна и что из номера вид на горы, именно это и стало решающим фактором выбора. Мы заранее предупредили отель о позднем заселении (около 23:00), а уже в дороге дополнительно позвонили и сообщили, что приедем примерно в час ночи. Нам подтвердили, что нас ждут. Однако по факту, по приезде ночью, нас поставили перед фактом: забронированный люкс оказался на ремонте и будет доступен только на следующий день после обеда. В качестве временного решения нас заселили в номер, где в одной комнате стояла одна двуспальная кровать и две полуторные. Для четырёх взрослых это, мягко говоря, неудобно — ощущение ночёвки в лагере, а не в отеле. На следующий день нас переселили в «люкс», но: • вида на горы не было ни из одного окна • сауна не работала, также «на ремонте» (об этом при бронировании никто не предупреждал) Сам отель производит впечатление сильно уставшего: • в ванной сломанная плитка • очень старые, застиранные полотенца • номера прокуренные • общее состояние — неопрятное и давно требующее обновления Завтрак крайне скромный: • кофе нет, только чай • варёные яйца, омлет • минимен (очень жирный) • немного овощей (помидоры, огурцы), нарезки сыр, колбаса • хлеб, варенье Справедливости ради: позавтракать можно, чтобы не ехать голодными кататься в горы, но удовольствия или уюта от завтрака ждать не стоит.

• Viktoriia (6/5): - The number turned out to be exactly like in the photo. Everything is fine. The first three days the heating was so strong that it was very hot in the room. We opened the windows to air out the room, but we couldn't do that for a long time because it was freezing outside. Every evening there was really loud music playing, and it wouldn't turn off even at 2:00 a.m. How could you fall asleep??? You come home from skiing and want to sleep, but it's not that easy! We could hear voices, laughter, strange and very loud knocks on the walls that woke us up.

• Rosângela (5/5): Má experiência. - Em primeiro lugar, tenho que deixar claro que só passei uma noite. Eu tinha visto alguns comentários no booking, mas como era para passar só uma noite, preferi arriscar. Bom em relação ao banheiro ( casa de banho) é realmente muito pequeno e o vaso sanitário é dentro do espaço do box onde tomamos banho. Isso é um pouco incomum. Mas o que mais me incomodou foi o cheiro de fumo o tempo todo dentro do quarto que eu não sei de onde vinha. Não sei se é do fato de eles colocarem umas latas com brasas para aquecer do frio e nos estávamos justamente no primeiro andar. Portanto, o que para mim foi imperdoável foi este cheiro a fumo dentro do quarto. Também em comparação a hotéis em Goreme na Capadócia, que era o nosso destino, o valor do hotel acabou sendo desproporcional. Banheiro e cheiro muito forte de fumo dentro do quarto.

All of the doors to the rooms looked like they had been dented with a knife or some object similar to a knife.

• Irina (8/5): Отель расположен у дороги, но с закрытыми окнами было тихо! - Отель не первой свежести, но номер был очень чистый, а для нас это важно!, мы сняли двухкомнатный номер и он был очень просторным!!! Немного пахло табачным дымом!, нужно задуматься о некурящих номерах!
• Mikail (1/5): You can’t sleep because of sounds till 4 am - Le personnel est respectueux et professionnel J’étais dans cet hôtel il y a 2 ans et le restaurant a été transformé en sorte de boîte de nuit ou bordel on ne sait pas trop où vous entendez de la musique jusqu’à 4h du matin, on entendait les basses de la musique malgré qu’on était au 2e étage et le son venant du 7e étage. Ceci n’est pas précisé sur la description de l’hôtel. Et le petit déjeuner a beaucoup perdu en goût et qualité. Je déconseille fortement pour les familles. Personnellement je n’ai pas pu dormir jusqu’à 4h du matin !!!

• Carlos (7/5): Satisfatória. - Tinha o propósito de ficar uma noite para pegar um vôo na madrugada seguinte, nisso a localização do hotel foi boa pois é perto do aeroporto e o quarto é de bom tamanho e confortável, bom banheiro e boas camas. O ar refrigerado do quarto não funcionou, sinal fraco de internet e apesar da cortesia, tivemos dificuldades de comunicação, pois os recepcionistas não falam inglês.

Qualche schiamazzo dalle camere. Per finire la città, nonostante sia grande, offre veramente poco da vedere o praticamente niente.

• Mahmood (3/5): Dirty, dissatisfying experience - The breakfast was average, there is no coffee machine, only instant coffee, no one speaks English so the can’t help you with what you want The rooms are not like what the fotos show at all, there’s exposed wires on the ceiling, the bathroom walls are dirty as well as the bedroom walls, automatic heating that can’t be set lower and when you go down to reception to complain about it, they don’t speak English nor can help in any way
• Youssouf (3/5): Unsafe hotel, not recommended. Avoid at all costs. - The sauna was free for self use but not clean. Unsafe hotel. The night front desk employee didn’t give us time to talk didn’t show any respect. We were in the 5th floor and a restaurant bar with loud music until 1 am on the 7th floor. No way to sleep before a lot of noise. I went down asking the reception at night to find a solution : the guy didn’t speak English showing me translation that the music ends at 1 am I asked to change the floor he said ‘’ NO’’and he left. I was in front of the desk the guy didn’t respect I was talking to him he doesn’t listen and not even looking at me like I was begging. During my conversation a fight breaks out between a girl with her boyfriend/husband in front of a baby they went inside a room behind the reception we heard the scream of the girl things break, the guys in the hotel didn’t stop the fight or call the police they just hold the baby and let the mother be beaten. So noise from upstairs from the restaurant and noise from the fight. Unsafe place and I don’t recommend at all. After that I went to the restaurant asked them to lower the music the manager of the restaurant was nice and called the receptionist to ask him to change for us the room and then he did change us the room thanks to the restaurant manager.

• Giovana (9/5): Nice place to stay near the airport - The room was huge, the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great and had a lot of options. The location is really good, very close to the airport so very handy for someone arriving late like us. The staff was really friendly. There was street parking not far from the hotel. There was no coffee at breakfast, only tea (not a big deal but just pointing out) and the shower head was broken (also not a big deal as we were only there for 1 night).

• Tezar (9/5): It was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend this hotel for both its service and amenities - The hotel offers exceptional service, with a very friendly receptionist who provided me with great recommendations for places to visit in the Kayseri area. Although there aren't many well-known tourist spots, the staff went above and beyond to give me valuable information on hidden gems, which made my vacation much more exciting and enjoyable. I had requested adjacent rooms for our family vacation, and they accommodated this perfectly. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. Additionally, the hotel offers free parking, which was convenient as we had a car.
