- Murat (5/5): Eigentlich schönes Hotel - Nicht das bekommen wofür wir bezahlt haben - Eigentlich die Ausstattung, wenn diese zur Verfügung gestanden hätte. Die Sauna und das Fitnessstudio waren im Umbau und es gab kein entgegenkommen weder vom Hotel noch von booking selbst.

- Robin (7/5): God stay, terrible arrival experience - Balcony good, room clean and comfortable, gym and pool good. Appalling arrival experience. We booked the room from Friday night as we were travelling from England and wouldn't be arriving until 5.30am Saturday morning but wanted to check in straight away so we could sleep. We told the hotel on two occasions this would be happening before our arrival. When we arrived the young man at the desk said the Internet was down and he couldn't check us in and we could sit in a chair and sleep until maybe 7.00am or 8.00am when it would be working again. We were very tired and frustrated. How can a hotel in 2025 not be able to sign in guests who had told them they would be arriving at 5.30am just because the Internet had gone down. Surely the duty manager could have found us a room to sleep in, instead of leaving a young man to handle this. We understand it was not the young mans fault, but to not even be offered a drink of water or tea was very poor. We eventually got to our room 1 & 1/2 hrs later and went to bed. Of course we then missed breakfast which was also annoying. We were in the hotel for 3 days and no-one came to apologise. The manager surely must have known this had happened. I can't believe they didn't try and reach out and say sorry. It was if they just didn't care.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Absolutely rude staff, not worth a penny to spend - We stayed for 9 days over Christmas here and I can tell you we were absolutely shocked by level of their service and attitude towards us. The staff are not friendly in the spa area, they are rude and not attentive to your requests. When we requested to warm up the water for us a bit they refused but later that day we checked they warmed up for their local Turkish guests. Reception was as bad as swimming pool staff. Even they were telling our kids off when they were having fun using the swimming pool. The hotel is way far from the city centre, the only good note was a clean hotel.
- Ali (2/5): Not recommended - I won’t really recommend this hotel for tourists and families. It mostly used by local people and the service you get it is not professional and friendly. We had problem every day using pool and sauna. They only make the pool warm for people they prefer and despite mentioning many times the pool was cold water and also very rude staff as they always shout on kids. Simply avoid this hotel.

There were limited options, no availability of latte or cappuccino, and only one type of coffee—dark coffee. Additionally, the vegetables provided were of poor quality. Furthermore, I was disturbed by the noise in my room due to the single-glass windows. For a hotel of this standard, I expected double-glass windows to ensure soundproofing and a more comfortable stay.

Etkinlik alanına yakınlığı ve yaptığım incelemeler sonrası bu otele karar vermiştim. Misafir perverlikleri çözüm odaklı ilerlemeleri beni çok mutlu etti. Temizlik ve konfor yönünden çok rahattı. Bir sorun yaşamanız durumunda, oda değişimine kadar her türlü olanağı sunum uyguluyorlar. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ederim.

- Marif (10/5): Familien Hotel - Es ist ein schöner Stadhotel mit Kostenlosem Parkplatz der sehr wertvoll ist in Istanbul. Der Mitarbeiter der unsere Auto abnahm und unsere Koffer ins Zimmer brachte war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich kann diesen Hotel nur empfehle vor allem die Familienzimmer ist sehr gross

- Badral (8/5): Decent facility with a pool to enjoy - It was a decent establishment. Overall facility and comfort was good. Some deep cleaning of the hallway carpets and the bathroom tiles could lift the spirits of the place to a much better state.

- Davut (8/5): Good location close to the metro station - Good hotel for visiting Istanbul far from the crowd thanks to the metro station. The hotel looks nice and the lobby is very compact. Cleaning must be monitored more closely for the long staying people.

- Adem (10/5): - Cleanliness was excellent, staff helpful and services great, spa exceptional, communal areas very clean, bed and bedding wonderfully clean and pillows comfy, slept very well, I would say rooms need updating that is why they didn’t get 5 starts for this, there was lots of damage, plugs hanging off wall and with a child it was worrying, it could be exceptional with a little bit of care and attention as the spa is beautifully decorated, breakfast was great, dining area lovely and clean and shops across road very accessible for anything additional that was needed, I would suggest a few coat hooks by the front door of room as there is no where to hang coats/handbags etc

I already have the option to pay at the hotel. Why would Wyndham try to take amount from my credit card ? I arrived a little late but still arrived within that day.

- Miloš (4/5): Selling the experience not only the service - The whole concert of the hotel is great. Walls between the rooms ara not performed according to the standard. Made with one instead of 3 gipsum boards per each side of the wall, so I didn't sleep two nights because of the neighbourhood. Also, the SPA section is very cold, including the gym. Anyway, there (in the SPA) are a lot of things that a working team can do, and which is not investment for hotel.

Everything went well but I wanted to make a report about an unpleasant event .il day 19 c.m I took a taxi at 08.30 am as I found it outside the hotel that was waiting for a girl to take her to the university. The taxi driver told me he could take me to the center of istanbul.besides the fact that he took me about 1800 Turkish lira also charged me the double fare... I wanted to emphasize the dishonesty of the taxi driver.I wanted to point out that these people certainly do not make you a good advertisement ... I kindly ask you to have his name and email to have a comparison with him. The breakfast is amazing. With so much selection. I have been traveling to Turkey for many years and I have to say this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is so clean and professional. They made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I wish all of the hotels in Istanbul could be like this!

Horrible service i wanted to some ice in the bar, there was a woman that worked there and she doesn’t want to help me and make me feel like I’m a burden for her, no WIFI IN ROOM, the breakfast is similar to the breakfast u see in jail, u can find much better breakfasts in gas stations, hot water is a more like a warm water, towels are eclectic u can get good one and used old one, walls are thin as paper u can hear everything even water that goes through the sower. The only spot of light is the nice man in the front desk Mr. Yasin that tries his best under this circumstances. A new hotel that feels like a old motel in a gas station.

- Samireiran (8/5): not five star hotel - well if you think this is a five star hotel like hayatt or hilton and so on you are wrong. you know you take what you pay for it . I think for this price the hotel is ok. The room is big with big balcony. not clean very well. we had problem with showers water was too hot they finally fixed it. breakfast was poor and expensive( 200Tl per person) with no friendly staff. in fact you don't need to have breakfast in hotel there are some restaurants like yusof kofteci ( 35 _55 Tl for breakfast) with unlimited tea in 5 minutes from the hotel. The hotel is very far from tourist attractions so if you are in istanbul for first time I do not recommend it because you have to pay too much for taxi .no metro or tramva near it .but in 5 minutes from the hotel you can find bus station and dolmus to travel around the aria .

- Fouad (10/5): Parfait pour transiter vers l'aéroport - Hotel propre et agréable avec Hammam, piscine, salle de sport.. La chambre correspondait à nos attentes. Les petits défaut : les toilettes suspendus bougent et semblent ne pas bien tenir et l'eau de la douche n'était pas très chaude. Très bien pour 1 ou 2 nuits de transition car proche de l'aéroport mais très éloigné des sites touristiques d'Istanbul (à plus d'1h30 du quartier Sultanhammet).

I asked for storage of my luggage after check out till 2 pm, I was told it will be taken to the storage room, but when I came back to the hotel I found it in front of reception desk unattended. Luckily nobody took it, but the impression was bad. Staff was acting properly but without any attention to the guest.
