• hanna (8/5): - I liked our stay a lot. The room and clean minus a few ants here and there, the room was so big with a projector over the bed and a tv. The bed was nice but the pillows were a bit thick. The hot tub so lovely I sat in there for like three hours looking at the water and mountains. The property seemed a big run down, dirt in the balcony and a few cobwebs but nothing crazy unappealing. The price was fair for the stay:) 4/5
• SANGEUN (8/5): 좋음 - 시설은 꽤 노후돼 있었지만 깔끔하고 넓음. 뷰가 아주 좋고 조용함. 3층까지 있는데 엘리베이터가 없어서 조금 힘들었음. 남이섬 바로 앞이라 길이 많이 막힘. 자쿠지가 창 바로 앞에 있어서 여유있게 스파하기 좋음.
• Verified traveler (8/5): 위치 - 장점 : 1. 남이성 방문이 목적이라면 최적의 장소입니다. 2. 뷰가 아주 좋습니다. 단점 : 1. 청결 상태는 큰 기대를 아예 안하고 가서 기대보다는 괜찮았습니다. ^^; (월풀 욕조 근처에 곰팡이 흔적이 좀 있습니다. 근처에만 안간다면 뭐..) 2. 옆집에서 샤워 사용하면 물소리가 좀 납니다. 3. 넷플릭스 안되는거 같아요. 대신 BTV를 볼 수 있는데 조작법을 잘 몰라서 제대로 못봤습니다. 4. 매트리스가 좋진 않습니다. 얇고 푹신푹신. 이 단점들에도 불구하고... 위치가 너무 좋아서 내년 여름에 재방문할 계획입니다. ^^;
• Verified traveler (8/5): 깨끗하고 좋아요. - 숙소가 깨끗하고 스파와 프로젝트가 있어서 좋아요. 다만 쇼파가 벤치정도로 작고, 거울 있는 화장대와 옷장이 없어서 조금 불편했어요.

• Lori (10/5): - The property was right in the lake and was only a ten minute walk to the ferry for Nami Island. The staff was exceptional! Kind, courteous. The breakfast was delicious!! You pay the day before. So good!! There is a huge jacuzzi tub and it was so relaxing to soak in after a long day of walking the island.
• Yousuf (10/5): Best stay - Ho, the location is exact facing the nami Island, zipline and boat ride area. You must come in your own car if you want to roam around.
• Jackson (10/5): - Short and easy walk from property to Nami ferry wharf. Room was very clean with great view of Nami Island. Staff were very friendly and check-in and check-out was easy despite language barrier as a copy of instructions was provided in english. Would stay here again.

• SASUN (2/5): 레스토랑 주인 폭력 - 조식 식당에서 종이 팔찌를 차기 강요하고 그냥 보여주기만 하고 들어가니 큰 소리로 150k 거구가 노인 팔을 비틀며 짓눌러 멍이 들었음. 대단히 폭력적임.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Overall we had a good experience. Very close to Nami Island. Not allot of food choices. Easy parking, fairly quiet. Bed was comfortable but not a regulare pillow top like I would be use to. I would go again.
• Ting Bong (10/5): - The property was very spacious and luxurious. The view is incredible beautiful. Very close to Nami island. Only things is leak of maintenance of the room. Some of the floor tiles are loose. Cleaning they can do better the eating tables are sticky.
• JISOOK (6/5): - 환기를 잘 안시켰는지 들어간 방에서 곰팡이 냄새가 나더라고요. 한 2시간 넘게 창문 열어놓고 있었습니다. 청소에 좀 더 신경 쓰셔야 할 것 같고요. 전망은 괜찮았고, 보일러 작동은 잘되서 따듯하게 잘 잤습니다.

• Bora (10/5): - 전망이 아주 좋았어요. 테라스도 좋았는데 차양막이 있으면 좋을 것 같습니다. 비가 많이 와서 테라스에 나가있지 못해 너무 아쉽네요. 뷰가 보이는 지점에 있는 욕조가 매우 좋았습니다. 음식 맛도 매우 좋아요. 바베큐도 맛있고 기번 뷔페에 반찬은 거의 없지만 김치찜이나 된장국이 매우 맛있었고 다른 음식도 생각외로 맛있어서 만족스러웠습니다.

• Verified traveler (10/5): 대만족+소소한 점... - 전망, 시설 모두 수준급입니다. 오래만의 여행에 외부 모습에 반해 선택한 숙소인데 대만족입니다. 자그마한 개선요구사항은 1)욕조온수가 너무 미지근함(다른 곳은 OK) 2)전기코드 길이와 콘센트의 위치가 잘 맞지않아 사용에 불편했습니다. 개선해주시면 다음 사몽자부들이나 저도 편안할 것 같습니다. 수고하세요.
• Michael (6/5): - The receptionist kept speaking Korean to me though I told her multiple times that I couldn't understand her. It would have been great if she had used Google translate. There were no bedside tables or sockets by the bed. I couldn't change the temperature in the shower as it was so stiff. The small couch was broken in the framing underneath but usable. We couldn't change the underfloor heating temperature and so we turned it off completely as it was so hot. The bed was really comfy, the hot tub and the view was great with really good privacy.

• Verified traveler (6/5): 하우스키핑 문제 - 체크인 시간 전에 도착해서 기다렸는데 하우스키핑이 다 안 되었다는 이유로 몇 분 늦게 체크인함. 그런데 테라스 의자에 다른 사람이 쓰다 팽겨쳐놓은 흰색 냅킨이 널부러져 있었음. 수건은 세탁을 한 건지 의심스러울 정도로 냄새가 나서 바구니에 있는 새 수건을 썼으나, 그것 역시 새 수건 느낌은 안 남. 가격에 비해서 하우스키핑 수준이 너무 낮음.

• Soyoung (8/5): 객실뷰와 거실 스파욕조가 훌륭한 리조트 - 뷰는 아주 만족합니다. 남이섬이바로보여요. 저는 2박했는데 첫날과 둘째날 각각 예약해서 다른 타입의 방에서 묶었는데 두번째 묵었던 객실의 청소상태가 최악ㅜㅜ 거실에 스파욕조 진짜좋고 침구류도 좋습니다 눅눅하지않게 관리도 잘 되어 있구요. 하루만 숙박했다면 평이 좋았을것인데ㅠ 객실마다 청소상태가 다른걸 알고나니.. 흥.

• Isaac (4/5): Good in design but bad management - The original design of the resort with river views on private balconies, indoor jacuzzi, and movie projector is great, but the property isn't managed at the same level of sophistication. The lobby for check-in is inconveniently located and unhelpful in providing information about area attractions; rooms have no amenities comparable to a resort with kitchen facilities such as bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, etc. and guests are required to wash their dishes, take out their own trash, and unable to cook foods that "smell" or incur a penalty. Meanwhile, there seems to be no oversight on whether the dishes were actually washed adequately as the spoons in the room still had wet rice on them when we checked in. There was also a thick layer of dust on the kitchen utensils like the rice cooker, microwave, etc. which gave the impression that the place isn't managed well, despite the fancy name, location, and design. If not traveling by car, the location is also somewhat difficult to get to as it is up on a hill, removed from the center of town.

• Dongsin (10/5): - 풍경이 무척 좋은 리조트입니다. 조식이나 석식 바베큐는 이용하지 않았습니다. 지나가며 보니 바베큐를 구워서 주는 방식 같더군요. 매점에 필요한 음식들이 많이 있더라고요. 주차가 불편합니다. 주차장이 부족해요. 온수와 난방은 아주 잘 됩니다. 처음에 난방이 안되서 직원을 호출하니 바로 처리해줬어요. 거실에 스파 욕조가 있는데 제습기도 있고 습하지 않았어요. 빔프로젝트 이용도 어렵지 않고 잘 썼어요. 아쉬운건 스피커가 너무 안좋더라고요. 남이섬 선착장까지 걸어서 갈 만한 거리인데, 보도가 제대로 없어서 위험하네요.

• Daniel (8/5): Great Stay - It was just what we needed. Just enough room for the four of us and in a great location. We’d recommend the place to our friends. The only thing that could have been better is a bigger or more comfortable couch. However, it wasn’t really that big of a deal since we spent most of our time watching tv from the beds in the loft.

• JOOYEON (6/5): 남이섬 여행에 최적.그러나... - 남이섬 하루에 둘러보기 보다는 여유롭게 다녀오고 싶어서 묵었어요. 경치도 좋고 가성비도 좋고 스탭들도 친절한데... 그리고 생각보다 침구도 편안했고요. 바닥에 깔려있는 인조잔디만 좀 어떻게 하면 좋겠네요. 청소가 제대로 될리가 없을거고 물기있는 바닥을 투숙객마다 밟고다닌다면 굉장히 불결할거라 생각되서 많이 불편했습니다. 그리고 설거지를 전에 투숙한 분이 돼지기름같은걸 컵에 남기셔서...ㅜㅜ 취사를 하진 않았고 설거지를 하는것이 룰이고 매너입니다만, 투숙객이 체크인하기전 청소하시는 분이 어느정도 처리를 하시는게 맞다 봅니다. 바닥문제만 사실 아니라면 가성비 좋고 하루 묵기 괜찮습니다~ 바닥만 원래 자재대로 돌려 놓으시는것이 ㅠㅠ

• MYUNGHEE (8/5): 잘 쉬다 왔어요 - 강이 바로 보이는 동의 2층에 묵었는데 조용하고 뷰 끝내주고 좋았어요. 방에 음악 틀어놓고 반신욕 즐기고..베란다에서 와인 한잔 하니 진짜 힐링.. 베란다의 벌레들은 제 생각보단 많지 않았고.. 실내외 다 포함해서 아주 청결한 건 아니지만 그렇다고 더럽다고 여겨질 정도는 아니었습니다. 직원분들도 친절했어요.
• Verified traveler (6/5): 다시 올까 말까 - 생각보다 방이 작다고 느껴짐.월풀스파가 거실에 있어 사용하기 민망... 리조트 내에서 산책할만한 곳이 없어서 아쉬움. 리조트는 아담하고 외부인이 들어올 수 없어 괜찮다. 아이는 또 오고 싶다고하는데 나는 좀 아쉬웠다.
• woohyun (8/5): 좋긴한데. - 뷰가 좋은게 가장 큰 장점이고, 조식도 괜찮은 편이였어요. 방 안에는 깔끔하고 제습기도 있어서 좋긴했는데..베란다쪽으로 출입문이 있는데, 밤이 되면 베란다에 있는 조명으로 정말 벌레가 너무너무너무 많아요...벽에 기어다니는 것도 많고 ㅜㅜ 문열기가 무서울정도..벌레 말고는 다 괜찮았던거 같은데..낮에는 그래도 벌레가 그정도는 아니지만 밤에는 조명 때문에 너무 심해요ㅜㅜ

• Robert (6/5): Not that clean. Location wise its great. - We loved the overall size of the room and jacuzzi was a plus. Our BIGGEST turn off was the cleanliness of the place! Dust, hair and bugs in our room! Considering that we checked in so late they could have had more time to clean the place! Also as a designer, get rid of the wooden divider! Just a place for dust and webs to collect. Probably won’t stay here again.

• LP (8/5): - The view was gorgeous! The room was clean and comfortable. The cost of breakfast was too expensive for the average quality of the meal choices. Another annoyance was that the staff turned off all of the electricity by 10.30 AM, which was 30 minutes before check out time. Besides those, I was overall satisfied and would definitely consider coming again someday!

• Verified traveler (10/5): Convenient location for Nami island - Very close to Nami island car park - around 3-5 minutes by car. New facilities and fancy stuff like a projector and in room spa. No underground parking. Onsite convenient store product range is limited. Great view of the river and partial views of Nami island depending on the unit that you're staying.

• Joshua (10/5): Beautiful riverside stay - Lovely place, beautiful views of the river, spacious and pleasant room. Silent at night. Good barbecue and buffet dinner and a nice convenience store built in.
• Laurena (10/5): - Nice view and good location. I am with family as winter trip. Restaurant is not much reasonable because it's better go out for dinner. However, we will go again when we have chance. It's really nice. In case of pool, I recommend to think only summer though it is pool-villa. Water is so cold though they said it is lukewarm water.
• Ka Man (6/5): Disappointed service, what a waste of the facility - The hotel facility was nice, the major disappointment comes from the room make-up service, the awareness of hygiene, plus the lack of manpower in the hotel. We booked 2 nights in a row and when we returned to our room on the first night, all trash was not cleaned out and our bed was not made (imagine when we paid in full for both nights, just like 2 individual customers, would they just leave the room uncleaned for the new customers?). The only "room make-up service" we have found was the clean towel replacement put at the uncleaned floor of the doorway
