- Zyanmc (8/5): Comfortable. - Early arrival baggage service. Picked up keys easily at 12pm when I could get into my room. Room was good. Large. Loved having a washing machine and dryer. Rooftop area was nice. Great view of the city. Shouldn't be a $60 fee for early check in if the room is clean and ready. Room was at the back of the building facing onto either apartments or a hotel so the view was crap. Also meant that I had the blinds down as everyone could see in.

- Sally (5/5): Great location but filthy / mouldy bathroom - Great location and view. Parking close by. Staff helpful. Plenty of space. But the bathroom had mouldy grout and heavy mould under the shampoo and condition holders. Long dark hairs on the shower tiles from previous stay.

- Jingjing (8/5): Overall, it was good value for money. - The hotel was very well equipped, with a washing machine and dishwasher that both worked perfectly. The location was convenient, and it was very suitable for families. The only downside is that parking is not very convenient and comes with an extra fee.

- Bettin (8/5): Kurzer, unkomplizierter Check-In. - Einfacher Check-In am Anreisetag. Es ist extra jemand an die Rezeption gekommen, um uns die Schlüssel auszuhändigen. Freundlicher Empfang. Schöne Dachterasse, die zum Verweilen einlädt. Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern war nicht optimal. Hier hätte einfach mehr gestaubsaugt werden müssen. Es waren auch noch Ölreste auf dem Herd verblieben, die mit einem Tuch hätten entfernt werden können. Ansonsten hat jedoch alles gepasst.

- G (8/5): - Location was perfect for the purposes of our stay Cleanliness was a bit off overall. Dirty dishes left in the dishwasher. Shower had soap scum on wall tiles and in corners where wall tiles meet floor tiles.

Cleanliness - The apartment needs a good deep clean. Cleaning under furniture items and wiping down every surface is essential. Functioning - One nightlight was not working - check the lights, please. The door was ajar when we arrived and was difficult to lock - needs fixing. Upkeep - The entire apartment is in need of a refresh. The furniture is dated and has scruff-marks. Bed is on the small side of Queen. TV has no internet connection.

The place was a bit dirty - stained furniture, lots of marks on the walls - it was clean but grubby. The wifi set off my computer as it as not considered 'safe' so I was unable to use it on my Apple laptop.

Well-equipped and convenient parking option available. Great location with walking distance to all major areas, and Carlton is a great plus. It felt a bit lacking in privacy, as the shades are quite see-through and the building opposite is very close. We also didn’t realise in advance that there is no natural view or real daylight apart from the building in front. Additionally, the fire detector is very sensitive and goes off even with basic cooking.

- P&L (9/5): Great location, modern and clean - Great spot, a very short walk from the Victoria Baths the Old Gaol and the State Library. Very clean and comfy. Washing machine and dryer was great for us. Little issue with sink and shower not draining, was resolved quickly and no fuss. Nice big balcony to use. All good... nice modern apartment near the CBD. Mattresses were very soft memory foam, which was not for us.

- Rebecca (9/5): - Excellent location close to trams and Lygon Street restaurants. The modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was much larger than pictured and had loads of storage space. It was very secure and staff were welcoming. Very quiet and clean, I would definitely stay again. We were fortunate to have a beautiful view, I imagine some other apartments may not, though the rooftop is accessible to all guests. The photos here are from the end of our stay, therefore not as tidy as when we arrived.
