- Kymberly (7/5): - Recliners were not able to recline and were too uncomfortable to sit in. Had to clean out main bath screen to open window.
- Robert (9/5): Superb -
- Roger (9/5): Superb - The hot tub... real fire place. Cozy. The dryer was broken and we had to go to laundromat to wash clothes.
- Kierra (10/5): Exceptional - The cabin was clean and we felt comfortable staying there. Nothing
- Krystal (5/5): Nice but had trouble finding it. - The house was nice with beautiful views. Comfortable furnishings and the beds were comfortable as well. The location was not marked at all. Drove in circles in the dark trying to find it. Poorly lit in the front porch area, dead bugs all over the floor and no broom available to sweep them up. Spiders & webs in both bathtubs. Tons of huge flies all over the house.
- Billy (8/5): All in all it was good! - The view Needs a little updating, new commode’s especially.
- Laurel (8/5): Hillbilly Hilton stay - The view
Hot tub
Beds were comfy Price and not as clean as I would like.
- Lance (7/5): 20 yrs from now we will be talking about that cabin - Location was amazing and the view Slightly outdated
- Melinda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Angela (5/5): Would not rent it again - Cute cabin but needs lots of upkeep ! Lightbulbs missing ! The hot tub was so nasty my husband wouldn’t even let us get in the because of all the scum in it and the filter ! Needs sins where to turn up to cabin ! Hard to find !
- Vicki (9/5): Vacay in Hillbilly Hilton! - Loved the cabin. Especially the hot tub. It is very convenient to attractions but is still very private. Everything was well stocked and maintained. I have bad knees. The stairs were a little hard for me, but otherwise, it was an awesome stay.
- Terry (4/5): Unimpressed, bad value, not again. - Location Mold in upstairs bath and shower door broken. Holes in the deck unsafe. Reclining loveseat dose not work correctly. Kitchen needs more utenciles and hitchen is the smallest one I have ever seen. Hot should have been cleaned and needs clorine tablets there was about a half of one tablet. Overall needs way over priced and $1480.00 for 4 nights is in our opinion way over priced and sure over rated property. We have visited the smoky mountain area for over 28 years and could not recommend this property. Dori was wonderful to work with and very helpful we appreciate her.

- Jennifer (10/5): Very comfortable and the view was amazing -
- Sandra (8/5): A little disappointed in the care of the cabin but overall we had a good time. - The property was great. The property was not marked. There was no marker on the driveway. We drove around for over an hour. My husband got very upset. He actually thought we had been scammed. He was ready to go home. It was just by pure luck we found the cabin. I am not exaggerating. Many lights need new bulbs. The hot tub deck floor has a hole in it. I put a chair over it to make sure we did not step in it. The door did not lock whet we left for the day.
- Kelcie (9/5): Will Visit Again - The view was amazing. However if they could top the pine trees then it would really give the full effect. The location was great if u want a little peace but close to attractions. Not far from dollywood and literally attractions in every direction. Bed was comfy. My daughter loved the bear statues. Very spacious cabin. Loved the double rocking chair on the side during the day. By evening the mosquitoes were so bad because the hose leaks and its water under the porch. Overall would definitely stay again or one even further up the mountain. Staff was very communicative and Accommodating. The spacing on the rail were wide enough my toddler could squeeze through so was a little stressful at 1st till boundaries were understood. Huge hole that a child's leg could go through next to the hot tub, rotten planks in the lower deck.(could completely lift one up) It looks like they were still in the process of remodeling as the lamp on the stairs was missing. (Found it in the closet) paint on the lower glass doors, an extra room that could have had extra bed but was completely empty.upstairs bathroom sliding glass on the tub was screwed in place with a crack and the tub didn't hold water. It slowly drains water in the closed position. And couches were falling apart. Some if u tried to recline would half way recline or u had to fight to close it.
- Shaunna (8/5): We had a great stay and thanks again - We had breakfast at the cabin but that is what we wanted to do .But there was everything we need to cook with so that was great Water pressure was bad very bad and hot tub wasn't that clean had a smell
- Shelia (4/5): Hated it... - Comfortable beds Arrived after dark- due to snow/ice on the road going up- vehicles blocking - we slid down into a ditch.. had to walk to cabin- with kids!! NO sign to cabin
Could not find it- took 45 minutes in the cold snowy weather — cabin was in pitch dark!!!
Inside lighting is very dim...dirty dishes still in dishwasher & under the sink- large hole around plumbing’- with roach droppings all over & mold
Wall on stairway- under repairs & not painted
as well as dirty carpet!!
Paid over $2000.00 (cleaning & resort fees included) EXPECTED BETTER....
- Anonymous (10/5): great place - beautiful view
- Jennifer (8/5): Very good -
