Christian (6/5): - Lage war gut. nettes Cafe unten im Haus. Moschee gegenüber. Toilette war nicht geputzt. Tür war schwer zu schließen. Haare auf den Handtücher und der Mistkübel war noch von den vorherigen Gästen gefüllt.

DMITRY (8/5): Для тех, кому нужно в посольство США, лучше не придумаешь - Нам нужно было пойти на собеседование в Посольство США. Расположение для этого идеальное - до посольства 3 минуты пешком. Цена проживания тоже отличная. При случае, если нужно ждать визу, легко продлить. Рядом отличные кафе. На такси до центра города 10 минут. Ничего не приходит в голову. Все было хорошо или отлично.

Olga (8/5): Wir waren nur mit 2 Übernachtungen, es war allgemein alles okay - Es war alles in der Nähe vom Hotel, Café, Apotheke, Supermarkt, Bar. Das Bett hat gequietscht , Wasser auf dem Boden neben dem Kloschüssel und die ganze Zeit laufendes Wasser vom Spülbehälter.

Maria (10/5): Would definitely stay here again! - I really enjoyed my stay! It was such a spacious and well maintained studio with a nice minimalist interior and a great view. The staff were great. Everything was fantastic and I would totally return. I loved everything. The only thing that I wish had been different is that the kitchen (fully equipped, by the way) was blissfully empty and there was nothing to borrow. Some basic and easy-to-store things like salt, pepper, a small bottle of oil, and some teabags cost very little but would give this apart hotel a different, more home-like vibe and elevate the experience of staying here.

Viktoriia (10/5): Очень хочется обратиться к проживающим, уважайте труд персонала и берегите имущество которое вам предоставляют для польз - Чистота, комфорт, есть все необходимое. Очень приветливый и грамотный персонал. Посольство США через дорогу, для меня это было важно. Рекомендую кто едет за визой, 2 минуты ходьбы. Очень большой плюс это наличие мини маркетов внутри комплекса, даже не надо выходить на улицу. Кофе Бум на 1-м этаже комплекса где есть прекрасные завтраки, обеды, ужины с доступными ценами. Очень удобно, что без ключевой вход в апартаменты, не надо заморачиваться с ключами. Минусы отсутствуют!!!

The building itself is a little bit confusing but it was fine after a couple of times missing the correct floor for the exit. Reception was very kind and helpful! Was safe too! Nothing to not like actually... I needed just a room. Very satisfied with the room. The building itself is a little bit confusing but there is nothing to do with it.

Nadezda (7/5): - The apartment was clean and quite, and large enough. The location is not very convenient, but we took a taxi. The hotel is located in a residential building, so we had a hard time finding the entrance. There's no sign on the building and half an hour we running around the building at 4 AM at temperature -25. And it was poor heating in the room when we came.

Dmitrii (6/5): This was good stay at all, but a lot of improvements should be done, espesially with the signs - 1. Great location. 2. Apartment with kitchen and laundry. 3. Good view 4. Groceries inside the building and couple of restaurants 5. Quiet place 1. There are no signs about the Hotel on the building or enties at all. If you don't know where to go you will never find this Hotel. 2. You have to wait at the entry every time you want go inside the building. You will not have a key. After midnight you will wait for 15-20 minutes pressing the ring button. 3. There is no reception. 4. There is no regular housekeeping. You have to ask about it and it can be done only one time in 3 days. 5. Cheap furniture (some is broken). 6. Keyless entry to the room sometimes not working. You have to re-enter the code for 4-5 times to be able to get to your room.

Астраханцева (10/5): Всё было замечательно, жаль что не долго. - Понравилось соотношение цена-качество, номер очень уютный и комфортный. Очень понравилось отношение девушек с рецепшн: всегда помогали, советовали, очень выручили, когда мы на момент заселения оказались без тенге - старые купюры отказались поменять в аэропорту. Очень выручила возможность продлить до вечера время проживания, причём- за очень адекватную цену. Спасибо!

Никита (7/5): - Хорошее расположение,приятный вид из окна,буквально через дорогу посольства США,ОАЭ,Китая,мечеть,парк,в общем расположение топ.Внизу coffeboom где можно вкусно и недорого покушать Вроде дом и не старый,а ремонт уже требуется,все какой-то зашарпанное уже,начиная от лифтов и заканчивая квартирой.Грязные окна,неисправный механизм открытия окна,отваливающиеся со слоем штукатурки обои под подоконником,ночью был сквозняк и входная дверь ходила туда-сюда хлопая,у нее не плотное закрытие и имеется продольный ход в закрытом состоянии,в общем создалось впечатления «уставшей» квартиры
