There was a great service of 3 pieces of laundry washing included, which was great and the clothes came back great. The reception staff were friendly and the security was high. Big rooms. There was a strange smell in the elevator, the pool was closed for maintenance which was one of the main reason I had chosen the hotel. There was an option to use a pool in another location 15 minutes drive, but it kind of defeats the purpose to have a hotel pool in my opinion. The room had a sweaty smell and when I used the apre shampoo one night in the shower it almost made my sick. I don't know what was in there, but it was foul. I was expecting a lot better but my colleague and I were disappointed, unfortunately.

• arunikaekawati (6/5): Great location for Jakarta access, but a mixed experience for Marriott Bonvoy members. - I stayed here for one night during an unplanned business trip to visit some local factories and see Monas, which is conveniently close by. While the location is excellent for getting around Jakarta, the stay had several ups and downs. The Service & Status: Initially, I was quite disappointed. My Platinum membership was not recognized at check-in, and the welcome amenity was poor—essentially just dry snacks for children. As someone who is very health-conscious, this didn't meet my expectations for a Marriott property; while I understand this isn't a luxury tier, it isn't a "budget" price point either. However, things improved after I spoke with the Guest Relations Manager. They listened to my feedback and sent over a much more appropriate amenity, which made me feel valued as a loyal guest. Facilities: • Breakfast: Average quality; it does the job but isn't a highlight. • Pool: Quite disappointing. It feels more like a large jacuzzi than a proper swimming pool. It features glass barriers, whereas I personally prefer a conventional mosaic pool for a better swimming experience. • Gym: Decent and functional for a hotel of this size. Verdict: The location is the biggest selling point. If you are looking for good access to central Jakarta on a reasonable budget, it’s a solid choice, but don't expect a typical high-tier Marriott experience without speaking up.

• Parashita_SA (10/5): A Lovely Stay with Genuine and Attentive Service - I had a pleasant stay at Aloft Wahid Hasyim Jakarta. The room and facilities were comfortable enough and well-maintained, making it easy to relax throughout my stay. What truly stood out was the warm and genuine service from all the staff which created a very welcoming atmosphere. A special mention goes to the restaurant team - Mbak Yossi, Mbak Nurul, and Mas Wibi who went above and beyond in taking care of us, especially me and my baby. Their kindness, attentiveness, and thoughtful service made a big difference and were deeply appreciated. Thank you for such a memorable experience. I would definitely love to come back again.

Killa too had been welcoming. Also Hani helped our kids in cupcake decorating event, which they really enjoyed. Overall, the breakfast experience made the big difference in our trip!

• Ehsanul_Raj (10/5): Cozy staycation in Jakarta - My friends and I, visiting from Vietnam, stayed at this hotel over the weekend. To be honest, it's a very nice and comfortable place to stay. The lobby was beautifully decorated, and the room was very comfortable-we had a great sleep after a long flight. I also received a room upgrade as part of the Bonvoy benefits. I would like to give special thanks to Michel from the Front Office, as well as Wibi and Selin, Nurul from the restaurant, for taking such good care of us. To be honest all of the hotel stuff was very professional and warm. The only challenge I faced was the low water pressure in the shower, but aside from that, everything was amazing. We would love to come back again. Cheers!

• 245abnerb (10/5): A well managed & excellent Marriott hotel - I recently stayed here for 4 nights and was very impressed with how well the hotel handled a small issue I had during my stay. I had my blazer sent to the laundry, but it came back with a stain. The team immediately took action and assured me they would take care of it. They later followed up and even sent my jacket back to me after ensuring it was properly cleaned — such a thoughtful gesture! It’s clear that the hotel is well-managed and that the staff truly care about guest satisfaction. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what really matters is how the team responds — and in this case, they handled everything with professionalism and genuine care. I really appreciate the effort and responsibility shown by the management and housekeeping teams. This experience gave me more trust in the hotel and in the Marriott brand overall. I’ll definitely stay here again!

• Abner (2/5): - This hotel stained my coat when I sent it for laundry. The way they front desk/ on duty manager handled the issue is also not satisfactory. First, they offered 1000 bonvoy points but do they think its enough to compensate a damaged coat? Now they have my coat and they asked my business card so they can send it to Korea. I complained about it a day before check out but they waited to act only during checkout. I will remove this post or change only after they satisfy my issue. Otherwise, you know they are not living up to quality standards of Marriot so better dont book here

• nasimh742 (8/5): Pleasant stay - Stay was good in many aspects: the room was clean, the bed was clean and comfortable, the towels were clean, and the facilities were adequate. Breakfast was exquisite, with so many choices that it would take a week or so to sample all available items in the buffet. Service was quick and friendly: from check-in, to housekeeping, the restaurants and check out. One issue is the TV; although there are a lot of channels, there is no HDMI hookup. And that’s important for viewers who have Netflix on a laptop. This is an improvement that is necessary.

Check in process quite fast, only wait less than 15min to get to our room. The games for kids at the lobby are nice. The room 1006 is clean and comfortable, asked for free upgrade but unfortunately they didnt give us. The swimming pool is small, not too convenient for toddler or kids below 100cm. The breakfast experience are awesome! Resty is very kind and helpful. She is also caring with children, and help my younger children for coloring.. she is a gem! Ray is also very kind and helpful.. asked what we do need more and try to accomodate.. Thank you so much Resty & Ray! Kuddos for the FB team! Breakfast menu quite complete and taste good. The bed & pillows was soft and cozy, amusement at the lobby was a good place to relax while playing pool and have cold drinks. A lot choices of food at breakfast, hotel staffs was so friendly , Oliv assist us on the speciality Aloft has. It was my first time at Aloft, would definitely come back and also recommend it to friends and family.

I stayed here for 2 nights for a short exploration of Jakarta. The room was so nice I didn’t want to leave the hotel. And I could have spent all morning in the breakfast Nook… the buffet selection was incredible, overwhelming even. Luckily, Wibi and his team were there to help! Selin was so kind, helping me to assemble different dishes so I could try local Indonesian foods, but also making some recommendations on where I could visit during my short stay. • 240karmanm (10/5): Stay At Aloft Jakarta Wahid Hasyim - The pillows are the fluffiest I’ve ever felt. The hotel provide a welcome drink and the lobby was full of games for kids and adults. There was a large snack and loaded game on the floor where you used a square pillow dice. There were 2 pool tables; one a standard pool and one, a mini pool. There was a retro arcade game machine (fighting game), and a basketball hoop, The staff at Nook during breakfast was awesome. I’ve been served by Linda and Hari during my time at Aloft Jakarta Wahid Hasyim and both were very attentive to customers and were always nearby to attend to customers. Very fast and proficient service. Glad to be staying here at Aloft and would definitely stay here again because of the friendly and awesome staff.

The room was remarkably spacious, with a comfortable king bed and ample living area – a true urban luxury. The hotel's central location is its standout feature. Major attractions are just a short walk away, while excellent public transport options make exploring effortless. For convenience, you couldn't ask for better positioning – restaurants, cafés, and shopping all surround the property. After busy days of sightseeing, returning to my spacious sanctuary felt like having a private apartment in the heart of the action. If you value both room size and prime location for your city adventures, Aloft Jakarta Wahid Hasyim delivers brilliantly on both counts. Nothing really to point out. Overall, I would recommend this place to everyone for their visit to Jakarta.
• Oleksii (10/5): Great stay in Central Jakarta. - Good location. Friendly staff. Room is clean, modern and good soundproofing. Nice bar in lobby.
• suep630 (10/5): Wonderful hotel in Jakarta - We loved staying at this hotel. Our room was very nice and all of the staff was so friendly and helpful. Our favorite meal, by far, was our breakfast each day at the hotel restaurant, Nook. It had a wonderful buffet with a great selection of western dishes and Indonesian specialties. Killa, in particular, was so helpful!
• ashtonalex123 (10/5): Lovely place - Very good service by hanni and satrio. Wonderful hotel in a central area in Jakarta...near the monument. Traffic is horrible as usual. The ac is not cold enough tho..but that's just me maybe. The breakfast spread is so extensive! Highly recommend. Around 150 KIDR for breakfast
