Acropolis and Acropolis Museum are within walking distance. Easy to get to it by metro from the airport. Syngrou-Fix station is a 3 min walk away. Keyless access is available. There is an elevator in the building.
• Denis (10/5): - Used an app to unlock the main entrance door and the apartment door, which made access very easy. The location could hardly have been any better. The apartment is very well decorated, it had everything and even more what we needed. Loved everything about it.

• Anne-Christine (10/5): Will be back - Easy communication, great internet, great location, around the corner of Acropolis, espresso machine, dishwasher, balcony,washingmachine, iron, close to the metro stop (2 min walk), bars and restaurants all over the place, easy to get taxi. Only thing…. I wish the balcony had comfortable chairs, I love sitting on the balcony listening to the life go by in a new city while II enjoy my coffee or a glass of wine.
• Stephen (8/5): Very convenient, lively area, well appointed appartment - I felt the building, was as advertised and very comfortable. The suburb around has a lovely local feel and our host was very welcoming and helpful. Carrying our heavy suitcase up the stairs to the lift area. They also provided a good run down of the property and things to do in the area. A small inconvenience, which was partly our own making as we arrived early was that we had to wait outside for 10-15 minutes as the app used to access did not activate until later in the afternoon. We had been communicating with the administrator of the property on approach, but lost contact as we approached the building. All worked out well in the end.

• Emily (9/5): Incredible team, well-equipped stay! - We really enjoyed the customer service experience with the Bill & John team. Our stay was a few months ago from 8-10 March, so unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the young man who arrived at the property to give us the keys, but he was extremely polite, helpful and friendly! He did a fantastic job of welcoming us to the apartment. We enjoyed our stay at the apartment - it was clean, spacious and well-equipped. Recommend! There is no window or ventilation in the bathroom - there was some sort of window in the shower (it faces concrete wall, not the type of window where people can see you don't worry!) but I found the different placement slightly odd. Perhaps at least a fan in the bathroom would have made the stay more practical but this was a very minor issue, it just comes down to preference.
• Kadosa (8/5): Great location and nice comfortable apartment - We liked reminder emails, easy booking and payment, location, all the property facilities, and the clean, spacious and well-equipped apartment. It was very generous to make as able to leave our luggage safely in the apartment after check-out for a few hours until we left for the airport. 1. It was not straightforward how to collect the keys despite the instructions. We specified our arrival and were at the property at the agreed time, but we could only meet the team member after messaging couple of times via Boooking.com. 2. The next-door neighbour played deafening music every day on all mornings and evenings -he or she has good taste though- but it disturbed our rest. When we knocked gently on the wall, he or she had a loud rant for 15 minutes, using offensive language, reminding us it was his/her house and we were only guests. We felt pretty intimidated, so we locked the door and spent the night watching out.

• Ricky James Andrew (10/5): - The property itself is wonderful and modern, a very short walk from the acropolis of Athens. It was extremely clean, with a wonderful balcony and very comfortable beds. The hosts, "Bill and John" went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and representatives from bill and john were constantly giving us advice and help regarding our trip on whatsapp. This made our trip far more relaxing than it otherwise could have been! Highly, highly recommended.-

The location was great, a very short walk to Acropolis Museum and most sites. - It didn't matter that we were not very clear on the key pick up instructions; the people who manage the apartment arrived for the keys and help me get checked in within a few minutes after I called. Very nice. There was construction going on at the adjacent unit and they start with work (some drilling sound) early in the morning right on the wall opposite the bed. It was not possible to extend my sleep but Bill & John staff had arranged for them to start work later after I raised the issue. It did give me a headache before that because of interrupted sleep.

Bathroom handle broken, shower automatically starts at 2AM and scares. Expedia made me a mess on day of departure traveling through airport.. this apartment was arranged after I called on day of departure while traveling to destination. They (Expedia) made a mess of my weeks stay at Athens. I like apartments staff who fixed the flush issue and gave me iPhone adopters, they are friendly and has good communication
• Deepender (8/5): Very good - The facilities provided were excellent. The host was very hospitable. The location is near to the acropolis thus making the commute to all major attractions very easy. There is building demolition/construction going on in the vicinity which made a lot of noise.
• Susana (10/5): Exceptional - This is a beautiful apartment with the attention to detail that you would hope to find. It was extremely comfortable and spacious, Modern and fresh. We were delighted to find there was Netflix! We didn't really use the kitchen but it seemed like it was very well supplied. The bed was wonderful. The lighting was excellent throughout. The location worked for us. It was about a 20 minute walk to the acropolis and all the restaurants in that area, and 30 min. To the fun, historical neighborhoods. . The apartment is one street over from a Main Street. There are a few restaurants about and a Mini mart but not a lot. However it's not very far to get to more restaurants and other shopping. They Arranged for a young man to meet us to let at the building, give us keys and show us around the apartment. I loved having a washing machine. There was a drying rack and a very large balcony where we were able to hang our laundry under the protection of an awning. It was a perfect apt. ! Nothing.

• Sandra Lee (10/5): - Why stay at a hotel when you can stay at this beautiful apartment! Nik met us upon arrival, there was no street parking available so we used nearby parking garage. Absolutely sparkling clean apartment, with everything we needed to call Athens home for 4 days. Walking distance to absolutely everything, 5 mins to the acropolis museum, west entrance for the acropolis, Plaka and no more than 10-25 minutes walk to everything else in central Athens. Comfortable bed. HUGE shower and bathroom. The washer was such a plus, no dryer but there's a drying rack we used on the balcony. It's up two flights of stairs, but noticed an elevator - not sure if it works. Must stay! Cannot wait to come back.
• Mikhail (10/5): Very clean, modern. All included, in the center. - The apartment is as in photos or even better. You've got everything for cooking, dishwasher, washing machine, all the small things, like capsules for coffee, olive oil or even a plate with candies ) The staff was very nice, they give us a list of recommendations of restaurants and places to visit, and were able to answer by phone or WhatsApp. And, of course, the place - its like 5 minutes from Acropolis Museum and Plaka District, but at the same time its in a silent street. I liked everything.

• Anca (9/5): Modern and clean apartment in a convenient location - The apartment is modern and nicely furnished in a central location, very close to the Acropolis, museums and restaurants in Plaka. Despite being centrally located, it is quiet during the night. The bathroom is ample, with a nice shower. Finding free parking is a challenge, otherwise one needs to park in a paying parking - this adding to the daily fee. The living room couch can be converted into a queen but uncomfortable bed.

Very nicely decorated and equipped with absolutely everything you would need for a short or extended stay. The hosts really thought of everything that a guest would need. Only a short walk to the Plaka neighborhood and pretty close to the Acropolis. The hosts are fantastic - they have multiple properties in Athens and are real professionals! Highly recommended!

• Janice (4/5): - CONS: Property management was not there when we arrived, so we had to wait on their arrival. They could have just used the lock box on the building, but they didn’t. We were tired after our 14hr flight. Prop. management tried to get us to pay extra after we had already paid in full through Expedia, and then they sent us a nasty email. Toilet leaked on the floor the entire week we were there, and management made no effort to fix it. Sewage smell was not pleasant. There were not enough towels. Management said they would bring towels, but they never brought towels. We ran out of their cheap toilet paper and had to buy more from the convenience store. There's a washer but no dryer The balcony only had 1 chair, so 2 people could not sit outside. Balcony was extrenely dated and needs updating and decorating. Apartment is on the 3rd floor and not on the 2nd floor as indicated by the elevator. I walked the 3 flights of stairs everyday. Elevator is super, super tiny. I did not feel confortable, so I didn’t use the elevator. PROS: Very comfortable bed. Nice kitchen, but we didn’t use the kitchen Clean with the exception of the toilet Close to restaurants. We walked everyday.

When we arrived, the owner greeted us right on the spot and showed us the hotel; he even helped us to take the luggages to the room since the elevator is kind of small. The room is nicely decorated and has a decent kitchen. The location is very convenient to major attractions. The only concern we had is the noise coming from the neighbor and from the street.

• Dennis (10/5): Amazing Modern Apt in the Acropolis - My family and I stayed for 6 nights in this 1 bedroom apartment. The unit was newly renovated with a modern decor, clean and well furnished. The bed and sofa beds were very comfortable. The location is walking distance to the Acropolis Museum and access to a number of very good restaurants. Service was also impeccable. We made arrangements for them to pick us up at the airport as we had a number of bags that wouldn't fit in a regular car. They also helped us store out luggage while we traveled though the rest of Greece. I highly recommend them to other guests. You will not be disappointed.
• Soo Pheng (10/5): The best apartment stay Ever! - The apartment, the service, the location, are all perfect! I would stay here again! First of all I would like to thank the owners and Alex for their wonderful service. We arrived at 9.30am and they allowed us to leave our luggage in the hotel they own across the street and have breakfast ! We checked in at 1pm with our luggage delivered to our apartment. The building has a lift but one flight of stairs before that so we really appreciated the effort. In addition when we left for our next apartment as we were joining a bigger group of friends, our luggage was delivered there for us, albeit it was just a block away. The apartment is beautiful, beds were the most comfortable we have had. The bathroom was amazing. The apartment had coffee, both capsules and for brewing, and tea. Washing machine, iron, vacuum. You will not regret booking this place. There were 3 of us and we stayed one night here.

The location is excellent, 10 min walk to Acropolis and the restaurants. We really enjoyed staying there.

• Dawn (10/5): Three nights in Athens - The apartment is approx 30mins drive from the airport. Taxi costs are set at a flat rate of 38 euro. Located in a safe, quiet, residential street, but only 5-7 mins walk from the Acropolis and the metro station, the apartment is ideally situated for exploring Athens centre, everything is nearby. The owners Bill and John are extremely helpful and have put a good deal of thought in to providing everything you need from an apartment stay, from city maps to power showers, to coffee machines, to ice, to towels worthy of a 5* hotel.......

• Ji (10/5): - Stay at Acropolis Elegant Apartment was excellent. I came with my parents for their wedding anniversary, and my mom's favorite part of Athens was the apartment. It is spacious, private, clean, and cozy. Overall decor is nice, and the living room is pleasant (and has Netflix!), and I personally loved the bathroom. Extra sofa bed in the living room is also very comfortable. They kindly provided fruits, which were perfect breakfast for the stay. Bill was extremely helpful and responsive throughout (before / during / after) the stay. You can see he sincerely cares about the experience and to help whenever possible. If you need to print / use computer, you can ask Bill; there is a hotel right across the building, and people there were also incredibly kind. I had no complaints about my experience at Acropolis Elegant Apartment. Thank you so much, Bill - if I come back to Athens, I would definitely come back to the apartment.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Nice apartment in central location - The location may look drab but it is within 10 - 15 minutes walk to the Acropolis. The apartment itself is a home away from home...in fact nicer than my own home and comes with facilities such as washing machine, full kitchen, coffee machine, etc. Metro station is about 5 minutes away...get the day pass for EUD4.50 to save walking to attractions further away such as Syntagma Square and Monastiraki. Do be careful when parking car along street in front as ours got broken into within half hour of loading some bags into it. Otherwise, we felt safe even when walking out for dinner at night. There's a 24 hour car park within 50m that is probably safer. There's a supermaket nearby but also restaurants if you don't want to cook. Highly recommended.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Schönes Appartement in der Nähe der Altstadt - Wir (37/39) waren für einen Kurztrip ein paar Tage in Athen. Bereits im Vorfeld hat sich John nach unserer Anreise erkundigt und uns freundlicherweise den Transfer arrangiert. Die Wohnung selbst ist schön renoviert, geschmackvolle Einrichtung und sehr sauber. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Es war sogar bereits Wasser im Kühlschrank. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und alles da was man bräuchte. Wir waren jedoch immer auswärts essen. Eine kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist nur wenige Gehminuten weg, nach einer größeren haben wir uns nicht umgeschaut. Das Bad ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und auch geschmackvoll eingerichtet, eine sehr geräumige Dusche. Das Bett ist groß und bequem, auch ist bei Bedarf ein TV im Schlafzimmer vorhanden. TV ist das einzige Manko an der Unterkunft, auf den sehr modernden Geräten sind im Wesentlichen nur einheimische Sender verfügbar. Allerdings verfügt das Gerät im Wohnzimmer über Netzwerkanschluss und damit Amazon und Netflix (nicht inkl.). Nach der Ankunft erhielten wir sogar noch einige Empfehlungen in der Gegend, Lokale, Sehenswürdigkeiten und ähnliches. John hätte auch per Whatsapp "24/7" zur Verfügung gestanden. • Noel (10/5): Top recommendation - The Apartment owners Bill & John couldn’t be any more accomading/helpful in settling us in. The apartment was spotlessly clean and and was very homely. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these wonderful guys for your stay in Athens. 5 Star accomatation 10/10 for service.
• Jeff (10/5): Athens trip - Excellent accommodation, a first class place to stay close to all of the sites. Bill and John have a made an apartment that is as good as the pictures suggest. They are very helpful in all respects, telling us the location of good restaurants and the easiest way to get around the sites of Athens. The apartment is very close to a metro station so getting there from the airport is very easy. All mod cons are provided, so it really is a home from home. My kids loved sleeping on the sofa bed! I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to my friends and family, it’s an ideal place to base yourself from, and we’ll be sure to book another stay here as and when we return to Athens
• Susan (10/5): Elegant apartment near the Acropolis - The apartment is exceptionally well decorated with all new appliances. The bed especially comfortable and the service pleasant and very helpful. Would highly recommend for a stay in Athens.
• Shawn (10/5): Beautiful apartment, will be back! - Bill and Jon have a lovely apartment, we stayed here on a Friday and Saturday night, pretty much brand new, modern apartment, master bedroom and sofa bed were both super comfortable, very spacious, balcony and rainfall shower were great, we'll be back!
• Ray & Christi (10/5): Great Apartment - My wife and I travel a good bit and have stayed in a number of hotels and apartments. Bill and John's apartment in Athens was quite simply one of the best places we've ever stayed. It was nearly perfect. The apartment is big and the space is used very effectively. Everything in the apartment is high quality. It's close to the Acropolis and dozens of restaurants. There are plenty of markets and kiosks for food and drinks. We dealt mostly with John, who was a fantastic host. All his restaurant recommendations were spot on. We had some great meals in Athens. Athens itself was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
