• Rafay (10/5): - Wonderful location. Close to the Leederville market, which had all the restaurants and supermarkets. A bus stop right in front of the gate, and another one just 100 meters away, which is part of Free-Transit-Zone. A free bus ride to CBD from the FTZ stop.

• Selina (8/5): An enjoyable stay in a reasonable central location to most things :) - Nice location with most things being only about a 10-20min drive. There are also a few cafes within a 5-min walk around the suburb. Great kitchen facilities The PowerPoints are extremely low to the ground in the living room so be mindful if you have a lot of items to charge during your stay. There is no door for the shower - It is just a curtain to contain the water inside

I was on a plane when they wanted to me to send my ID and I thought I messed up but they were very quick to answer the phone and get me in my room. Highly recommended 10/10 Nothing everything was exceptional and i had the most amazing memories here

Close to bus connection to Perth main bus terminal. The outside ashtrays! No staff on site, to get the key for your unit, a little tricky. The manager, very responsive via mobile.

An older place but clean and well maintained. Good value, free on-site parking. Just a few minor things really. Air con was in the lounge and didn't have much effect in the bedroom. We were on the third floor, so we had to carry our bags and shopping etc up the stairs. Lamp in the lounge room didnt work.

Also, the responses from the owner were great in resolving issues. For example, the air conditioner stopped working and we were promptly moved to a different studio apartment which was very much appreciated. Dogs barking at nearby house in laneway near the rear of the property.

Extra towels available and bed linen provided for the sofa bed which was thoughtful Would be happy to stay there again Extremely noisy neighbours on our third night. The sofa bed wasn't comfortable but the mattress was comfy on the floor!

• MsSusanne (9/5): Great location and place for a short to long stay in Perth - We chose this place because of the free onsite parking, having a whole apartment to ourselves and the location being walking distance to the city and Leederville for coffee, restaurants, bars and people watching. The cost of living in Perth is astronomical and the price of apartments for rent reflect that... however in the scheme of things for Perth this is why we chose Malibu...
