- Marja (9/5): Viihtyisä ja tasokas asunto lähellä kaikkea - Tasokas huone, jossa makuutila oli muutaman rapun korkeammalla kuin oleskelutila. Viihtyisä huone kaikilla mukavuuksilla. Huoneessa oli kaikki tarvittava. Majoituksen sijainti oli erinomainen lähellä Wavelin linnaa, jokea ja vanhan kaupungin torialuetta. Aamiaista ei ollut, mutta lähellä oli hyviä aamiaispaikkoja. Suosittelen, jos muutama rappu makuutilaan ei tuota ongelmia. Eteisessä olisi voinut olla ulkovaatteille naulakko.

Ze nie można otworzyć okna , tylko klimatyzacja. Poczucie zamknięcia. Nie każdy lubi klimę, a powietrze nie zaszkodziło nikomu. Brak balkonu, posiedzieć rano przy kawie.

- Krawczynska (5/5): Second time here was sadly disappointing - Amazing location, high cleanliness standard Unfortunately two issues really impacted my stay. The two single beds that were joined together to make a double were not designed for this purpose at all. The edges were of the hard mattresses very rounded creating a huge ridge in the middle making me feel like I was on a sofa from PRL times. I’m also perplexed at providing so much cooking gear but no salt? My scrambled eggs were awful

Spacious, beautifully furnished, comfortable, well designed with layout and so well equipped, a home from home. Staff were so friendly and helpful and whole property was spotlessly clean. Central location and a stones through from bus stop to take you directly to airport. There was absolutely nothing to dislike, perfect on all fronts.

Svetainės sofa, viena dalis lenta, tai sudėtinga miegoti, kai kur ne visai išvalytos grindys. Ir turėjome problemėlę su parkingo vieta, bet personalas labai greitai viską išsprendė. Bendrai įvertinus šie maži nusiskundimai visiškai negadino viešnagės.

Er stond een mooie whirlpool op de 2de foto van de accomodatie. Deze behoort echter bij een appartement en is dus helemaal niet openbaar toegankelijk.

Спальна кімната дуже компактна- там лише двоспальне ліжко, прикроватний столик і телевізор, але для сну більше і не потрібно. Було дуже незвично, що вікна тільки в даху, вікно в гостиній легко відкривається для провітрювання.

Shower smelled badly too. AC was on 30 degree which steamed us inside

I did request for us to hve two single beds but this was not accommodate - The location was great as we had access to the main square, castle and transport links. The hotel provided only 2 bath towel and no hand towels. There was no mat to step onto when getting out of the shower which led to a slippy surface. The heating in the room was unbearable and the aircon provided no relief.

Muy limpio todo y servicio de limpieza diario. Los recepcionistas encantadores y pendientes del coche, que se aparca en la puerta. La localización perfecta, muy cerca del castillo de Wawel. Rodeado de tiendas, cafeterías, etc. Me hubiera gustado planificar más días aquí.

I loved how elegant the apartment was furnished, it has everything you might need to feel like home. Un There are just a few parking places in front of the hotel and you need to reserve a parking place in advance. Luckily we found a place nearby but it visited extra.

Brak darmowego parkingu Pani odpowiedzialna za doprowadzenie Apartamentu do czystości, nie przykłada się do swojej pracy. Były miejsca gdzie było sporo kurzu. Nie było ręczników, kompletu pościeli jak i samej kołdry oraz poduszek. O północy chcieliśmy iść spać, a tu w sypialni nie było czym się przykryć. Sterownik od klimatyzacji w salonie chyba nie działał bo ustawiona została temperatura na daną pozycje, a i tak było zimno.

- Clarke (5/5): Irish traveller - Hotel was fabulous room was beautiful No lift for the 4 days off our holiday and we were on 4 th floor room 406 definitely don't stay in this room fabulous room no Aircon only giving a fan and weren't told this at check in near died with the heat for the windows don't open was very uncomfortable 29 degrees can just imagine but otherwise was lovely 😍

- Arkadiusz (3/5): Tragedia. - Dobrze zlokalizowany Obiekt do remontu generalnego. Winda nie działa od 3-4 miesięcy. Pokoje na 3 i 4 piętrze, więc powodzenia… Nie działała połowa świateł w pokoju. Woda z prysznica walk-in wyciekała, bo listwa leżała w środku łazienki i nie było innej opcji jak tamowanie tego ręcznikiem. Pani sprzątająca mimo zamknięcia sypialni obudziła nas o 10, bo tak waliła śmieciami i obijała nimi o meble. W dniu wymeldowania specjalnie opłaciłem 2h dodatkowe za 200pln. Dokładnie o 12 (godzina wymeldowania) zaczęła mi lecieć woda z sufitu… przyszedł pan i powiedział, że to normalne…. Radzę omijać jeśli liczycie na standard i chęć odpoczęcia.

- Daniil (10/5): - Wszystko było w porządku Zaskoczyło mnie to, że aby opuścić hotel, trzeba poczekać przy recepcji, aż ktoś sprawdzi apartament, w którym się mieszkało. Czekaliśmy około 10 minut tylko po to, żeby ktoś powiedział nam, że już możemy iść. W tym czasie poczułem się trochę tak, jakbym był złodziejem albo jakbym tak wyglądał. Nie jest to zbyt profesjonalne podejście. Myślę, że warto byłoby nad tym popracować i zastanowić się, czy da się to rozwiązać w inny sposób. Oczywiście szkoda, że zdarza się, iż ludzie coś kradną, ale to nie znaczy, że każdy gość powinien czekać przy recepcji, aż jego pokój zostanie sprawdzony.
