- Warwick (1/5): I’m disappointed that I spent so much of my holiday time dealing with the management company! - Hey there! So, I recently stayed at The Wemberley House via bookings.com, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The house is quite old and needs some TLC, it’s damp, smelly, and the kitchen equipment is all damaged, missing or outdated. It seems like the Lakeshores management company and the property owner haven’t been taking great care of it. I tried reaching out to Lakeshores Management by phone, email, and text, but unfortunately, nothing was done to address the issues. They even refused to send a representative to fix the problems during our 8-day stay. I’ve since checked out the house reviews on Airbnb.com, and it’s clear that the owners aren’t interested in making sure guests have a great stay or that the property matches what they advertise. If you’re planning a trip to The Wemberley House, I would recommend doing some research and looking for other options.
- Elizabeth (7/5): Beautiful view and big family home - The location was beautiful and the beds werecomfortable The things in the kitchen ie the pans were so old and severely scratched we couldn’t use them, lack of glasses all mismatched and the other kitchen utensils were mismatched, the carpet was filthy especially in the corners. Also the curtains were old and didn’t block out the sun

- Bobbie (9/5): Only a few minutes walk to the shop to buy some bait and have a relaxing fish with my kids off the jetty - The location was perfect 👌 and a beautiful swim in the pool

Had some issues regarding pool, pool area, BBQ etc. Management were very helpful sent people around to sort out the issues as best they could. House was dated but comfortable and kitchen well equipped Pool area very neglected. Was not guest ready to be used (management sent someone to remove dirty cover and clean pool and BBQ. Fridge seal wasn't sealing. Fans and BBQ dirty
