- Michael (4/5): Overall it was a place to shower and sleep, very noisy until bar close, outside and in room. - Pool was open to the public, couldn't use at all. Was looking forward to relaxing in the sun and using it but they were inviting the public to use rooftop bar and pool.

Lit très confortable, appartment spacieux, 2 balcons vue sur mer à un prix très raisonnable en semaine Manque de gel douche, très peu de jet sur le pommeau latéral, pas du tout sur celui du dessus

It was very very dark, everywhere. It smelled like mold. The balcony was dangerous. There was no coffee except some Sanka that was stucka togetha. No toiletries. No wake up call (I’m deaf.)

Top of refrigerator was very dirty (long term not cleaned) built up mop dirt in corners. Room with balcony deceiving in description, it's view was electric wires, building and parking garage. But location was good, staff was friendly.

- Hart (3/5): Do some research before you book. Don't just love the price. - Close to the beach and activities. The host was readily available even late at night. The shower (if you can even call it a shower) barely had water come out of it. We had to sit in the tub and throw the water on us like the movie elf. The pictures and description of a "two bedroom condo" are very misleading. It's just 1 room with a TV, a bed and 2 futons. No privacy for anyone. Also they should have a detailed map on where the check in desk is vs. where you at staying. We came in at 11pm and it was raining and we had no clue where to go to check in. It was behind some bar in an alley.

Then after we decided to check out we got a call from the front desk, asking us “didn’t we know where we booked?” The answer is NO we are from out of town. Then proceeded to hang up on me.

I wanted as close to the Versace mansion as possible, without staying there. Inside the condo, I had to sweep immediately. I took my shoes off and felt like I was walking on the beach. The shower head had almost zero pressure so showering was more of a chore. The sunshades wouldn’t come down, so we got up with the sun everyday. (Not a problem, but more privacy would have been nice). The view stated was a little misleading, but yeah you can see water… The pool was open to the public. A homeless man stayed in stairwell at night.

The room was smelly .. foist smell / patio doors did not have any locks what so ever, and the frame was bent from what looked like a break in 😬 staff wasn’t very help full at all. This place needs a full refurb from top to bottom. I would advise any body looking to stay at this apartment block to seriously look else were.. I have been going to Miami for the last 20yrs and never seen a place so loppy…..

In de achterin gelegen slaapkamer was er niets van te horen! Niets, helaas was het zeezicht weg door de opbouw op het strand van een kunst manifestatie. Maar dat iscerv1 maal per jaar.

W opisie hotelu nie ma informacji, że znajduje się przy nim klub, w którym do późnych godzin nocnych jest bardzo głośna muzyka, co utrudnia zaśnięcie. Prysznic wymaga wymiany na nowy.

I was able to take the stairs down, but the door going to the stairs on the ground level wouldn't open from the outside so we could take the stairs up. The elevator they have in the front desk building going to the pool works fine, but the other elevator I personally think needs work.

- Kenzie (8/5): Enjoyed our stay. Nice, laidback spot that had everything we needed. - Location is perfect! Literally across the street from the beach where we could rent beach loungers and umbrella. Kids loved it. Due to its location, could be noisy late into the night but we were well aware before booking. Actually kids could see the drag shows from our balcony lol which is a plus bc there’s noooo way Palace let kids come in and watch. If a fancy place is what you’re looking for, this is not for you. But it checked all the boxes for us — location, good price, a small kitchen, 3 beds, many collapsible luggage racks, new towels daily, bathtub, valet parking. Couldn’t ask for more. Owners are responsive and very straightforward. Nothing really.

The restaurant we went to twice our suite was sitting right on top of it, which was a 10/10 love it & will be back. Can't really say I didn't like anything about it, so no complaints here
- María Belén (10/5): Hiper recomendable. Ya es la 2da vez que venimos y volveríamos sin duda - Excelente ubicación. Salida a la playa justo en frente. Relación precio-calidad un 1000. Habitaciones completas con todo lo necesario! La cama comodísima. La terraza con pileta divina, y la vista a la playa desde ahí un espectáculo. Te guardan las valijas sin cargo todo el tiempo que necesites. Se escucha mucho el ruido y la música fuerte de The Palace abajo. La habitación no tiene vista pero por el precio no es problema. La recepcionista no habla nada de español. No pasan a hacer limpieza pero como estuvimos pocos días no fue un problema!

- Tanja (1/5): Nicht buchbar!!! Finger weglassen! - Nähe zum Meer und die Aussicht von der Rooftop-Bar auf das Meer. Das Appartement C302, ließ sich von innen nicht abschließen, da die Schlösser kaputt waren, ebenso der Safe. Das Appartement war äußerst ungepflegt, abgenutzt, alt und nicht sauber. Dass es täglich extreme Dauerbeschallung bis 24 Uhr vom Etablissement unten gibt, wusste man. Jedoch dass in der Rooftop-Bar auch täglich LGPTQ-Partys stattfinden, davon war keine Rede. Dadurch konnte der Pool nur morgens genutzt werden. Zudem war dieser sehr trüb und ungepflegt. Was kein Wunder ist, wenn täglich viele Partygäste von außen diesen mitnutzen. Diese Unterkunft ist meiner Meinung nach absolut inakzeptabel und nicht jugendfrei, weshalb wir (Familie mit 16-jährigem Sohn) auch diese wieder verlassen wollten. Jedoch war hier weder booking.com behilflich noch hatte der Vermieter Verständnis. Daher NICHT buchen!!!

- peter (1/5): Property was not as advertised and caused us anxiety, stress and lack of sleep. It ruined our holida - The location was great. The property was not suitable for families and was not as advertised. There was no mention that the property was directly above a nightclub which was playing loud music from 10:45am to 12:30am every day. The music was so loud that the walls and floors and windows were vibrating. The property was advertised as being recently refurbished but this was not the case. The property was dirty and in a bad state of repair. I would never have booked this property if I knew it was above a nightclub. My children could not sleep until the music stopped at 12:30. In fact, the property was so sun-standard that we moved out after 2 nights and have complained to booking.com for a full refund. We found alternative accommodation for the remainder of our stay.
