Gwen (7/5): Beautiful house but dirty - Fantastic sized house. Excellent location. The cleanliness of the house let it down. Ground floor windows very streaky. Lounge room rug full of crumbs. Ground floor ensuite was filthy! Bad mould problem on wall tiles and shower floor. No light in laundry toilet. Ground floor main bathroom door trapped several guests inside, as it sticks and is very hard to get out of. Dirty plates in the cupboard

Cloe (5/5): Pelican Escape school holiday stay - The property is a good size, comfortable, the location is great and the amenities at Raffertys are fabulous. The property is in need of some repairs and maintenance. The TV didn’t work, the foxtel was broken, wifi was very intermittent, there were PowerPoints hanging out of the wall, lights in the kitchen needed globes, the tumble dryer didn’t work properly, the oven, BBQ and fridge are grossly under sized for such a large property and the outdoor furniture is not sufficient either. For a property that is marketed as “executive” and for the price that we paid I would expect a higher standard of facilities.
