Dislike 1. There was a heavy rain during one night and electricity supply tripped twice. This disturbed our sleep.

- Balaji (7/5): Good option for Family - The location and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The hotel is located at a calm and peaceful place and has access to all necessary amenities around. Kids loved the rooms and amenities. The preparation of the room was not that good. We had to call for staff support the first almost for TV and WiFi access. Had initial challenges in settling up. That could be avoided if they had prepared properly.

Karaikudi is a C rating town .here asking 11 am check out time like Mumbai and Chennai is stupid thing .there are plenty of hotels there to offer check in based on 24 hour basis .don't only believe on booking.com .

Endup using same towel everyday with messy bed. Please have more housekeeping staff if there are not available.Would really appreciate a good shower and sleep for money value

I booked the hotel through booking.com and informed them about our stay . checked in around 4 pm.Booked for two days.Asked to check out 12 noon.our train was 8pm. we struggling from 12 pm to stay in Karaikudi.
