• Delia (1/5): I will not stay there again and do not recommend anyone to stay there. - Nothing The room we got smelled like mildew. Didn’t have hot water. Electricity on tv side not working. Breakfast was cold and served frozen food. WiFi not working.
• Nazareth (9/5): Amazing hotel and well kept, just not the best wifi. - I definitely liked how clean and well kept it was, staff was great and helpful as well, i personally loved it. The only thing i didn’t like was the service, the wifi would go in and out. Also It is basically on the edge of brownsville so the location of course isn’t the property’s fault but it was a bit far from everything.

• David (10/5): I had a wonderful stay in room 308, though the refrigerator could use an upgrade as it wasnt cooling - I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in room 308; the room itself was excellent. I noticed the refrigerator isn't cooling effectively. It may be time for a replacement to ensure the next guest has a better experience.
• Gerardo (3/5): With minimal attention to details, could have been much better. - The bed mattress was good. The room size was good. The pillows were horrible. The bathroom light didn't work, since I stayed only one night, had no time to fix it, but at 5 am when I needed to take a bath, I had to do it with the door open to use the hallway light. The shower water was freezing cold, and it had a weird way to operate (could do a full rotation, and each quarter turn some water came up, so no way to know which way was hot water). Since I was in a hurry, I took a bath in the freezing water. The door lock was completely broken. The fridge inside the room was very noisy, so I had to disconnect it to be able to sleep.

• Maribel (8/5): - las camas fueron muy cómodas al igual que las almohadas, el desayuno cuenta con lo básico, no cuenta con ningún tipo de proteína, el personal fue amable, en general bastante bien para lo que es, descansar y continuar el viaje! mis habitaciones estaban justo frente al área del desayunador por lo cual podía escuchar a los demás huéspedes a la hora de su desayuno y no fue agradable, ya que muchos inician su día muy temprano, y las sillas de mi habitación olían a humedad.

• charles (4/5): Cheap price, lacks the luster - The price of the room and the overall price. The beds have been better in previous stays. The water pressure was poor. The hotel went through a renovation at some point, but the finished work is very poor. There is dry paint and drywall plaster on tile, and reused doors that lack paint to make them presentable. The plug used between the beds is tied to the main light switch, and when it's off, you can not use the outlet to plug in chargers next to the bed. The tv remote did not work on the tv and I tried to change batteries, but it did not work. The door to the pool access remained unlocked 24 hours a day. My stay was for three days.

• Roman (5/5): It was alright. - We enjoyed a comfortable bed. The breakfast was decent. We like the fact that when we made the hotel aware that the room was not very clean they immediately responded dispatching staff to clean room. There were issues with the plumbing. Very poor drainage in the shower. As for the temperature of the water, we had to leave the water running for 20 minutes in order for the water to start warming up.

I had to remove the filters from the air-conditioning unit, and they were both dirty. Had to wash them. When I told the front desk clerk, he was rude and condescending.

They took great care of us. Breakfast was great every morning and we felt at home. No service in the building. The rooms didn’t get sweeped the whole time we were there. But other than that it was a great stay.

• Damian (2/5): - Breakfast was horrible. They didn’t have any scrambled eggs. They only had hard boiled eggs. They mainly had waffles, but even like that there was a big line for the limited amount of machines to make it. One person would make about 7 pancakes then another 5 pancakes. By the time we ate an hour had gone by. I asked for a towel and this man came in telling me they had no towels. How the hell do you not have any towels. Our sink was leaking so I had to brush my teeth in the tub. The water from the sink was white! Not even clear. Don’t be fooled by the pictures you see here. The bed was warped in the middle. There was no tv channels and the remote wasn’t working. If you pull up all the bed sheets, you will see a yellow bed with stains that look like drops of blood or rust. Oh and one of our towels had a stain which is why I asked for a new towel, but they told me they didn’t have any. The latch on the door was broken and so was the window. Really felt like I was in the ghetto.

• Mz (1/5): Bad - I honestly just liked the location. I didn't like everything, they gave us a room that the whole room smelled humid and wall was covered in mold. Then they moved us to second room and it was dirty, with the same problem, brown water always came out of water faucet upon turning on. Wouldn't reccomend staying here unless it's a necessity.

• Maria (1/5): I didn’t stay, I left, this place is Filthy! - Nothing The property is run down, the rooms are nasty, blood stain on the wall,,the side doors that are supposed to be locked for guest safety are inoperable. And the bed sheets looked like they had been slept on before and they just remade the bed again. As soon as I seen this I gathered my stuff and I checked out went somewhere else and got a room.

We checked in had to go to an event came back changed and couldn’t stay d - Nothing, The side door to the pool doesn’t even lock no need to use your key , the room door doesn’t even close had to push it myself the tissue cover was on the ground the chairs were stained , it smelt terrible like mold in the room we didn’t even stay to sleep, the baseboards where dirty you could see all the dirt ! • Perla (1/5): Horrible - Only decent thing about this place was the pool area Rooms were super dirty! Mattress are super dirty the springs were coming out! The shower was dirty it wouldn’t drain properly because there was lots of hairs. As soon as we walked in urine smell filled the room the toilet had urine in it! No fire alarm. Dead flies everywhere. Windows super dirty.
