- Mattea (8/5): - Stanza spaziosa, letto e cuscini comodi. Nulla in particolare, forse che il distributore d' acqua gratuito segnalato da altri utenti non fosse in uso questi giorni. Ottima posizione, adsoluta tranquillità se pur a due passi dalla cattedrale. Il parco alle spalle ed anche la fermata della metro per i viaggi da/per Aeroporto. Forse consiglierei un kit d' accoglienza cialde ,tea o biscotti in camera o una colazione easy. Sarebbe un valore aggiunto niente male.

- Sven (9/5): Valencia ist eine tolle Stadt und dieses Hotel ein super Ausgangspunkt - Sehr gute Lage zwischen Turia und Altstadt. Freundliche Damen an der Rezeption, Highlight war die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Kirchen. Ausstattung zweckmäßig, stilvoll und alles immer sauber. Da wir alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden haben gibt es eigentlich nichts zu meckern.

(and you really shouldnt expect more) Coffee machine was not working for both days. They fixed it when we were leaving. Expensive. (but yeah, you pay for location only) There was only a shower gel in the shower with no other items in the bathroom, the showergel was on the wall with suction cups which falls down when it gets wet and honestly feels really cheap. For the price we paid, our other hotel which was four star, was much more value for money. Bed was not that comfortable.

- CATIA SCATRAGLI (10/5): - Tutto è organizzato molto bene, con accessori comodi e utili, finestre che rendono la stanza insonorizzata, pulito e in posizione comoda vicina al ponte Real del Turia con fermata del bus molto comoda. Ho apprezzato molto, oltre al bollitore con tazze e prodotti in camera, anche la disponibilità di un distributore di bevande calde. Carina anche la terrazza al sesto piano con divanetti per rilassarsi e guardare un po di Valencia dall'alto. La signora alla reception è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Niente

- Anna (7/5): Bello ma se scegliete la camera con balcone, vi consiglio di confermare direttamente con la struttura - La struttura era pulita e profumata . Arredamento moderno ed essenziale. Letto abbastanza comodo. Posizione quasi centrale e vicina ad una fermata bus . Nonostante la colazione non sia compresa, c’è a disposizione un distributore gratuito di bevande calde. Per le bevande fredde, c’è il distributore a pagamento. Terrazzo con vista molto bella Non mi sono piaciute 2 cose: 1. Ho prenotato con 1 mese di anticipo la “camera con balcone “ (a un costo più alto) e non la “camera con vista”. Nel momento del check in, l’ho fatto presente e mi hanno risposto che la mia prenotazione prevedeva il “balcone alla francese “ (non c’era scritto da nessuna parte) anzi, nella descrizione della camera, dove ci sono anche le foto, si vede un bel balcone . Mi hanno anche detto che non avevo fatto nessuna richiesta specifica al riguardo, ma se scelgo quella con il balcone, non capisco perché avrei dovuto contattare la struttura per ricalcare la mia scelta. 2. Non c’è il bidet in bagno, e ne ero consapevole, ma di solito, c’è la doccetta , e neanche questa c’era.

- Monika (7/5): - Ładna kamienica w dobrej lokalizacji - blisko centrum i przystanku autobusowego. Sympatyczny taras na ostatnim piętrze. Na krótki pobyt bez większych wymagań jest OK. Nie jest to do końca hotel, sprawia raczej wrażenie hostelu. Recepcja działa tylko w określonych godzinach. Kawa dostępna w automacie na pierwszym piętrze -trzeba ją windą przewieźć do pokoju. Automaty na monety z przekąskami. Pokój był mały, a łazienka oddzielona symbolicznie przesuwanymi drzwiami, które się nie domykają - zero prywatności. Pokoje wbrew opisowi nie mają balkonów, tylko drzwi balkonowe, a to jednak różnica.

- Verena (9/5): Super schöne Wohnung im besten Viertel von Barca - Wunderschönes Apartment mit super Ausstattung in toller Lage. Alles ist vorhanden was man für einen kurzen oder längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, der Ausblick auf die schönen Häuser gegenüber hat mir gut gefallen. Gegenüber ist ein sehr schöner Supermarkt, und in der Umgebung sind viele Restaurants, Bars, Cafés etc. Zum Placa de Cataluna geht man nicht mal 10 Minuten, da fährt auch der Aerobus zum Flughafen weg. Check-in via WhatsApp war super easy. Ich komme definitiv wieder, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Barca bin. Alles top

Everything was within walking distance, and the area itself is lovely. The hotel was also clean and well maintained, and the stay was comfortable overall. That said, for the price paid, I found the hotel to be quite basic. The room and facilities were fine but nothing stood out, and it lacked some of the extras you would expect at this price point. It did the job, but it didn’t quite feel like good value for money. Overall, a solid option if location is your priority, but expectations should be kept modest considering the cost. Sound insulation could be better, as the walls are quite thin. The amenities were quite basic for the price paid.

Abbiamo provato a chiamare e ha risposto un uomo molto scortese e che non parlava inglese. Poi all'arrivo per fortuna la ragazza è stata gentilissima. Riguardo la stanza, per niente insonorizzata. Si sentono troppo i rumori dal corridoio, siamo state svegliate più volte durante la notte di venerdì. Inoltre la porta del bagno non è davvero una porta quindi zero provacy.

- husanu (1/5): - La posizione era ottima La lenzuola del letto non era cambiata trovati cappelli nella doccia,in questi casi si cambia la stanza... Non e stata fatta .allora ho richiesto giusto di rifare il letto alla Signa del front desk, ha provveduto con delle cose per letti singoli scusandosi che non ci sono più per quelli matrimoniali (in un albergo, non casa gestita da host privato) e dicendomi che domani sarebbe venuta la signora, mettendo il cartello appeso sulla porta a cambiare e rifare la stanza,visto che stavamo più giorni.ma non e successo.prezzo alto per il suo conforto.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, tolles Bett für besten Schlaf. Vom Hotel ist die historische Altstadt in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt eine kostenlose Kaffeebar in der ersten Etage. Außerdem einen Snack- und Getränkeautomaten in der Lobby. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf dem Dach des Hotels befindet sich eine sonnige Terrasse zum entspannen. Alles war gut.

- Alison (8/5): Great hotel, great location, very friendly staff. Would recommend. - Location is excellent. Hotel very clean. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Their attitude was excellent!! Hotel very clean but really strong smell of disinfectant the whole time. Room was cold and the duvet was extremely thin. Extra blankets definitely needed. Lock on door was broken didn't feel very secure.
