With heater and large bathroom and strong water pressure. They serve plated breakfast but very filling. They have the BEST SUNSET view. Food in their restaurant is delicious! They dont have an elevator The location is a bit far from downtown so if you're not into walking, you would need to have a budget for the transpo. Location has no signal to all network. Wifi is available but can still be improved but not recommended if you'll be working.

But it's so bad that we need to keep the doors open just to let it out. We just didn't address it during our stay to skip the hassle.

• Светослва (3/5): - We only liked the attitude of the staff. Kim was very helpful for everything that we need. The rooms were very small, two of the rooms there are no windows. No place for your belongings at all. It was very noisy, it was difficult to sleep because of other guests. The breakfast was bad all of our three days, there were two slice watermelon and something like pancakes. The rooms are cleaning on the third day. And no one take the trash from the rooms.

Downtown is about 12 - 15 mins away by tricycle. We had a sea view rm 304, watching the sunset is beautiful from our room. I feel that's the only thing great about the room. I didn't like the bathroom. It was moldy, I couldn't close the door when using it because I was afraid I'll get sick. They need to scrub the shower walls and remove the black molds all over the bathroom. The sliding door towards the balcony needs to be fixed.

So we had our breakfast from outside. Luckily on the next day, other staff knew about it and apologized, then offered us free breakfast before our early check out. • VIncze (3/5): Beschrenkt Genißbar. - Schöne panoramablick von Balkon. Personal ist sehrzuvorkommen, nett. Im zimmer gibt es 50% keine internet. Der zimmer ist mit europaischer sicht keine Deluxe kategorie. Eingangstür wackelt,auch im geschlossene zustand. Balkontür kan Mann nicht richtig zu machen. Im badezimmer Siekert wasser aus dem Boden.
• Judith Susanne (8/5): - Wir sind begeistert von der Unterkunft. Ich verstehe die negativen Bewertungen überhaupt nicht. Ich habe mich echt auf das Schlimmste eingestellt, aber ich bin positiv überrascht 😄 Das Personal ist super freundlich, sowohl die Damen als auch die Herren. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker. An einem Tag haben wir vergessen, unser Frühstück vorzubestellen, aber es war kein Problem, spontan ein Frühstück deiner Wahl zu ordern. Wir mussten auch nie lange auf unser Frühstück warten. Die Aussicht vom Balkon aus ist wunderschön und die Lage ist super. Nebenan ist ein Restaurant/Café, bei dem man gute Fruit Shakes und Gerichte bekommt. Hinzu kommt noch, dass diese Unterkunft im Vergleich echt günstig ist! Wir sind voll zufrieden. Aus dem Bad kam ein seltsamer, chemischer Geruch.

On a positive note, the view in the morning during breakfast is truly beautiful and definitely a highlight of the stay. Thank you to the whole team for being so attentive and for taking the time to listen to us throughout our stay. The air conditioning in our first room was not working, but the team kindly offered to move us to another room. The second room was a bit brighter, although it did not have a window. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was still not functioning properly there either.

I asked to cancel the reservation in person, one staff told me I could 24 hrs in advance which it was. 2. When booking.com reached out the hotel did not respond to the cancelation request 3. I went back to tell them to cancel it and they said no they will not cancel it. And I have to request to get the room again. Stupid me, I did 4. The beach is not safe for females to walk to. It's down an alley.

Hotell nõudie alati sularahas makstes täpset summat, kuna neil pole raha tagasi anda. Samas kui juba osa kliente maksab täpse summa, siis võiks ju tagasi andmiseks ka raha olla.. ei saanud aru mida nad selle vahetusrahaga teevad, et seda kunagi pole. Kasutasin ka nende poolset pesupesemisteenust - sain tagasi koti asjadega, kus pooled ei olnud minu omadki ja pooled minu omad oli kellegi teise kotis. Lisaks olid riided ikkagi mustad. Tundub et pandi lihtsalt korraks hea lõhnaga vette ja kuivatati ära.

• GEORGIOS (2/5): - The breakfast was poor, no more options to choose, too sad for foreigners who doesn't eat rice Although they have the american break fast but it's only 2 small slices of waffle and 2 small slices of fruits. Nothing more. People who works at night in the reception should be more accommodating especially to the girl. I was asking if i could change the food since one of us didn't like it and she's starting to give attitude, not very nice. We stayed for 3 nights and in those nights the housekeeper never ever clean the room or even change the towels for 3 days, we even have to go down in the reception to ask for a toilet paper. Tip; check first your sheets if there's a tier or holes already before even using it or take a photo you can use it after the checkout or else you have to pay fees.

La ducha con una buena presion de agua. Nuestra habitacion con vista al mar. La comida del restaurante deliciosa El baño olia mal. La cortina de la ducha no era hasta el piso y se mojaba todo. Estabamos en el piso 3 y arriba teniamos el comedor asi que a las 7 am la gente que iba a desayunar hacia muchisimo ruido porque las sillas muy pesadas entonces tenian que arrastrarlas. El desayuno bien, pero si estas apurado, no pretendas que te atiendan rapido. Se toman su tiempo. Bastante ruidoso por momentos. Sucio no, pero siempre lleno de tierra y arena el piso. No barren ni pasan un trapo mojado.

• Irena (7/5): - The staff were exceptionally helpful and always ready to assist. Upon our arrival, they immediately arranged a scooter rental for us. The girl at the reception makes a real effort to provide all the information we asked for. She is extremely kind. Excellent laundry service. booked two rooms: one double room and one quadruple room for the children. The quadruple room was fine, exactly as shown in the pictures. It had a great balcony and a beautiful sea view. The other room, however, was not the room shown in the photos we had booked. Throughout all four days of our stay, there was no hot water in that room. The issue was not resolved despite the fact that I reported it every day. Another issue was that the room had no proper window; the window it did have faced the hallway. I initially thought that we had been placed in such a room on the first day because the hotel was fully booked and that we would be moved to the unit we had reserved the next day, but that was not the case. We felt claustrophobic and somewhat disappointed because of this, but we did not want to be demanding or rude. Nevertheless, we had a good stay there.

• Kiana (8/5): Royal Palm Inn’s location is perfect and the staff are excellent. - I liked the staff, they were really attentive, helpful and approachable. There’s also a beach near the property that has a sand bar. The doors in the bathrooms and one of my friend was bitten by bed bugs.

Buena ubicación ya que los hostales en el Nido Town hay mucho ruido, alli es un sitio tranquilo a 30 min a pie y a 10 min en tuc tuc Personal agradable Alquilamos tres motos con ellos al momento y bastante rápido. También tenian servicio de laundry y en poco tiempo lo tenias. Abajo hay un restaurante y a unos metros una pizzeria bastante buena Habia un chico con brackets muy servicial El desayuno era completo, pero mucha mezcla, después habia buffet de zumo, cafe y agua bien. Por la noche venian a pedirte que querias Éramos 5 para solo 1 rollo de papel de wc y teniamos que ir cada momento a buscar El baño no tenia ventilación y al ducharse 5 se hacia agobiante

• jason (7/5): - The place is slightly far from El Nido town center so it's more quite during the night. Restos are available nearby. If you want to go to the town center, you can hail a tricycle on the nearby terminal. It also has a beautiful vuew overlooking the bay on the 4th floor hotel restaurant where they serve breakfast. They only have limited tables on the veranda though. No toiletries provided like soap, shampoo, and tootbrush.

Internet nefuncțional in doua din cele trei nopti petrecute acolo. Mic dejun foarte sarac pentru 100 $ pe noapte. Am solicitat un prelungitor pentru a putea utiliza frigiderul, nu l-am primit asa ca am fost nevoiți sa mutam aparatul in mijlocul camerei. Nu recomand! Evitați pe cât posibil!

Breakfast is something they should publish in their booking photos because definitely would help for having more people to book (buffet breakfast with different options). Rooms are very small and if you have big backpacks, it makes everything in the room more uncomfortable.

• Carmelita (6/5): Excellent staff - The staff is very helpful and nice view of the sea. The hotel is quite old, and there is a strong smell of disinfectant in the toilet that gave me colds. There are ants in the table, the Internet is very poor, I didn't sleep on our first night due to the noise of a crying dog,coming from another hotel but as soon as I informed the staff, they have resolved the issue straight away. The breakfast is okay.buffet style on first and third night, which is a bit chaotic.as everyone qued, so, if you came late, you end of waiting for another batch of food.
• Kristina (3/5): Not great - You get a simple room with nothing extra but it’s something I was expecting. Good view from breakfast floor. I had an impression our room was not cleaned at all after previous guests. Rubbish bins were not empty, there were couple of personnel belongings in the bathroom. My friend told that the bed sheets and pillow were dirty as well. Mine I preferred not to check. As far as there were no other options that two nights it was okay to sleep but definitely you can find better options for this money if you book in advance
• Marina (6/5): Wonderful place with pros and cons experience - The nice breakfast hall with a balcony has an incredible sea and islands view. A good breakfast was included in the room price. There are comfortable open-air resting areas on each floor. The restaurant downstairs has good food and the best prices in the neighborhood. It is open for late lunch and dinner, and your order can be delivered to your room. The staff was nice and helpful. A walk to the beach is short. The beach is clean, the sand is wonderful, and the views are amazing. The Corong-Corong area is greener and quieter than El Nido. First, we were placed in rooms on the upper floor facing the traffic noise going on all night long, while we requested quiet rooms upfront. We chose this hotel because all other affordable options were right on the road. Since the hotel is not big, options for changing rooms were limited. My son was placed in the room with a window to the open-air hallway, with a fan provided upon his request. The window was facing a door to another room about 1.5 m away. It was a downgrade. Our rooms were already paid for along with the booking, and we did not have any other choice but to take what was available. In my new room, there was a strong odor from the sewer pipe in the shower every night. No other rooms were available, so it was just treated by housekeeping every day, and I kept it sealed when not in use. Next week I had an opportunity to get another room. The room was more advanced and cost more. There were no problems with it. That was nice to see papaya trees growing next to the balcony, but the ground in the yard below was full of garbage. A path to the beach is partially trashed out, dusty, or muddy, and it was not the worst for the villages on Palawan. The boat tour from the hotel was disappointing for many reasons.

Bathroom was disgusting, stank of sewage throughout, rusty dirty taps and air fresheners trying to disguise smell under sink area. 2.no Internet at all in the rooms only in reception area. 3.no point having a TV in the room as it doesn't connect to Internet or any channels at all. 4.Breakfast was just a basket full of instant noodles, processed snacks, nothing fresh at all. 5.location on main road but no beaches nearby, you need a scooter for sure. 5.i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

• Amalia (10/5): Fantastic stay - Everything. The view of 4th floor breakfast area. The piano in the lounge area. The smiling staffs. The portion of food of only one order feeds 5 persons. Theres lounge area every floor to unite with other guests so we do not feel alone. Laundry nearby. Beach 3 mins walk, complimentary breakfast. Small tricycles everywhere 24/7 to go to center. We ate fresh fish in the restaurant nearby the sea. All fantastic even tours and transportation can be book in this hotel el nido royal palm hotel! We will come back again! None

(Only one car is available to park there) The room was very clean, and around the hotel is silent and peaceful. In the hotel there was no signal. There was Wi-fi but working at the lobby only, we didn’t need to connect internet all the time so we were fine with it but if you really need strong internet connection, better to choose other hotel :D

• Fabio (5/5): Good location, friendly staff. - the intermediate position between the center of El Nido and Las Cabanas beach, the presence of all the essential shops, the panoramic view from the breakfast room. the room they assigned to us had a broken door handle, it overlooked a very busy and noisy internal corridor, the internal spaces of the room were extremely small (it was difficult for a couple to move around), the air conditioning was leaking water and dripping onto the mattress, the shower was spacious but only had 2 temperature settings.
• F4949PQgemmas (2/5): Save your money from the pitiful excuse of a hotel. - If you’re thinking of staying here, DONT. The place should be condemned. Firstly the room, very very basic no kettle or glasses for water. No duvet ! Just a sheet. 200 peso charge for any marks on the bed sheets however there was dried blood on the bedsheets, I doubt they was changed before we arrived. Beds must be infested with bugs as I was bit several times. The bathroom stink of damp mouldy water. The shower was a joke must of been 5 different pipes connected to an electric shower which trickled Luke warm water, also the shower electric Cable was taped up with electrical tape. The breakfast was pitiful, breakfast was served between 7 & 9 but wasn’t ready for 7am they also have the audacity to charge you 200pesos for leftovers, we left what was a mouth full on the plate and was told if we didn’t eat it we would be charged. Now the staff, they have a mixture of older ladies and younger, the older being extremely rude and unwelcoming. The young ladies working there I felt sorry for as you could see the embarrassment of having to try charge you 200 pesos for a mouth full of food. All in all this is a very run down unorganised shambles of a hotel. They have absolutely zero customer service, save your money and pay extra for somewhere respectable as this place will put a serious damper on your holiday.

The male receptionist was very mean during the whole stay. Thankfully the woman was helpful. We had to pay extra for a blanket (only bed sheets provided). Insects. Bad breakfast: tang as orange juice, small portions, 3 on 1 coffee. Very noisy. Not enough space.

• Tabitha (9/5): Superb - The location is good, it's walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops, and has a restaurant attached downstairs as well as being opposite a motorbike rental shop. It's a short drive to town and beaches. Breakfast has 3 options, which change every morning, and is served on the 4th floor with an amazing view. We were able to book and pay for a van through reception without any problem. We had hot water, ac, WiFi etc. -Although the sheets were clean, they had a blood stain on the corner. -Rooms only serviced on every second day. -You have to go down to reception every morning to get vouchers to take to the 4th floor for breakfast. They should just give you the vouchers upon arrival.

• Shellah (5/5): Beds are so comfy. We got complimentary breakfast as well. Food is ok nothing special. I wish the room good for 2 people - Beds are comfy. View from the restaurant above was nice. Friendly staff. Water pressure of the sink is so weak. We can hear noises of the people from other rooms. The room is so small i guess. The window lock from our room is broken.

• Joy (10/5): Excellent - I love the view outside of the room and also the view every time we will have breakfast in the morning. I like the bed, it’s very comfortable and there is fridge inside the room. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our 4 days stay here. There is also a tricycle outside the hotel if you would want to go in the town proper or whatnot. Thank you. There were a lot of flies outside so you better turn the lights out during night so it won’t go inside the room. The blower is not working and there is no Netflix.

• Bijay (9/5): Very good and comfortable stay - Very welcoming staff , stayed 3 nights very comfortable. Room with balcony was the room i choose to stay which was a great, private balcony where u can have tea or coffee with sea view. Shower and the toilet smells bit.
• Md (3/5): Poor value for money; location far away from the beaches, no mobile network, no wifi - Only the seaview from the balcony, even that is obstructed by other residential houses. The room we booked (Double room with sea view balcony, Room 304) didn’t have anything they mentioned, it wasn’t liveable; no working AC and windows kept leaking air - it was extremely hot! TV, electric kettle didn’t work, it was infested by ants. There ants everywhere. The room door lock was wobbly, they put a bolt on inside. Toilet has mould, dingy and extremely unhygienic, mywife is sick and her condition is deteriorating. There was no mobile network and WiFi was poor.
