• Vitaly (1/5): Ужасно. Утром бежали от него подальше, даже чай не стали пить. - Достаточно близко к центру. На этом все плюсы заканчиваются. Грязный, грязный, как в коридоре, так и в номере. Убирают отвратительно, в душе остались упаковки одноразовых шампуней от прошлых жильцов и мусор в урне. На мебеле пыль. Отель обветшалый, давно без ремонта, обои отваливаются, wi-fi в номере не работает. Полотенца воняют, в ванной нет элементарного мыла. На фото единственный номер с окнами на улицу. Много номеров с окнами в стену соседнего дома.

• Valerian (5/5): Все не плохо, но могло быть и лучше при небольших затратах со стороны администрации гостиницы. - Завтрак хороший.Работники столовой быстро обслуживают посетителей. В ванной отвалилась вешалка с рецепшен быстро отправили работника и он выполнил ремонт. Внутри гостиницы посетители не шумят. Окно номера выходит на улицу, по которой всю ночь передвигается транспорт и люди. До 3 Х, а то и 4 Х ночи постоянный шум. Гостиница не ухоженная и не уютная. В номере два плечика для одежды и нет шкафа. Отсутствует кондиционер.

• Sakif (2/5): - The property is a sorry excuse for a hotel. Dont even go near the place. The staff is not friendly and the condition of the hotel is terrible. It is unsafe and unhygienic and it should be unfit for any human to stay in. There is no air con or fan or any ventilation. The smell in the room is stale and musty. There is mold growing everywhere in the room and bathroom. I stayed one night and could not stay any further. The staff is rude and didnt give any refund or credit. Even breathing in the room was heavy. The bathroom was the worst I have encountered in my life. Mold everywhere. No elevator and stairs are very narrow and difficult to carry luggage up. I have attached relevant photos to supplement by experience. Do not stay here at all even if its your last resort. STAY AWAY.

• Murray (1/5): Bad - Nothing The rooms looked nothing like the photos. The breakfast was leftovers one morning One staff member smelt and coughed over every thing. .The room wasn't serviced in 5 days I had to ask for a clean towel and toilet paper that took 24 hours. I rate the hotel 1 star.

• Chenrui (3/5): Not a very good experience - 1. Staff are hospitable without remarks. 2. For service, staff will help you to solve problems you met. 3. Cleanness can just be evaluated ' it is ok' because its price. Of course, I did not find hair and any left rubbish in the room. 4. The bed and its mattress are soft and clean. 5. If you are really tight-budget, this cost performance I can say is OK. 6. The location is only a point that deserves prasing. Its location is in city-center area. There are 3 convience stores (7/24) and over 10 restaurants. It only has a 10 minutes‘ walk to the Grand Plaza. In there, coffee shops, banks, shops and fast-food stores are everywhere. And it is near to Gandan Temple, for 5 minutes' walk. It is free at the moment days. 7. It is ruled that WIFI covers all the hotel. 8. I did not enjoy breakfasts because no person tell me where can I have access to it. 1. But their service is really not good. First, tourists need to enter the hotel and ask for opening the barrier arm. There is no a parking toll booth but need to recognise there is also no parking fee. Some tourists think that is an automatic barrier gate but no... Staff in here has a poor English and mostly people need to use translated apps to communicate, which is inconvient especially when your phone do not have Mongolian inpuuting method or voice messaging. I argue as a hotel opening for foreigners, English is a basic qualification for receptionists. There are also not bellboys but it can be understandable for its affordable price. 2. The hotel itself does not provide any services, including shuttle service, currency exchange service and room services, including laundry and room cleaning. The former can be understandable since its price, but the latter is really unbearable. 3. The room looks like very old and walls started blackening. The light is dim I think, not enough bright. 4. The soundproof is very very very bad! Oh my God！Because of equipped with a Karaoke, it is very noisy until 23.00. And you can hear talkings in your next rooms. So this really needs to be improved. 5. For Mongolia, I do not think these facilities and services can match the price of 35 ＄ per night. If I am in Japan, for example, well I will be satisfied. 6. In U, there is no advanced means of transport. And congestion in there has come to an unparalled extent. So you'd better prepare soft shoes. 7. I have an advice is that if your room is 208. You must required to ask for another one or otherwise you choose not to live in there. In that room, WIFI can not reach!!!!!! Piss me off!!!!! And staff refused to change another one for me. But at that time I have paid bills, I have to accept...That is very very very bad!!! But in room like 218, 213, 214, WIFI is well. 8. In mornings, I go downstairs and found no breakfast. I am sure I went there at the ruled time, but...

Not the normal turistic hotel :-) depending where you stay it can be a bit noisy :-)
• 소진 (8/5): Very good - Every staff were very kind and friendly. I had a small issue with the payment but they helped me to solve it! Not everyone speaks english but not a problem. Hot water worked well, toilet was also clean. Perfect location, reasonable price for short stay. The drainage in the toilet was not that good. Pls fix them for next guests😂

The breakfast is too simple and small, more like a snack. The overall cosmetics of the room is bad, the sink was plugged. Therefore it's one of the cheapest, you know, what you're paying for.

• Tuiana (10/5): Nice stay with ultra nice hosts! - The hosts are really nice people. They tried to help me in every questions. They even helped me to call the taxi. Apartment is located in the center of the city. You will have access to every well known sightseeing. The room is quite big. For this price the room was really nice. But if you want to live in a bit more luxury apartment - better to search for other options. Also I had a problem with Wi-Fi there.
• Vladimir (6/5): For a basic stay over as planned it was fine. Expect some local issues with internet or no printer - Breakfast was fine and suitable for Ulaanbataar where I worked in 2008/2009. Location with proximity to railway station and other local transport was also fine. Slow internet and periodic turning to be very slow or one of routers not working (have to switch to another router).

• Jur (8/5): - Good place with spacious rooms. Feels slightly dated although they seem to improve parts of the hotel. WiFi is a bit slow. Breakfast was ok but you get what you get.

This is a really lovely place the local area is nice it is easy to get to and easy to walk to places The staff here are the best, of all the hotels I have been to, the staff here rate as some of the best people I have ever had to deal with. They are really lovely people. The rooms are clean and nice, the water is good, the facilities are great. The restaurant is nice, and always some there, and the food is really good.

Завтраки проходят в грязноватого вида ресторане на 1 эт и состоят из яичницы из 1 яйца, одной помидорки-черри, ломтика сыра и ломтика хлеба, круасана и "бумажной" сосиски. Питье - растворимый кофе м сухим молоком.
