• Debbie (1/5): - The sheets smelt nice The manager drove me to the beach which was nice Not a good area for a tourist. Nothing really around and long walk to the beach. The only shop and resturant nearby only take cash and i didnt have any so had to go hungry. There is not a free airport shuttle as advertised, false advertising. They offered to arrange a taxi to take me to the airport. That evening I told the guy on reception that I didnt need one as I ordered a grab. The next day when checking out the lady passed me onto the manager who said the car was coming at 10am. I said I already told the guy on reception that I ordered a grab and didnt need one. When I was putting the suitcase in the grab the guy from the night before came running out and shouted at me and the grab driver. Avoid. You are better off spending g £5 more booking somewhere else. Clanging noises at night that sounds. The rooms downstairs had black mould on the walls and no windows / ventilation

• Morris (1/5): worse stay ever after long tired day - n/a -booked with a queen sz bed room and not same as in picture showed ( no window ) , -the room final price is rm 95 for genius rate ( rm 105 ) , during check in staff was asked to pay rm 105 and unable to answer my question . -downstair's room full on black ants ,the floor/ wall / bed and bath room....i'm wearing slipper inside the room -why budget hotel need to pay deposit rm50?

• Kooi (6/5): If you are in need of a place to stay, comfortable and nothing more, then I guess its OK. - It's a simple and basic place to stay, its clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The bathroom is extremely cramped, and the location is a little remote.

• Nh (8/5): good. clean facility - strategically located. easy access to the beach. nearby shop. friendly staff. clean room toilet quite small. toilet door block the toilet bowl. if someone bigger than me i think he/she cannot enter the toilet. better to put ‘ please close the door slowly’ memo at upstair glass door. quite disturbing when people just open and let the door closes with ‘banggg’ sound especially at night. i think it is better to relocate the tv. cant see clearly from the angle of view. all is black 😅
