• Dannielle (10/5): - Everything from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. The prawn curry dinner on our first night was a stand out during our time in Sri Lanka. The property is beautiful and easily put you into relax mode from the moment we arrived. The pool area is stunning overlooking the beach. Staff were lovely and always willing to help. We were travelling with kids and highlights for them included the play area, donkeys and the horseride along the beach at sunset. That we didnt get to stay longer
• Sean (10/5): If you died and went to heaven- this is where you would end up - The property is set in an isolated location. There appeared to be no other holiday accommodation nearby. This gave the property the feel of exclusivity and privacy. The property is set along a beautiful stretch of beach. Our cabana was very classy. There is no running hot water but you seriously do not need it. The water out of the shower was pleasantly warm. There are no nearby shops or restaurants so you eat all meals at the property- having said this- the meals were excellent

Wir haben eine private Bootstour (Delfine beobachten und Schnorcheln) gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Essen ist super lecker und abwechslungsreich. Für Familien ist die Anlage auch sehr gut geeignet (viele Tiere, ein kleiner Spielplatz, toller Pool und viel zu entdecken).

Er daalde een rust over ons neer, zo mooi, zo een met de natuur! Super mooi chalet waarin we verbleven, zoveel mooier dan verwacht, heel gezellig restaurant direct aan het strand, heerlijk zwembad met uitzicht op zee en ook nog voortreffelijk, vooral vega, eten. In 1 woord fantastisch! En dan ook nog het personeel, zó aardig en lief! We hebben ook nog een boottochtje gemaakt met de boot van het resort. Honderden dolfijnen gezien! Waanzinnig! Niets

Милейшие животные 💔 Они просто украли наши сердечки - лошади и ослики, которые гуляют по территории и не против с вами по взаимодействовать! Отдельно хочу отметить персонал. Люди на Шри-Ланке везде были очень милы и дружелюбны, но о сервисе они знают не много. Но здесь ребят явно обучали и они действительно предоставляют хороший сервис! У вас несколько раз переспросят, всего ли вам хватает, можно ли убирать еду с раздачи или вы ещё хотите пойти за добавкой 😂 быстро всё приносят, не нужно ждать заказ по часу! Еда была восхитительная! Даже просто овощи были свежие и вкусные. Завтраки у нас входили в стоимость проживания, ужины брали дополнительно. Попали на потрясающий ужин со свежевыловленным тунцом. К мангалу вынесли огромную рыбу, повар при нас её разделывал и всем желающим жарил стейки! Самая вкусная рыба в моей жизни! В разные дни были креветки, тунец в соусе и курица на гриле. The space around all the separate bedroom houses was great. It felt as if you were staying in your own little bit of heaven but with easy access to the restaurant, bar and beach. Both the solar powered outdoor shower and the covered seating area were great. Wing foiling kit was good and the tuition very good. Access to both the lagoon and the sea made learning very easy. Утром промываешься под шум океана и пенье птиц. Сетку над кроватью можно было бы заменить на новую. На Территории живут много домашних животных ( ослы и лошади) , поэтому было бы славно убирать ее более тщательнее

• Stefanie (10/5): Wundervoller Aufenthalt in einem kleinen Paradis - Das Elements ist eine Oase am Meer. Wir haben die letzten Tage unserer Sri Lanka Reise dort verbracht und es sehr genossen. Das ganze Team ist sehr freundlich, das Essen ist hervorragend und die Anlage schön und gepflegt! Wir waren Reiten, Kajak fahren, haben Wing Surfing ausprobiert und uns einfach treiben lassen. Es ist alles sehr auf Nachhaltigkeit aufgebaut, was uns außerdem gut gefallen hat. Ich würde dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen Nur zur Erwähnung: es gibt keine Klimaanlage in den Villen, aber uns hat es nicht gestört, da man gut durchlüften kann!

• Melanie (10/5): Wunderbare Auszeit am Meer - Das Resort ist wunderschön gelegen an einem einsamen Strand. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns ab der ersten Minute super wohl gefühlt. Die Kokoshütte ist wahnsinnig schön, komfortabel und geräumig. Es ist alles da was man braucht und der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Es wird sehr auf Nachhaltigkeit geachtet, so gibt es keine Plastikflaschen und man bekommt gefiltertes Wasser, das man sich auch selbst nachfüllen kann. Überall auf der Anlage laufen sehr süße und liebe Esel umher, was wir sehr schön fanden. Die Bar ist toll. Es gibt leckere, kreative Drinks. Auch das Restaurant ist wirklich Klasse und das Essen ist sehr gut und wechselt täglich. Die Umgebung ist auch toll, wir waren kiten und in der Lagune Kajak fahren, was sehr schön war. Alles in allem ein wunderbares Rundum Paket, was wir wärmstens weiterempfehlen möchten. Nichts, es war einfach alles super!

• Finn Ole (10/5): Tolle Atmosphäre mit gutem Service direkt am Strand - Sehr tolle Atmosphäre, direkter Zugang zum Strand, super nettes Personal und gutes Essen! Alles etwas teurer für Sri Lankanische Verhältnis, aber dafür bekommt man wirklich einen hervorragenden Service. Selbst der Strandabschnitt wird immer sauber gehalten, allerdings muss man sich darauf einstellen, dass es etwas weiter links und rechts schnell wieder etwas dreckiger wird (gilt jedoch für die gesamte Halbinsel). Lediglich bei der Ankunft fehlte die kleine, aber relevante Info, dass man abends für das Buffet zu einem gesetzten Preis fest mit eingeplant wird. Das Essen ist aber wirklich gut und im Zweifel lässt sich mit Vorlauf auch ein Gericht a la carte vorbestellen.

Unfortunately we only booked 1 nights sicne we already plannen a safari the next day. Would lover to stay more nights to enjoy the surrouding. Many beuaitul birds, stunning coast, lovely establishment. Highly recommned! Pricewise they can be more open. Dinner is served as it comes (no a-la-carte). Which is 100% fine, but as European we love to know what we are paying for. Bill for dinner was € 35, but in ghe end summed up to € 49 incl different tax, service charge etc. Same with check out procedure. Pay in roepies (local). They let me pay in Euro's (without having to option to choose) and it cost me € 10 extra for converting ...

• Emma (10/5): Incredible staff, magical start to our holiday. - The staff were SO kind - always on hand if you needed anything, lots of activities there to do if you want to pay extra for them such as kite surfing where the instructors are so helpful and friendly. The food was incredible - 4 different options for breakfast, the evening meals were tasty and we loved trying different things. Amazing Virgin Pina Colada's - we were so sad to leave! The house itself was really comfortable, we loved watching the donkeys stroll past our villa, and we loved the fact our bathroom was outside with a shell as the shower - such a quirk and we had hot water, whats not to like?! Overall we absolutely loved our stay and we would have extended it if we hadn't got our safari booked already. Thank you so much! We had the whole beach to ourselves, it was magical! Nothing - everything was fantastic.
• Kristof (10/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön direkt am Strand. Die Strandhütten sind durch ihr offenes Design in die Natur integriert, wodurch das Meeresrauschen zu hören ist. Der Gastgeber und auch das gesamte Personal sind sehr herzlich und freundlich. Das Restaurant bietet abwechslungsreiche und leckere Gerichte an. Sowohl das Frühstück, als auch das Abendessen sind absolut empfehlenswert. Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt unf können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

The buffet breakfasts, lunches, and dinners were all excellent with a lot of variety to choose from. The swimming pool right by the sea was stunning, perfect for relaxing with a view. Our villa was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Staff were always friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the easy access to water sports (Kitesurf especifally). Everything felt clean, safe, and well cared for, which made it easy to just enjoy. Not much.. Honestly, there wasn’t much we didn’t like, maybe the food sometimes was too salty, but that's all! If anything, we just wish we could have stayed longer!

• Sabine (10/5): Super leuke en gezellige accommodatie om heerlijk relaxed te beginnen aan je vakantie - We hadden een huisje met uitzicht op de zee. Veel privacy en het huisje had verschillende chill plekken. Aardig personeel en heerlijk eten. Mooi zwembad met ligbedjes. Eigenlijk niks, wij vonden persoonlijk de bedden te hard. En wij hadden fietsen gehuurd , waar de versnellingen het niet deden. Maar wel erg leuk om daar te fietsen en je ze helpen je met een route.

• Aleksandra (9/5): Interesting experience of living close to nature - The hotel with a very well designed concept. The rooms are open (the bed is protected by a mosquito net), no air conditioning only fans. There are different animals on the territory, in the evening from the beach you can watch a beautiful sunset. Many different activities are available (kites, paddleboards, etc). For me to live in such close to nature was a new experience - as the huts have not completely closed walls, you can hear all the sounds around, especially it was impressive in a thunderstorm. In addition, there were fireflies hovering right above the bed at night. At the same time the hut was quite comfortable (the roof did not leak, there was no threat to wet your belongings), I really liked the shower in the garden - lack of hot water was not a problem, as the air temperature during the day is on average +30, so the water warms up during the day to a comfortable temperature. If you love nature and not scared by the lack of some facilities (like air conditioning), this hotel is a great option. However, the stairs to the first floor of the hut can be a problem for people with serious knee problems. The food in the hotel is quite good, prices are at a normal level, comparable to other restaurants for tourists (with European dishes on the menu). A bit of a strange situation happened at check out, I went to breakfast by the start, I wanted to pay off all the bills as the driver was due to come for me. When paying I said that I was planning to go back to the room and that I hadn't finished packing my luggage. When I finished breakfast, my driver had arrived and my bags and shoes were already in the boot. I had to change my shoes literally in the sand on the road near reception, had to open my suitcase in the car boot and then carry a bag of slippers in the sand with me for a few more days. This spoilt the impression of the place, it felt like they just threw me out of the room as quickly as possible
• Mila (5/5): Disappointing. The overall value for money is poor. - The "chalets" are open to the outside, so anyone can jump in. There is no AC or hot water (no hot water is fine during the heat of the day, but it can be a bit chilly if you shower later in the evening). The heat is unbearable during the day and in the evening, with no place to get away from the heat, flies and mosquitoes. Even though the chalets are open to the outside, not enough air comes in and they are very stuffy, dark and hot ! Water leaked through the ceiling and into our bed during a downpour. It can be very noisy at night (donkeys calling, muezzin singing from the nearby mosque, fireworks, singing etc.). The staircase leading to the bedroom is quite steep (not suitable for older or less fit people). The food is bland compared to other places in Sri Lanka (very western oriented). I love sleeping in nature, but when I pay this amount of money for a 4 star resort, I expect to have a certain amount of security, comfort, and air conditioning. The place is much more expensive than others in the area. Overall, it's just not worth it.

This place really is a delight. You can choose just to relax on the beach or take part in the range of water activities, as well as a selection of trips. We enjoyed dolphin watching and visiting Wilpattu national park, both arranged for us by the staff, as well as kayaking on the lagoon. • Andrew (8/5): A lovely place to experience - The location and ideal of stay here was amazing as was all of the staff we encountered. Walks along empty beaches, good food and constant views of the ocean, donkeys, ox, etc were lovely Although it is basically what we ‘sighed up for’ it was a bit too rustic, the water pressure was non existent (no shower, just a dribble). Had a late night visitor who damaged a bag looking for food, but I understand we were in an open beach villa to the ‘elements’

• Bee (8/5): An eco friendly adventure - Excellent for kite surfing and wind foiling. Lovely comfortable villa with great views over to the kite surfers on the lagoon. Very friendly and helpful staff. We originally booked a tree house, but when we arrived, we realised that the very steep access steeps to the sleeping area meant that it was unsuitable for two not so young travelers. The staff were excellent and arranged for us to stay in a villa.
• Ian (9/5): Great kitesurfing resort, with fab food and cocktails - Great location, perfect for kitesurfing (all levels) in the windy season...and it was perfect 18-20 knots every day.... amazing. All the food was really good... quality, variety and lots of it. Great range of cocktails too ..the signature was a lot of fun. Staff were really helpful, friendly and the service was impeccable. Definitely glad we chose this resort. Despite the sea breeze and fan it still got a bit too hot for sleeping at night at times, and those early morning donkey wake up calls! There was still a lot of rubbish on the beach towards the lagoon, despite the daily best efforts of the resort staff to clean up around Elements which was spotless.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning location and the serene beauty of the surroundings. The staff were truly exceptional, providing warm and attentive service that made us feel right at home. Our bungalow was nothing short of magical, with its picturesque design and cozy atmosphere. Each morning, we were delighted by the charming donkeys that came to greet us, adding a whimsical touch to our stay. Every aspect of our experience at the Elements Beach and Nature Resort was perfect. The combination of breathtaking scenery, outstanding service, and unique touches made it a place we will never forget. It truly felt like a paradise retreat. I cannot recommend the Elements Beach and Nature Resort highly enough. If you're looking for an unforgettable and enchanting stay in Sri Lanka, this is the place to be. We are already dreaming of our return visit! nothing, they did an amazing job
• Corona (10/5): Relaxing stay in lovely nicely decorated beach eco-councious hotel - The rooms are tastefully decorated, dinner was very good, the cook is excellent. The whole resort is very relaxed and mixes well in nature. The beach is calm and relaxing. Truly relaxing! They could use some fans in the restaurant area, it was very hot when we were there.
• Szilvia (8/5): Very good - It's the most beautiful beach setting. The bungalows are very nice with outdoor shower and a very comfortable bed. The swimming pool is large and very well positioned and they have very good food selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff is very nice and helpful and we had a great four days here. The kids stayed at the upper level in the bungalow, that had very little airflow and they were really suffering from the heat. The grand floor was well ventilated and cool at night.

• John (9/5): Superb - Fantastic location. Beautiful clean beach with lovely views. The food was of a very high standard. The buffet changed every night & we thought good value for 13 euros. The dolphin watching trip was unbelievable. That is a must do trip. As per usual in Sri Lanka the staff were wonderful. So friendly & smiling all of the time. The Eco huts were very comfortable but not sound proofed. We got used to the braying donkeys early in the morning. Did not not bother us at all. Nothing major really. A few minor issues with the sanitation in our hut. Not enough to get stressed about though.

• Mariia (10/5): A place you leave with tears on your eyes and a wish to go back - Imagine you come to visit your close friends who make their best to make your stay exceptional. This is how we were treated. You feel home and amongst friends with a similar vibe, who get attracted there. The place is secluded, right between the vast sandy beach which was good for swimming and a beautiful lagoon to enjoy a SUP trip. The food was irresistably good and the restaurant staff is fantastic! Cabanas are small, but serve its purpose. If you go winter, make sure you go to watch dolphins - within a relatively short boat trip you find yourself among hundreds of these cutest creatures! I could continue sharing my experiences, but to sum up i was leaving with tears in my eyes. This is how much i loved it here!

• Rebecca (10/5): rustic luxury on a beautiful beach - Spent 3 nights at the resort, loved the atention to detail of the rooms and facilities, comfortable beds and clean rooms. Staff were extremely attentive and the food was excellent. Shout out to Suranjan and the cook who were always friendly and really made our stay pleasant. The beach was beautiful and deserted which was exactly what we were looking for. The lagoon was great for birdwatching. Perfect place if you are looking for a quiet beach getaway.
• Audouin (10/5): An hidden gem / hidden paradise 🏖️😍 - Magic place surrounded by nature and animals without any neighbours. We really enjoyed our time there. The hotel propose all sorts of activity (kitesurfing, kayak, paddle, biking, boat..). I love scuba diving and I was thrilled as there is a good PADI place not so far. Staff is amazing! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Hopefully we will come back one day! Thanks for everything.

• Philipp (10/5): Little paradise near Kalpitiya - A small paradise near Kalpitiya! Very friendly and attentive hosts and personnel. The huts are truly eco, built almost entirely from resourcable material and in a way that allows fresh air circulation without any additional energy. Great food, too! And Kiteboarding Rentals. What more could you want? -

• Phillip (9/5): Amazing stay away from hustle and bustle! - -All staff are so nice and welcoming. Service is topnotch. Location is away from everything which is great opportunity to disconnect. -Food is awesome, we were welcomed by a fresh tuna bbq night. -Pool to relax and restaurant is along the beach with awesome view. -Organized tours, we saw here the most incredible hundreds of dolphins during an excursion. -Kite surfing classes and tours. -Hut is perfect, with all the basics you need. -Wifi is good enough for working and calls. -Maybe the mosquitos, although they provide mosquito net and coil repellant. -Less variety of food.

We arrived really late but had no problems checking in. Organised our dolphin boat safari in the morning at short notice. Lovely breakfast. Can’t find any fault at all.
