- Amirahvel (10/5): Relaxing, scenic and sunshine - Such a beautiful getaway nestled in the mountains! The drive to the hotel is beautiful so it helps distract you from the time it takes driving from dalaman airport. Communication via WhatsApp with front desk was super helpful. We stayed in the acacia suite which was simple and the views were stunning! Our suite was at the end so that adds to the level of privacy. from a far distance you can see a few other buildings, but they are at a great distance. I never experienced any issues of seeing other ppl from the distant buildings. However, the closer suites to reception desk are at a closer range to those distant buildings so you may want to consider this depending on the level of privacy you require. Some suites we walked past had gaps in their bamboos so it was quite easy to see couples on sun loungers, or see their pool or outdoor bed etc. Thankfully, this wasn't an issue for our suite otherwise I would've have been able to relax and walk around freely! as our suite was at the end, we didn't have this problem. However there there two suite above ours which is possible for other hotel residents to see you, luckily i didnt encounter this issue. I moved my sunlounger to the grass area to sun bath which makes it possible for other hotel residents to possibly see you if they come to the edge of their pool, so beware. I had an incident where house keeping was standing at the edge of the pool in the above suite, cleaning the pool possibly, and it was only by chance while I was sunbathing, I looked up and I saw him (I wasn't wearing my hijab!) So my advise is best to contact the hotel and ask what their most private suite is. Acacia suite is one of the more affordable options and can still work for your private requirements. Also the acacia suite has extra grass space which is always a bonus and a lovely spacious room! We had the pleasure of visitors from nature visiting our suite including 2 cats, a tortoise and a grass snake! I love that they come every morning to set out breakfast on the outdoor table space so there is no need to leave your suite. Lunch and dinner options were lovely too and was also served in our suite. I was really looking forward to enjoying the pool but the water was extremely cold!! Despite it being the end of May and weather being hot, the pool was freezing! I think it would be helpful if they offered heated pools. Also we did experience mosquitos in the evening so would be great if hotel rooms can provide citronella candles or citronella air freshners to help deter them. Please note this hotel is a good distance away from main town centre but it serves its main purpose of being secluded for a couples romantic getaway! I do worry about the level of privacy which could be compromised by new construction works. But for now, it definitely is a place of beauty and I would recommend!

- raeesahf2023 (2/5): RIDICULOUS SERVICE - I booked this hotel as a birthday trip for my husband and I. Was the worst experience ever. We travel every other month and have stayed in many hotels but we have never had the need to write a review but this hotel customer service has to be the worst. No communication with humans, everything is done via WhatsApp, every hotel comes to clean your room every day this is the only hotel where you have to ask them to give you fresh towels, to clean your room, even when food is ordered they do not come to clear up unless you call them so there are flies and bees buzzing around you due to the fact they don’t clean up. There is a pool there which is freezing btw but nevertheless you need fresh towels all the time if you’re using the pool and having to message every-time is ridiculous. I am pregnant we ordered dinner from the hotel, baring in mind it’s a 5star hotel we ordered steak which looked like something I would feed my dogs or maybe not. It was cold, rock solid, was suppose to be served with baby potatoes, and there was 1 potato on the plate that too cut in half. We were absolutely fuming, told them to replace the food, waited 30mins and I had to WhatsApp them asking for my food and they said ‘sorry kitchen is closed if you need food you can travel 1km to the nearest food store’ fuming is not the word for how I was feeling. I asked for a manager in the morning, nobody came to see us, we checked out and told the person on the reception who seemed to be the only human there about our experience and said we will write a review, instead of being apologetic, or even a little bit concern, his words were ‘ok’ with a slapped on face. Worst experience ever, after spending over £500 a night. Please don’t waste your money & holiday. Pictures are catfished. Service is atrocious.
- mohamedu183 (2/5): My worst stay ever !! - This was probably the worst hotel experience I have had and have never written a bad review. First thing the price I paid £500 a night for three nights. In this you do not even get complementary water. For this we got a view of a car park and guests looking at us I thought this was supposed to be a private villa. There was constant view and noise of guest coming and leaving the car park in there cars. The room was nice and spacious but the pool was freezing cold we did not even use it. This was in August. The food was average however my frustration on one night we were served a cold piece of steak which was not worthy of the price. I returned it back with the waiter that served it and who said he will return this back. I waited for 30 minutes then messaged back by this time my food was also cold. They then stated via WhatsApp the kitchen was closed to my dismay as we went to bed hungry there is no Restraunt for 30/40 mins and my wife was pregnant. They suggested we go out to find food which was bang out of order at 10pm. Communication felt very aggressive and no acknowledgment of any wrong doing especially in regards to the food being served cold and and then not served at all. They claim to be helpful but will always be dismissive of any points made. Constantly have to ask for towels as there is no room service unless requested when they did come the pool and jacuzzi was not cleaned and dead flies can be seen inside it. Food is left on the side everyday and there a flys everywhere. Even when the room was cleaned the food was left on the side and not taken. Our experience was very bad I would never come back again and recommend it to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere.

- Dilly6396 (2/5): Overhyped and overpriced, AVOID! - My husband booked this place for my birthday and it truly was one of the worst experiences ever! The management are greedy for one thing only and that is money they do not care about guests. We arrived late at night to a very dishevelled looking entrance, a member of staff emerged from somewhere and showed us to our room, no welcome drinks nothing. Upon entering the room a cheap air freshener smell hit us, this i realised was to mask the smell of the sewage. The room was also very dated looking, along with tatty furniture, old rug and a very dated unkempt looking bathroom. I was very upset as my husband had paid £550 per night for this! There was no welcome note or Happy Birthday or any personal touch (they will only do anything if you pay them) we have stayed at countless hotels over the year and celebrated anniversaries/birthdays and any decent hotel will at least put a few petals or a small card cake etc in the room when queried their response was "you didn't pay for anything extra", we were not expecting a full blown set up, just a small touch. The TV was meters away from the couch with just empty space in between, there was a kitchen but no bar stools or dining area, just an empty orange/yellow timber space. As the room was awful we asked to speak to a Manager who took up the conversation with us via Whatsapp, she said she would show us a cheaper room which I agreed to stay in so I can get out of this tatty room but then she said she wouldn't refund the difference as we had paid considerably more for our room and the newer cleaner room was very small but much costs much less, she thought she was doing us a favour!, she communicated to us a very passive aggressive manner (whatsapp messages as proof) at this point we realised there was no point in communicating with this person as she had zero interest and it was by now 2am. She had no concern or care, to get us off the phone she said she will come and see us the next day, that never happened instead the front of house said they will send us a fruit platter and organise something special in the evening. They never moved us, but the fruit platter did arrived however the something special in the evening turned out to be decorating the table outside without any food/drink so we asked them what the point of that was?"again they became funny with us so we said just leave the table decoration we will go and have our own meal outside the hotel as by this point I didnt want to spend a penny more at this horrible place. The nearest restaurants are about 25 mins drive away and it costs approx £12 in cabs but I just wanted to get away from this place. I would also like to add that even water is extra not one bottle is complimentary although the tea bags are but they want you to purchase the water to make the tea! The orange juice at breakfast is cheap cordial and again I wandered how these people can justify a hefty price tag if they can't even provide fresh or semi fresh orange juice for their bed and breakfast (no doubt this is also an extra fee) no choice of tea or coffee just the turkish tea. That night my husband found a black scorpion near the outdoor bed, I think the numerous cats onsite had attacked it so it was lifeless so he kicked it out of sight under the bed, this was reported to staff who came straightaway but couldn't retrieve it as it was under the floorboards at this point. This establishment has been hyped up by social media/bloggers who I presume are getting favourable rates or free incentives as there is no way regular guests are paying in excess of £500 a night for such awful quality and service. The Manager kept arguing that the room reflects the pictures but that is obviously edited old photos, the tattiness, smell etc are not going to be shown are they?? Upon checking out not once did they did not once ask us how are experience was, they just said we owe them for two bottles of water and that was it, no goodbye or warmth... we left feeling ripped off and wish we had booked somewhere our custom was welcome and we were made to feel special. PS in the pics you will see a blanket on the door as we had to ask them to cover it we couldn't sleep the first morning due to sunlight streaming through the glass door, so that was a makeshift curtain.... also if you are not a fan of insects then this place is definitely not for you as you see alot of species whilst outside in the private pool area.
- Naseem (4/5): - I was super excited about this hotel and did some research before I came. I went through the room options and wanted one I saw online. I’m assuming a private area and room. My wife wears a hijab and this is our honey moon. We booked the room. We arrived late at night, staff was friendly but unfortunately know no English, it’s really hard to communicate. They take us to our room, looked nice but the view was completely different than what I saw. There was a big walk way and a public pool right in front of my pool. Not private at all. Was not in the pictures. We couldn’t use the pool because my wife can’t be out in front of others in her bathing suit and we didn’t feel private. People kept walking by, tons of cats which is uncomfortable and annoying. I asked to be switched to a different room and they said it’s late and to sleep and we’ll figure it out in the morning. I was frustrated, but I said okay. (Considering the room is $750) it should be perfect. I asked in the morning what they came up with, he said he can not do anything about it. I asked to cancel 1 night or get a discount to compensate. They did neither. I had no choice to stay. The pools were ice cold, they were not used. We wanted to leave the hotel to go to the beach, our hotel door does not lock, they said it’s faulty and we can’t lock our room. We had a lot of valuables so I was worried. They said just go and they said no one should go in. Idk how a hotel doesn’t lock. The ac wasn’t working good, and had spider

Amazing team, Amazing Service, Amazing Location and most of all Amazing VIEW . Honestly I cannot fault the hotel. Its 15-20 minutes by taxi to Olu Deniz where there is lots to do, but you can return to the hotel to see the Sun Set and enjoy freshly cooked food. I will definitely be sending my clients there and will be returning myself too. One of the best places Ive stayed xx

- MrsMary15 (10/5): Amazing hotel for couples - I just came back from an amazing time with my husband at this hotel. We celebrated our anniversary, and the place was absolutely perfect. The staff were super helpful, all communication with them was through WhatsApp. The hotel is around 20 min from Oludeniz by taxi. Every time you need a taxi they will call one for you. I managed to book our room only one week before so they only had one room available. The sunset views are amazingly beautiful. The hotel has their own restaurant so you have the option to eat in or just go to the restaurant. We loved this place so much that we will be going back next year.
- 567review (4/5): Not worth the money - We stayed here for 7 nights in the newer builds at the top of the hill. The views were stunning but everything else was lacking. The Wi-Fi was patchy, the sound of building work was constantly a problem and the food offered was below par. Their selection on the menu was limited and it meant we would have to travel hours daily to get some decent food in the town of Fethiye. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone planning to do sightseeing as it is a long drive away from most of this high up in the mountains. You end up spending a fortune on fuel or taxis to get down to Fethiye. The service was mediocre. Very difficult to get answers from watsapp which is what we were told to communicate to them via. I had to wait one hour and a half one morning to get breakfast and what they offer you is poor considering the price tag of the ‘boutique hotel’. The water pressure on the shower was low and the smell of sewage started to fill the bathroom on the new villa we were transferred to. They only clean the room every 2 days and that’s upon your request. The bamboo screening in the new villas means you do not get 100% privacy. All in all the view and outdoor space is the only real selling point of this villa.

We had food on the table on the deck by the pool while the sun was setting it was breathtaking with the meal being of the highest quality. We can honestly say we have never been anywhere like that the views all around us were incredible and the attention to detail from the resort was very very good. Highly recommend a visit if you want to feel relaxed and on top of the world 🤩🤩🤩

Farklı bir oda için rezervasyon yapmama rağmen işletme sahibi manzarası ve konumu bir tık daha iyi olan farklı bir odayı ek bir ücret ödemeden bizlere sundu. Otele giriş yaptığınız andan itibaren güler yüzlü ilgili bir personel sizleri karşılıyor ve size kendinizi evinizde hissetmeniz için elinizden geleni yapıyorlar. Her odada jakuzi ve güzel birde manzara sizi bekliyor. Doğayla iç içe bir taraftanda deniz manzarası ve gün batımı inanılmaz bir deneyim sunuyor. Akşam yemeğinde tercihimizi tesisin imkanlarından yana kullandık. Gayet güzel ve zengin bir mönü hazırlamışlar. Biz tercihimizi balık ve kırmızı etten yana kullandık. Taze ve lezzetli bir damak tadı var. Sunumda oldukça güzel. Fiyatlar ise ortalama bir otel yemek fiyatı. Ne çok pahalı nede çok ucuz. Minibar hizmeti odalarda mevcut. Herşeyi minibarda bulabiliyorsunuz. Odada olduğunuz sürece ekstra bir şeye ihtiyaç duymuyorsunuz. Sizi rahatsız edecek bir durumda olmuyor. Diğer odalarla mesafeler uygun ölçüde. Tek olumsuz durum belkide, tesisin bir peyzaj düzenlemesine ihtiyaç duyduğu. Sabah kahvaltısı yeterli ve kararında, abartılı ve yiyemeyeceğiniz bir şey yok. Tam ölçüsünde bitirebiliyorsunuz. Hayvan dostu bir işletmecisi var. Genel manada temiz, düzenli ve kaliteli bir otel.

- Murat (2/5): 1300TL fiyatlı motel deneyimi - Öncelikle otel fiyat performans olarak çok ayarsız. Sadece manzara için o tutardaki gecelik fiyatları ödemeyin. Odaların balkonları oldukça pis. Alt kategori odaların yolu bile yok. Valizinizin tekerleklerinin kırılması olası. Otelin havuzunun süs havuzundan farkı yok. En yakın çarşı ve atraksiyon alanı araba ile 20dk mesafede. Bu sebeple uyduruk bir çok yiyeceğin fiyatı çok pahalı. Pozitif olarak iyi olan tek şey manzarası ve çalışan Baran ve Barel isimli iki kardeş. Aynı manzaraya etraftaki çok daha uygun motellerde kalarak da sahip olabilirsiniz. Ayrıca otelin iptal politikası yok. Memnuniyetsizlik durumunda paranızı alma imkanınız yok. Rezervasyonunuzu yaparken unutmayın.

Chef provided ‘special’ vegetarian dishes for us. ‘Cabins’ were spacious & well equipped. Lovely to have own private balcony & seating area to relax on. Used the Outside jacuzzi one sunset - wow - Great . Would recommend this to people looking for a relaxed peaceful break .
- Ade (10/5): Paradise - This hotel is just amazing. It is a little piece of paradise hidden away, perfect for that relaxing time. The owners cannot do enough for you to make your stay memorable, the service is exceptional the views are stunning. All the food is freshly prepared for you by the owners and is so tasty. This is an excellent hotel that deserves all.the praise it gets. The pods are all clean and the beds very comfortable, with little touches that make it wonderful.
