Except in the bathroom. The booking stated that breakfast was included. When we came to pay, they said that there was one free breakfast (for the six of us). I was most unhappy and, credit to them, they didn't charge us except for the "extras"

Kirsty (9/5): Wonderful quiet place with great service - The peaceful location was wonderful; and the help we received from both Jennifer and Mario (particularly in respect of the car problems we experienced) was really appreciated. My only comment is that the one room in our chalet had the inverter on the wall - which was both noisy and had flashing green lights - that made sleep quite difficult. Perhaps there is a way to move this, or put it into a cupboard for that room?

Their room was comfortable and very spacious. I loved it. What I didn't like was that, can they at least provide microwave for such rooms because we brought food from outside and they needed to be heated a bit. Apart from that all was well

Sara (8/5): Going above & beyond! - Having broken down a few hundred metres from the hotel, we were blown away by manager Mario's willingness to help us out, even in the rain! Forever grateful. And his was just the first of many lovely interactions with the staff, all keen to help out and super friendly. Such a great location in the mountains, wish we had had longer than just one night. Room 7 is perhaps not the best location for a family room, with the door open, the reception could get a clear view right into the bathroom & with our kids in & out of the room, it felt rather public. My folks had a lovely room tho (room 9), so if you can choose, go for that one. Some quirky features ☺️ The hotel would do well to offer a proper cup of coffee. Instant doesn't quite cut it.

It was never turned on so we were left in the dark with no tv, kitchen appliances to make dinner and breakfast and no air-conditioning or wifi. No explanations were given when we continuously asked. There was no hot water in the morning to shower or have coffee. We had to order breakfast in the restaurant as we still had no electricity or generator yet the main building and rooms all had solar. If it were my establishment, I would have offered my guests the alternative rooms that had solar and wifi. No electricity and no generator. We were left in the dark with no tv, kitchen appliances to make dinner and breakfast and no air-conditioning or wifi. No explanations were given when we continuously asked.
