- Kieu (2/5): - This place was incredibly poor. The air conditioning in one room was so weak that the room temperature was around 30c. We had to move mattresses from one room to the main one due to the heat. There is mold on every wall. The place is old, but this did not factor into the score. The WiFi was incredibly slow compared to other places we stayed at in Italy. Overall terrible experience all around.

- Brenda (2/5): - This apartment has uneven cracking floors and loud squeaky doors. There was a lack of amenities such as kitchen towels, cooking supplies, and bedding. They left two dishwasher pods for a family of seven staying three nights, and when I asked for more they told me I needed to buy it myself. There was no drain plug for the kitchen sink. One bedroom only had a partial wall and all noises traveled to this bedroom making it a challenge to sleep in. There was also a closet in one bathroom that had a locked door with a loud machine sound coming from it at all times, even with the bathroom door closed. The luggage storage area is accessible to all guests who have the code so your luggage is at risk if you use this feature. The laundry area is also shared making it inconvenient to use.

The location was definitely a plus it’s in a good area with stores and shops nearby, which we really liked.However the Wi-Fi was extremely poor — it barely worked the entire time, which was frustrating.( Specially with teen kids)The bathroom had no place to put my toothbrush or hang a towel, which made things inconvenient. The floor in the room was uneven and gave the odd sensation of being on a ship. On top of that, the AC was super loud, which made it hard to relax or sleep well. It wasn’t the worst stay, but definitely not somewhere I’d return to.

Horrible "Apartment Hotel" Experience.** This "apartment hotel" was a nightmare. Communication was awful: constant, confusing demands for a "Venice tourist tax" via email/WhatsApp before arrival felt like harassment. The apartment itself, a 20-min walk from the boat, was infested with flying insects (bedroom, bathroom, living room, on everything) due to a window that wouldn't close. The toilet seat was damaged. Hot water was unreliable – scalding then cold if two used it, with fluctuating pressure. The shower was tiny. The bedroom AC was broken; staff said, "It's not supposed to work." Why have it? A stranger (staff?) entered our room unannounced while I was undressed – a huge privacy breach! The advertised dryer was broken. Three attempts, same error. We had to hang clothes in the humid apartment; they were still damp days later in Florence (I'm writing this in damp underwear!). The final bill was insulting: CA $180.96 in "Taxes & Fees" PLUS CA $31.38 "Payable at property." For this total, we could've had a 5-star hotel! What we got was nothing like the description (even the address felt off) and non-refundable. Furious and disgusted. How is this place still open? Avoid!

- Robert (4/5): - The photos of the property made it look like it was far nicer than it was: no place to put toiletries or hang towels in the bathroom (we moved a bookshelf & a very wobbly round table from the living room into the bathroom), mattress sunk at least 3" in the center, outlet next to the bed would not hold a converter (dangerous, had to plug my CPAP machine in using an outlet outside the bedroom, coffee make quit working after the 1st cup was made, coffee cup was stained (pathetic cleanliness), cleaning mop and bucket was not put away. Would not recommend this property. It is overpriced for what it offers.

- Olivia (4/5): - We walked in to a clean and clean apartment. So charming!!! But it was a horrible 2 nights for us because both Aair conditioners did not work!!! Only blew out warm air and it was so hot and humid at night! We ended up opening all the windows to stay cool and the mosquitos definitely had a feast with our family of 6. I called and left voice mails and messages via WHATSapp and no response until after we checked out. Because of this, the overall stay would be a 2 out of 5. Would not recommend. PS. 2 washers and 2 dryers—both did not work and had ERROR on the monitors.

- Edmunda (4/5): - The property had very low ceilings and we felt a bit claustrophobic as it wasnt as spacious as we thought. The floors were also slanted and the bed was angled so the blood felt like it was rushing to our heads. The bed wasnt made up properly and there was a giant stain on one of the blankets that made me feel like the beds weren't clean. We didn't have a great experience in apartment 5 unfortunately.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Apt was nice but maintenance issues - Very convenient location. Apt was nice, has a kitchen to cook but we did not cook. 2 bedroom 2 bath is nice and hard to come by. You will feel like your in an escape room trying to find the place then the multiple door codes for various doors 😉 There were several areas of concern. That we found where maintenance is not being taken care of. We booked this specifically for the laundry. That we thought was within the apt. Instead it was a laundry area. It had 2 washers and 2 dryers. Only 1 washer and dryer worked and the dryer that was working takes forever. We contacted property via email they requested a video. I made video and sent it and theyvnever responded back. This basically ruined an enitre day for us. We were trying to make sure we didnt prevent someone else from needing to get to washer or dryer but also that our clothes didn't disappear. This we extremely frustrating to say the least. It was an all day exp to wash some clothes Shower by the bathrooms which was larger bathroom the upper shower head mount was lose. Big issue in bedroom straight ahead of hall. The ac is not properly vented and allows the extremely hot air to blow into room. We sweat the first night not knowing what the issue was. The second night i figured it out. We used one of our towels to help keep heat from blowing in the room. They should really have someone go in and address the various issues.
- ERIK (10/5): - You will receive all instructions for your stay the day before and on the day. Instructions were clear. It is a beautiful place. We truly loved the apartment. It made the stay in Venice wonderful. The views from the apartment are beautiful as well.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Short Stay Okay - My party only stayed for 2 nights, so this apartment was adequate for our needs. There is only a/c in the bedroom and nowhere else, so we could not hang out in the living room. It was fine for us because we were pretty much gone all day. Beds were comfortable. Communication was challenging at times as we tried to arrange transportation to and from the airport, but all worked out in the end.

- Anthony (8/5): - This is an interesting place to read. Overall, we liked it and the frescoed ceilings were impressive. The rooms are large. The beds excellent and the pillows comfortable. The location is secure and safe and not bad unless you demand to be in St., Mark’s Square, which is 15 minutes away. However, they certainly could be more user-friendly. Lacking and desirable would be toilet paper holders, paper towels,dish soap, a coffee maker, a larger TV than the 20 inch TV up there, sharp, sharp, knives, and simple utensils like a spatula to make eggs. My brother-in-law used a credit card on a fork to make the omelettes. I can upload the video if you would like.

- Zach (2/5): Stole my Airpods - We stayed here in August and had the HARDEST time finding the location. Google maps didn't connect us, I couldn't get ahold of anyone to help us find it. We wandered around with heavy luggage for over an hour asking anyone we could find. We finally found it. The apartment was fine. But when we left, we had to catch an early train and unfortunately I forgot my purse in the closet. Once I realized my mistake, I contacted them. They confirmed they did find my purse but it took 6 weeks and was a huge headache to get my purse returned to me. Initially they said it wasn't their responsibility to work with DHL on the delivery. (All they had to do was make a call with their location and put my purse in a box). After much begging a pleading and phone calls and messaging from myself and DHL, I finally got my purse back. Missing from my purse was my AirPod pros. They were stolen from my purse. I'm super disappointed and would caution anyone from staying here.

The only complaint is that the ac kept temps manageable but didnt really get cold when it was really warm out. It was nice enough to leave the windows open to cool stuff off instead of using the ac but there were so many mosquitoes that we couldnt keep windows open because there werent any screens. Other than that, the apartment was great! Very spacious, nice finishes, stocked with all the dishware we needed. We lovevthe location! Very close to a waterbus stop. Lots of nice eateries!

- Santa (6/5): - They did a wonderful job with the pictures when advertising. The Appartment was not as bright and updated as it showed in pictures and the window view was roof tops. Lack of mirrors which became a problem since we were a group of five and one bathroom mirror and a second one was in the closet that we found the second day on our own. Contacted the Appartment manager but they never responded to any of our inquiries, neither did they ever check to make sure our arrival was ok. Luckily the codes to enter the building all worked. AC did not work but we had to deal with it on our own. Square footage was good especially for Venice and location was perfect.

She refused to give me an exact address, after an hour of me walking when I called, she said Google maps does not work in Venice, and asked me for my exact location. When I sent her the location and asked her for her exact location her response was you need to walk to a certain plaza and then from there I can give you directions. we had 4 large luggages since we had been traveling for 5 weeks with two little children, and instead of her giving me the exact pinpoint of where the address is, she kept telling me that now I need to walk to another location from where she will then direct me. When I asked her if they were porters we could’ve used her response was “ This is not a hotel” when in fact, there are porters running around all over Venice, carrying peoples suitcases, and all I was asking is if she knew of one we could use. Overall, her responses were so rude and upsetting. I would not recommend this location for the mere fact that if you need anything, you’re not going to get it from her.

We had to swap rooms in the middle of our stay because we had to add a few days and they didn’t have the same room available and when we asked if we could just put our luggage in the new room while they cleaned so that we wouldn’t have to Pack our stuff and put it in her unsecured location for five hours her response was “ no, this is not a hotel”. When I asked if there are porters we can use, her response was “ No, this is not a hotel” The Wi-Fi never worked in the 4 days we were staying there. When I told her about it, her response was “ it should be fine”. When I showed her that my check out confirmation stated 11 AM, she said no that’s wrong it’s 10 am, even though I had it in writing in an email. I would not recommend this place.

We were even told we had to throw out our own garbage. This type of accommodation should never have been offered through Expedia as this was not as advertised. We would not recommend this place to others.

Francesca was super helpful with getting us there from the water taxi with perfect directions. Would definitely stay there again.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Sufficient but not great. - Great location and basic needs were met. However, my experience with the management was not good. I booked a refundable rate and even before that date of being able to cancel I was contacted and told that since I had not “checked in” and paid the city tax they were going to block my booking. This put an extra stress on the planning of this trip and honestly seemed absurd since it was more than two weeks from my arrival. Also… my request for an early check in was never answered. I would not stay there again.
- Jamie (10/5): - Excellent little apartment in a great central location, comfortable, clean and roomy. I would happily rent it again and recommend it. The one very small thing that made life a little stressful was being given codes to the flat at 3 on the day, it would be nice to get these earlier as turning up in a foreign country entirely relying on a mobile phone signal to gave a roof over your head feels nerve-wracking to me - everyone has experiences where phones have let them down.

The only downside I would say and it’s a small one! There was no washing up liquid or sponge provided - we liked to clean up as we went rather than use a full dishwasher cycle for just a few cups! Otherwise, absolutely fantastic location, decor, cleanliness and brilliant kitchen amenities
- Jennifer (8/5): - Great apartment in the heart of Venice. Easy to find, comfortable, and convenient to so much. We had a lot of luggage, since Venice was our last stop on a two week trip, but getting there vaporetto and a short walk was easy. Elevator was a definite plus. Be aware during cool season that Italian law does not allow heat above 66f, so we dressed accordingly inside. It was a little cooler than we were used to but great for sleeping. We were disappointed that there was no coffee maker, nor paper towels in the suite. There is a Co-op grocery steps away so we made due with instant coffee :( before we headed out each day. And there is a sewer smell in the bathroom (apt 8) which I chalk up to old plumbing as the bathroom and kitchen are modern. Good shower and plenty of hot water. But spacious, comfortable and had everything else we needed. I was a little nervous about navigating to the airport on public transport with all of our bags, but purchased passes online for water taxis and bus to airport. Was easy, and seem less, even leaving at 6 am. Only wish we had another couple days in Venice— so much to see.

- Mayank (10/5): - This is a good place to stay as you are very close to the Rialto bridge (3-4 minutes walk) and can reach San Marco in 10-12 minutes. Like most of the places in Venice, the property doesn't look great from the outside but once you are inside the apartment, it's really very impressive. The management has kept the property in best shape and has everything what you will look for a comfortable stay. It comes with a common area washing machine and dryer which is really useful if you need to wash. Apart from that, this is close to many restaurants and Coop supermarket is just 30 meters away. Overall, good place for a comfortable stay. PS: They have notes across the property on various fines which can be levied if the guests break any rules. Sort of irritating and intrusive to us but I guess there must have been some bad experiences to put them so prominiently ;)
- sam (8/5): - A very spacious apartment in an excellent location. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the roof terrace. Our only suggestion for improvement is that the kitchen could be better equipped, there was no kettle, not enough pans, no sharp knives or serving dishes etc. so it would not have been easy to cater for a group - this wasn’t a big issue for us as we were only staying two nights but we’re we staying any longer it would have been frustrating.
- Lucas (10/5): - My wife, myself and our five children enjoyed the few nights we stayed here very much. The Rialto is very close. Food, shops and vendors are pretty much right outside your door. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We will book again in the future.

After travelling and an early morning start we found that we couldn’t get into the property until 3pm as this is when they release the codes to get into the building, luckily a housekeeper showed where we could leave our luggage and go for a bite to eat until we received the codes.
- Brooke (4/5): - The apartment itself was clean and nice. However, the AC barely worked and it was miserably hot in there. Our wifi also wouldn’t pop up and we couldnt get cellular connection inside. When I reached out to the people about it, they responded very rudely basically accusing us for breaking the AC and insisting the the wifi worked. They eventually gave me the password for a different wifi next door and we just had to suffer in sweat for our stay. Area around the apartment was nice. Lots of restaurants and shops.
- Rebecca (10/5): Charming and convenient - Our family of five was very pleased with our recent stay at Venice Palace Tintoretto! The property was charming and very conveniently located- only a 2 min walk from the San Silvestre vaporetto station and an easy walk to the Rialto and St. Mark’s Square. The apartment was quite spacious, the beds comfortable, and we definitely appreciated the AC! Our only complaint was there was no coffee maker or kettle, and when we arrived the dishwasher had not been emptied from the last guest. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone planning a stay in Venice!

- Heini (10/5): Very good apartment in the center of Venice - We stayed 2 nights at this apartment. It was in a calm area, walking distance to everything. The host contacted us well in advance with online check in instructions and on the day of arrival we received the door codes, everything went smoothly. Apartment was clean and in good condition, beds were comfortable too! Overall very nice stay.
- Kerry (6/5): Cold & Noisy: kept up all night, every night - The apartment was lovely and modern and had great amenities. However, it was very very cold - we tried putting the heating on but the radiator just leaked all over the floor and the electric heater did nothing to heat the room, blowing cold air. I went to bed wearing 2 hoodies and have come home with a cold. It was also VERY noisy! We were woken up several times by people closing the metal main door. This led to us booking an early flight and going home a day early. I messaged the owners but just got ignored. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The location of the reception office is extremely inconvenient and hard to find. They charged 60 euro for tourism tax when we checked in, despite Expedia listing it as 30 euro. You have to either pay 8 euro each for a water bus to get from the reception to the apartment itself, or walk half an hour through the maze of streets that you don't know to get there because they do not provide transport between them (they'll charge 8 euro each to transport your luggage for you, but then you still have to walk there). The location of the apartment itself was great. It was massive and had super comfy beds and was beautiful, with heated towel racks in the bathroom even. There was an annoying buzzing sound that was coming from the locked closet in the bathroom that was going on the whole time, but that was likely an electric issue with the hot water heater. The place could have been cleaner. The couch had obviously not been vacuumed in a while. All in all, it was a really nice stay. The reception situation could be FAR improved, and being charged double for the tourism tax definitely put a damper on our stay initially, but the apartment itself was lovely.

There was a cabinet in the middle of the hall way inbetween the bed rooms and NONE of the doors locked not even the bathroom doors.

To have bags held upon early arrival, we had to carry all suitcases up 2-3 flights of stairs, would have been helpful to have help. It was nice for only 3 extra euros to have them delivered to the apartment as Venice is not an easy city to get around. The old apartment was beautiful, but not exceptionally clean. The bathroom smelled of urine and one of the showers only had a hand held sprayer with no where to mount it on the wall. The dishwasher was full of half washes dishes when we arrived, so full there was no room for any additional dishes to go in. There was no dish soap for me to try and run it again. I called the reception and they apologized and said some would come tomorrow to clean it, no one ever came and no soap ever appeared either. I called also to ask where the washer was, the lady was suppose to call me back when she found out, I never received a call back. We did eventually find the washer. The location was nice. Easy to get to from Public transport once you figured it out.

- Anna (2/5): Freezing cold and they refused to turn the heating - It was very cold and rainy. The management refused to put the heating on. It was 9 degrees celcius!! Terrible experience. Alao the kettle had so much limescale that tea was white before adding milk. Never use them again.

Bug infestation - first denied mosquitoes then said we need to put up with it because mosquitoes are a world wide problem (have photographic proof) Not clean - rust in bathroom; shower heads unclean; layers of dust everywhere (have photographic proof) Sewerage smell in bedroom - yes, bedroom, not the bathroom. Smell is not from outside but more mosquitoes come in if you open the window. Told staff about smell, they mopped the floor and left the mop in the middle of the apartment. Made no effort to rectify problem when we said it still smells.

- RC (8/5): - 1) LOCATION - Very good location & in a quiet area but close to Rialto Bridge (8 min walk). Also, 200 m away from S. Silvestro vaporetto station which we used early morning to get to Piazzale Roma to catch a bus to the airport on the last day. Also, small but well stocked Coop just around the corner & even larger Conrad City further away. 2) ACCOMADATION - stayed in Riva 4, 1st floor (or 2nd level if you are from US). Clean, secure, tastefully decorated, well-stocked kitchen & bathroom amenities. Felt very at home, has small balcony overlooking the courtyard. Suggestion—Could use some dish detergent and other essentials (salt / olive oil) 3) CHECK-IN- Not a great experience - After circling the Piazzale Roma 2 times (!) to find the place of Check-in, we had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs, read the ‘fine print’ and sign for any liabilities/previous damages. Unwelcoming experience, this was the only downside to staying here, needs improvement. Regardless, I would still recommend this accommodation. We enjoyed our stay.

The appartement (at another location) was great. The only hiccup was the inefficient and loud AC unit in the bedroom. The booking in at reception was efficient with the necessary information provided. The apartment was very clean, although the absence of bath and basin plugs was a bit of a nuisance. The sleeper couch was acceptable. It would have been easier to reach the apartment on the second floor if the elevator was in working condition. The location of the unit is perfect to all the main tourist attractions and we enjoyed our stay.
- Hector (2/5): STAY AWAY!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - It was the WORST experience I have ever had and I travel about 2 weeks each month. Before we showed up I called to double check that they had A/C and that it was working (we had an issue with that at a previous hotel). They were initially very friendly and stated that they did have A/C and that it was functioning. Upon arrival we realized that the A/C was not working. We called them immediately to let them know and they said that it was too late that night to fix it, but that they would come fix it the next day in the morning. That night they told us just to open the windows. We opened the windows and got plagued with mosquitos. The next day my son (18) stayed at the hotel the entire day. The air conditioning guys came in early in the morning but said that they needed to go get a key to open the closet to fix the A/C unit. They said they would come back in 20 minutes. We waited 2 hrs before we went touring and my son (18) stayed at the hotel. We called to ask them to call the A/C guy (in-hotel maintenance) to make sure that he was coming back. They consistently refused to call the guy and said that he would be back. When we returned from touring (8:00pm) the A/C was still not fixed and my son, who was there all day, stated that they never came back. We called quite disgruntled that they still hadn’t fixed it. They did not provide a solution, and said that it was fixed and called us liars. They consistently refused to provide another room or a solution. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
- Verified traveler (10/5): Immaculate apartment with roof top terrrace. - Very spacious apartment. It was immaculate. I loved the roof top terrace. Had to carry our luggage 4 flights-not a problem for my teenage sons but could be a problem for others. A new elevator was being installed when we arrived. Even though the showers had low pressure, there was always hot water available. The location was great-easy walk to restaurants, shops and sights.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Location is great but apartment is poor - positives - location, location! Fantasic location as it is near to shops, bars, restuarants and the Rialto bridge and market. We went to the local Co-op which is less than 5 minutes walk for supplies and also walked to Rialto fish market the following day for fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. You can walk almost everywhere from the apartment. In my view, you dont need the day passes as we got a 72 hour pass for 40 Euros and didnt really use it to its fullness as we mostly walked. Now back to the apartment - you have to go to a another venue to check in so if you are arriving from the airport by bus, it is about 5 minutes walk. Then you are asked to take the water bus to where the apartment is, the directions given by the venue and their communication before arrival was great and useful. We opened the door to a damp smell, we know we are surrounded by water but this was really bad and it looks as if they know as there are airfreshners everywhere, plug in, gel etc. The main sleeping space was useful being self contained with microwave, hop, no oven. The toilet/bathroom was terrible, holes on the wall, behind the toilet, slow moving water in the handsink, etc, it stank and they had airfreshners here too. I would have checked back out but we had no other options. Terrible night's sleep as the bed was lumpy and slats broken, building works before 8am next day. staff did send a bottle of processco.I would continue but run out of space now. We would not return!
