- Leandro (7/5): - Gostei da prontidão dos funcionários para resolver problemas. A porta do banheiro é de PVC sanfonada e estava quebrada. Isso foi o maior ponto negativo. A porta do quarto também, por ser de vidro, deu uma sensação de estarmos mais expostos, mesmo sendo jateado e tendo uma cortina por dentro.

Tudo muito limpo, funcionários simpáticos O pier no rio é muito lindo e o quiosque repleto de plantas bem cuidadas é uma delícia. Ah, não posso deixar de falar do mandacaru gigante que fica na entrada, simplesmente formidável com suas flores gigantes e perfumadas que abrem a noite e dão um belo espetáculo. Tudo isso por um valor muito bom.

- Juliana (8/5): - Café da manhã saboroso e com excelente horário de servimento (das 6h às 9h). As toalhas de banho e rosto foram trocadas todos os dias e a limpeza do quarto foi impecável. Pegamos um final de semana de onda de calor (40°C) e o ar condicionado não conseguiu refrescar o quarto. Do quarto dá para ouvir os demais hóspedes e funcionários, não nos atrapalhou, mas quem tem sono leve pode se incomodar.

- Mariana (7/5): Bom lugar - Roupa de cama de boa qualidade; smartTv; limpeza, cama e travesseiros confortáveis, ar condicionado bom. Silencioso. Banheiro espaçoso. Equipe muito prestativa e simpática, assim como os proprietários Sr. Chiquinho e Dona Zilda (forneceram mais cabides, secador de cabelo, pratos e talheres. Também pesquisaram atrativos a pedidos e cuidaram de mudas de plantas que compramos). Vou colocar aqui algumas coisas que podem melhorar a experiência, mas não é nada que desmereça a acomodação. Wi-Fi poderia ser melhor. A porta do quarto era de correr e estava um pouco dura. A porta do banheiro era de plástico sanfonado e fazia muito barulho. Como estávamos em família, com uma pessoa idosa, isso incomodava durante a madrugada. Faltou, no banheiro, um móvel auxiliar. Também seria bom se houvesse um espelho fora do banheiro (para a família se arrumar, mesmo com o banheiro ocupado), assim como faltou uma tomada de amperagem maior para um secador de cabelos mais potente.
