- john (9/5): The owner of the property is very responsive. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Comfortable for one version a - Pool is awesome! I believe the facility could use a maintenance plan on all the common spaces. For instance, the sauna is not operational in by the looks of it has not been operational for quite some time. Just one example.

He has provided us with all the necessary information from checking in to using the Internet /TV etc. The staff at the check-in desk is also friendly and helpful. A guy even help me when I was checking out. Not sure if he is a staff or a customer 😁 All facilities in the apartment are working and the apartment is very clean and comfortable. The environment is very quiet and management did a good job in keeping it clean. The cleaners are also polite and friendly. I like everything 😁

The heating system associated to the shower does not appear to be powered enough to keep warm water for a little longer time. After a few minutes showering, the hot line of water turns to cool and then the shower water temperature almost was the same as the tap water.

The bed was super comfy and there is a great view of the water and city. There are lots of shops and restaurants close by. The hosts are very friendly and very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again in the future.

- Francis (8/5): Very good - Quite complete facility. Only setback is the building, driving up 6 floor for parking is horrendous. I need to readjust my car every storey i go.

Many restaurants and food stalls within walking distant The strong odor inside the apartment probably from the dampness and moisture trap in a closed tight room for a long period, and some kind of insect bite we got. Since we had a late arrival 9:30 pm, we received an email from the host in the morning and an other one in the evening asking for our what'App number which we didn't have. We couldn't contact the host by phone (phone number not in service) or email the host ( my device had no internet connection). Fortunately the security person helped us to get in touch with the host and we finally checked in by 11 pm. We just wanted to rest and not to complain or bother calling anyone at such late hour.

I would stay here again and just recommended to some traveler friends Must arrange luggage storage after ck out in advance . I assumed security would look after for an hour. it's possible only the caretaker with prior arrangement .

- Jerusha (8/5): Very good - The view from the room was beautiful both in the day & night! I just loved it. The whole suite had every basic accessories needed which was really helpful. Despite the few minor setbacks I really enjoyed the stay. The air-con wasn't cool enough & the TV connection takes at least 10 - 15 min to run smoothly if using the Internet browser on the TV.

- Andrii (10/5): Cozy modern apartment with the best view of Penang - The view must be one of the best in Penang. The flat is equipped with absolutely anything you may need. The location is perfect. Check-in is efficient. Overall, the apartment gives a very cozy feeling, I already miss my stay there Everything was perfect, just a tiny hiccup about check-in, but it was rather related to me not having mobile data to get check-in instructions on time, I am sure that the owner will make sure that all future guests get the instructions for checking in well in advance:)

Will definitely come back for my next Penang trip. A bit narrow driving ramp towards carpark. Quite challenging for bigger car.
