• Onur (8/5): - Kahvaltı ve konum güzeldi. Otopark konusunda problem yaşamadık. Sabah balonları izleyebiliyor olmak güzeldi. Odalar mağara odalar oldugu icin tavandan toz, çakıl düştüğü oluyordu. Gece uyumak zor oldu. Bazı odaların havalandırma problemi var. Fakat personel yardimci olmaya calisiyor, gerekirse odanizi degistirebiliyorsunuz.

• Olena (10/5): Восхитительный отель с отличным видом на шары и частным паркингом - это прекрасное место!!! у нас была годовщина и нам улучшили номер! нам принесли фрукты, а комнату украсили лепестками и лебедями комната была в виде пещеры, это отдельный интересный опыт отличный завтрак, но без мяса вид просто бомба! можно сидеть на террасе и наблюдать за шарами с утра! можно заказать вино прям на террасу отличное месторасположение: из-за того, что отель на горе, открывается вид на долину есть приват паркинг нам помогли с полетом на шарах, вышло дешевле, чем заказывать через интернет в один из дней вода была холодная, поэтому нам так и не получилось принять ванну...

View of the balloons was great, with done very cute cats. The shower would flood the bathroom, meaning i came close to a major fall. Bathtub also wasnt stable. Really needs some updating for safety reasons. Parking was not easy to find on the weekend.

The breakfast was scrumptious, especially the eggs and the view was divine. The air conditioning dropped constantly making it hard to sleep which wasn’t fixed until our final of four nights stay. We asked for packed breakfasts one morning but they weren’t ready. Airport transfer was also bungled up. However the hotel manager compensated the inconvenience by providing free bottle of wine, free transfer to airport, free bottled water and offer to change our room (on last night).

Staff went out of their way to be helpful and outlined our route to see all the sites in two days. Plus location in Ursichar was perfect! • Felipe A (10/5): A memorable stay at Helike Hotel - Helike is a great hotel to stay in Uchisar. The room was big and very well-decorated. Every morning we had a generous breakfast. Our table was full of delicious food. It felt like having your own buffet at your table. The manager, Mr. Ahmet, made our stay so much pleasant. He helped us buy the tours and was always willing to answer our questions. We had a memorable time at the Helike Hotel and are thinking on going back on our next vacation.
• Andrey (8/5): Nice cave hotel on the end of Uçhisar towards Goreme. - The delax cave room was wonderful and a great experience to have. The staff is also wonderful in making your stay very comfortable. The main manager guy is very friendly and helpful in booking any transfer or tour that you may need. The staff ensured that we always had clean towels and tea / coffee in the room. Some part of the property were still under construction, though we didn't see any active construction, so no issues about noise. Overall it was a relaxing and peaceful stay. There is an issue with their setup on booking [dot] com where booking rooms for 6 or more days will say - "Includes round-trip airport shuttle + 50-min massage + early check-in + late check-out". This is a great value add, but unfortunately the hotel doesn't honor this. Booking customer service was useless and didn't provide any resolution. They should update their website as this leaves a bad taste despite it being a good property with good people running it. They provided us with complimentary breakfast, so I appreciate them making an effort. The breakfast consisted of primarily sweet jams and stuff. Having experienced traditional turkish breakfast in Istanbul in multiple breakfast houses, this was a bit disappointing but still good to have some food in the morning. Not every room has AC and this is something to consider if you are booking in summer as the rooms can get warm even at night. We had to keep the window open and blow the fan inwards to bring in cooler air. Overall, ventilation can be limited in a cave room. Minus these small issues, we still enjoyed the stay and hospitality and would recommend the place to others.

My favourite of them all was the lovely Melissa. She went beyond her duties to ensure we had our breakfast before heading to the airport, she is a very lovely person. The heat in the rooms, it was hot in the middle of the night 🥵 but that was not a big deal, we just opened the windows.

The building itself is very beautiful with a view of goreme and location is close to various restaurants and to uscher castle. The bed’s mattresses were hard to sleep on and the rooms could have better lighting. Also the ac wasn’t working so it was a little hot inside but we opened the windows and it was fine.

• A (10/5): Best hotel in Cappadocia - I think this is the best hotel I've stayed at in my life. The place looks like a small palace. Apart from a balloon ride or atop Uchisar Castle, I don't think you can any better vista over Cappadocia. Their outside terrace is the best place around for viewing the balloons rise during sunrise and they treat you like a sultan for breakfast. And thanks to Melissa for great advice on where to get dinner. Uchisar Castle is also just a 3 minute walk away It felt as if the bathtub was moving while taking a shower..
• Shehnaaz (10/5): Picture perfect - The hotel was quiet so I could enjoy the ambience to myself. They upgrade me for free to a suite which was beautiful. The deep soaking tub was amazing. Great breakfasts and friendly staff. The location is also good in Ulchiser which is more quiet than Goreme. Visit the castle 7mins walk away and the Valetine coffee shop next door was also good

Entrance of this quiet hotel is literally just In front of the road so no need to drag your suitcases to so many stairs and narrow alley roads. The free breakfast will give you a jump start for your long day tour. Rooms are very clean with free fruits, nuts and hot coffee and tea anytime. You can oversee the balloons from their common terraces. 3-5min walk to bus station and restaurants around. 10 min walk to Uchisar castle and loads of gift shops around. Nothing

• Ee (9/5): Great value for money (winter) - Large room with seperate space for lounge, comfortable bed, relatively nice breakfast, more quiet location but also still walking distance to restaurants and the Uçhisar Castle. The outdoor area had great views of the Uçhisar valley. Great value for money. The room was slightly dusty but this is given because it is a cave hotel, there is no way it's going to be as spot free as a modern hotel. Expect this when staying at any cave hotel. Kettle was not clean to boil water. Water from the bathroom basin was not clear all the time. Not sure why this happens but it didn't smell funny, nor did me and my husband got sick.

Breakfast is yummy and served in the traditional Turkish style. The staff who worked at this hotel we incredible and extremely friendly. We felt very welcomed and comfortable at the hotel! Also, arranging a taxi to Goreme, activities during your stay, and airport transfer are very easy to do with the hotel reception. I would recommend this place to all!

• Zoltan (5/5): great location, sewage smell in the room - fantastic breakfast! amazing views from the terrasses ( 7 am watch the balloons over the valley!!!) free street parking in front of the hotel really strong sewage smell in the room. complained to the staff. the solution was that they turned on an aroma diffuser.... if you got a room which smells: RUN really a pity as everything else was great!

• Gabriela (10/5): Amazing Stay! - We loved our stay in Üçhisar. We loved the fact of being able to see Göreme from the above! The views of the balloons are amazing! There are a lot of different balcony options that we can use to appreciate the sunrise while watching the balloons. Breakfast is very very good and the staff is very nice! Even without speaking good English, the staff made a super effort to make our stay wonderful! We really recommend this place! :)

• Mariia (9/5): We had a great stay. Perfect location if you are coming to see hot air balloon in the morning. - Very helpful staff, very responsive. We had a warm welcome and they arranged hot air balloon tour for us quick and easy via watsapp communication. Great location for hot air balloon watch as well. We enjoyed cave hotel experience very much as well, although ou room didn't have much windows, we liked it as it was very special place to stay. We stayed for 3 nights, breakfast was the same each morning, so although we enjoyed it on ur first morning, we were a bit bored with it by morning number 3. Although it is probably the only point I can raise! Everythign else was great.

• Alena (10/5): Greatly recommend!! - I can go about it forever!!! This was such a good vacation experience, I did not expect such service in Turkey (especially after staying a few days in Istanbul). First of all - round of applause to the hotel manager, sadly I forgot his name - he’s a middle aged good looking Turkish man with a very friendly smile and very chatty :) he helped us set up tours around the area and had us picked up by a private driver. First day we checked in the room we paid for - cave room. It was beautiful, we’ve never seen anything like that before, they had a big bed with rose petals on it and a big bowl of fresh fruit for us too- great start! We didn’t know there was no AC in the room and the temps outside were 110F. We got a fan but it barely did the job. So we decided to see if we could switch the room the next day- and we did!! The manager gave us “his favorite room” that just got available. It was twice bigger than the cave room, had a stunning view on the valley, a hot tub, a canopy bed, giant shower and it just looked so beautiful and tasteful! Breakfasts at this place are something else, so many portions and they’re so delicious! Lots of food options is the area that we loved. This place is just magical :) First night we didn’t have AC in our room but we got the room switched the next day so it wasn’t really an issue, everything about this place is amazing
