Guest Reviews
- Leslie (7/5): ok - The owners well friendly and welcoming it was a small room with only an internal window
- JEAN JACQUES (9/5): Calme et endroit sympa ! - Il y a une école de langue en bas pour les Thaïlandais surtout des femmes. Si vous vous levez tard le matin il vous faudra peut-être les saluer.
- Lowell (10/5): - Lovely couple who runs this guest house in a perfect area in Hua Hin, near various night markets, the beach, and the mall and restaurants of Village Market. Stayed 2 weeks and everything was very comfortable. Also a great value. Highly recommended!!
- Wayne (10/5): -
- Patrick (7/5): Goede plaats voor treinreizigers - Het grote pluspunt was de ligging dicht bij het station en de avondmarkt.
Het bed was goed. Verouderde kamer met veel insecten, vooral in de badkamer.
- AStA Benita (4/5): -
- Gerard (10/5): - Très bien, bien placé
- Sarah (8/5): - Rundum zufrieden mit der Leistung. Tolle Lage
- Igor (5/5): - Location is good people are friendly 2 rooms out of 4 don’t have a windows so you better
Ask before you book. Unless you are as Harry Potter get used to live in cupboard

- 강표 (10/5): - It was good because it was close to the train station in terms of location, and I was satisfied with the cleanliness, kindness, and communication. So I increased my stay.
- Julio (7/5): - La amabilidad de los dueños El colchón tenía una funda de plástico lo que nos hizo sudar toda la noche
- Raine (7/5): Yöpymiseen sopiva - Pistorasioista pulaa
- p.c. (7/5): Prettig guesthouse - Prima onderkomen in klasiek thais huis. Bed was goed evenals andere faciliteiten (koelkast, douche toilet) en schoon.
De mogelijkheid te eten en heet water op gang evenals zitjes was prettig. Èn dichtbij station. Kleine kamer zonder daglicht.
- Wilfred (10/5): - It was a wonderful stay in a great location, the owners could not have been kinder. I highly recommend staying here.
- Abraham (9/5): Value for money Guesthouse near train station run by lovely couple - Lovely couple running a local Guesthouse. Kai and his wife are super friendly and help out whenever you need advice. They run an English language school for adults at the ground floor. The street is quiet and calm, but parrallel to Soi 80, which is the kind of street that we prefer not to go because of the kind of tourism it caters for. Very close to the train station and scooter rental nearby. Plenty of places to eat (Thai as well as western food) and drink nearby. The windows made some noise when there was wind, the air conditioning is quite loud and the bed relatively small, but all minor issues that didn't take away any of the charm of the Guesthouse.

- Wayne (8/5): Good friendly staff and great location for those wanting to explore soi 80 bar street - Booking No complaints it was what I expected
- R.g. (9/5): Suited my needs perfectly - I wrote a positive review stating that I'd extended my stay, so I thought I should add something more to indicate that this really did take place. I'm glad I booked for another couple of weeks because of all the things I said in my previous review. Being here made my stay in Hua Hin uncomplicated. It's a very handy location that made it easy for me to move around, either on the scooter I'd hired or on foot. I've very warm memories of my stay here, which is how it should be. All good, no complaints.
- R.g. (9/5): Delightfully low key and very convenient – I ended up booking for much longer - You might wonder why this unassuming guest house gets such great ratings. The answer is very simple: it's delightfully low key and run by a charming Thai couple who speak good English and want the best for their guests. Yes, the rooms have a modest decor but everything works and it's pretty quiet here too, overall. The rooms are cleaned daily and bottled water and coffee are provided. Outside the rooms there's space to prepare drinks, eat and sit around.
I chose this place because I was arriving by train and wanted somewhere convenient – you can walk it from the station in minutes. And when my travel plans changed, my hosts kindly allowed me to check in late, which was a relief. Initially, I booked for a week, with the intention of considering other options. I soon discovered I could have some tiny room by the beach with no windows, or slum it with a shared bathroom or pay a lot more for a pool. No thanks, there's a lot of sea out there and it's an easy walk from here. In fact, the Night Market, Market Village or, closer still, the Baan Khun Por Food Court featuring live music, are all walkable.
So now my week is up and I'm writing this review. That said, I've rebooked for two more weeks. Unadventurous? Perhaps. But I've been to Hua Hin before and, for the money, I couldn't find anything of a comparable size to the superior room (the standard rooms are fine too from what I've seen) and something about the relaxed atmosphere and overall convenience here appeals to me. Like another reviewer remarked, joining in on the English classes is fun, and it feels good to have something useful to share.
A short walk away is the vibrant Soi 80 which offers Thai or Western food, numerous bars, vibey music and pool tables, plus scooter hire, laundry services, tattoos if you must and beguiling company. There's nothing lewd or intimidating here, it's just Thailand being accommodating, as always. Enjoy! Nothing. All good.
- Derek (10/5): As a solo traveler who was looking for a nice comfortable place to stay close to things but nice and quiet this guesthou - I had enjoyed staying there just before Christmas so after moving around the country and visiting other neighbouring countries I decided to return to hua hin for four nights and luckily chomhaad guesthouse had availability and my stay was just as good as the first visit actualy it was better as I felt so at home yet again I was sorry to leave There was nothing I didn’t like
- Luke (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful owners, very safe place, cold AC, price was cheaper than it should be. Couldn't complain at all for the rate. Beds not very soft, so wasn't "comfortable " but my back sure felt good after waking up so cant complain much. Only other thing was that the shower doesn't get hot. Gets Warm but not hot. That's not a big deal but sometimes I want a hot shower so I noticed
- Noel (9/5): Superb - Wonderful hosts very friendly room cleaned every day but the couple were not intrusive waited while I went out in the evening to clean the room
- Christian (8/5): Very good - Very gently owners Try always to help you Very easy to understand in English nothing

- Derek (10/5): Very nice place to stay I extended for another night the owners were very nice people indeed had a couple of good chats - It was a nice quiet street but close to many places to eat or drink and not far from the beach although you have to cross quite a busy main road There was nothing I didn’t like
- Joanne (8/5): - The guest house is in a good location for the train station, bus routes and Hua Hin nightlife.
The hosts speak excellent English and are extremely helpful.
The rooms are basic but clean and functional. Definitely value for money.
- Jake (9/5): Lovely staff! Would recommend - Great location and really friendly staff There was a small ant problem but the staff got us some ant spray within 10 minutes so all was resolved promptly.
- David (8/5): Very good - Location
Friendly owner Nothing
- Michael (8/5): Simple, clean and comfortable good-value guest house. - The location in the town, off Soi 80 with all the bars, (though we didn't use them) was excellent. It is near the train station but it was very quiet. The beach is not too far away. The owners were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was simple, clean and comfortable. The photos of the room on booking.com were a true representation. It is a simple good value guest house and ideal for a short stay in Hua Hin. Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like. It was exactly as expected.
- Michael (10/5): Quiet friendly place - The property was as described it was guiet clean and the owner spoke good English and very friendly , a nice place to stay only a short walk from the railway station Ok
- Hilary (9/5): Superb - Have stayed here many times before. Run by a lovely, gentle, welcoming couple. English classes are taught here too......lovely to interact and have a laugh with the students each morning.
- Mahanoon (9/5): A nice and very clean guesthouse with a genuinely friendly couple as your host.. I will definitely - Within walking distance from the train station.
- William (8/5): - A married couple open the top floor of their home to welcome guests in four clean, reasonably comfortable rooms on the upper floor. Very good English and more than helpful. Pleasant stay
- William (8/5): Fair - A married couple owner, operators. Kind, very helpful. Overall a good place at a fair cost.
