- Robert (5/5): Better maintenance required - Great location. Maintenance in this property needs attention. Some examples were: missing fan knobs, dishwasher falling out of cabinet, dirty glasses, leaking washing machine, dirty deck sand everywhere, broken clothes line and pegs, broken kitchen tap, mould/damp smelling bathroom downstairs. Some additional touches would have been nice like leaving more than one spare toilet roll for a 6 night stay, paper towel and olive oil being provided in the kitchen etc. For the price we paid I would expect more attention to the maintenance of the property.
- Alison (9/5): Modern, comfortable accommodation. Great location near the beach. - Close to the beach but only a glimpse of a lake view from kitchen window. Plenty of space, lovely covered verandah upstairs. Some construction noise from several doors away.
- Marie-Antoniette (1/5): Disappointing. - The close proximity to the beach. The lack of cleanliness. There were many spiders in the bathroom which crawled onto our towels and the shower screen. There was a lot of dust and spiders around the reverse cycle air conditioning unit down stairs. The dining table hadn't been cleaned property. The floors were dirty. The lamp didn't work and the loose wires were dangerous. The property was run down and could do with some maintenance and a proper clean.

The unit was very comfortable.Loved the garage size. Could not work out how to use the Television. The 4 of us attempted with NO luck. Two of our crew being very handy with technology!
Arrived to find a dirty cleaning rag on the white sheets in one room. All beds appeared to have had a child (perhaps) who had jumped on them & messed them up.
The unit was good but needs a DEEP CLEAN!

- Penny (8/5): Lovely location and accommodation with the beach and bush land at your door. - The location was excellent, close to everything and with the rear of the property backing onto the beach. The facilities had everything you would need and being dog friendly was a bonus. The upstairs verandah was huge and private with a bbq. A large double garage was also a plus. My only real criticism was that the hot water system was set to heat at off peak times, so would run out of hot water if a few people showered at night.
