• Degerhar (9/5): Great stay, great room with helpful and friendly staff - The room was spacious, with a decent bathroom and small kitchenette. A very nice stay, close to a 7-Eleven and walking distance to lots of nice sea-facing restaurants along the beach road. We arrived very late due to a flight delay, but we were so grateful for Nong, who made contact with us well before our arrival (via WhatsApp). We were able to communicate the delay, and Nong went out of her way to assist, staying up till after 00:30 that morning to make sure we were able to get to our room. She arranged with a colleague to meet us after the taxi dropped us off, and show us to our room. As a result of the flight delay, one of our bags only arrived the next day. Nong assisted with payment for the taxi driver who brought the luggage the next afternoon, while we were not close to the hotel. Thank you very much!
• Andrew (8/5): Comfortable stay, and would book again. - Great location. Reception arrangements are odd - there is a gate next to reception but you can’t access it until checked in. Really confused me and taxi driver! Beach is really a working beach with boats etc. no sunbeds.

Bon room service. Deux très grandes et belles piscines. Beaucoup de circulation sur le front de mer. Pétarades incessantes des motocyclettes et des bâteaux de tourisme permettant de visiter les îles avoisinantes. Pas d’eau chaude à l’évier de la sdb. Pas assez de transats près des piscines.
• Daniela (8/5): Wir waren positiv überrascht - Sehr sauberes Zimmer mit Aufzug im Gebäude, ruhig und in der Nähe des Strands gelegen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. Alles gut abgesichert und bewacht. Die Dame von der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat eine schon defekte TV Fernbedienung sofort ersetzt. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Promthep Cape mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Das Zimmer war etwas klein. Mussten die Koffer auf den Boden legen. War aber kein grosses Problem, da alles sehr sauber. Die Betten waren für uns etwas zu hart.

• ELEANE (10/5): Appartement idéal pour la détente - Appartement très fonctionnel et propre. La présence d’une cuisine, d’un balcon et d’une piscine rendent le logement incontournable. L’emplacement n’est pas idéal si vous n’avez pas de moyens de locomotion, la première plage est à 30 min à pied.

Chambre de bonne taille avec très bonne literie, SDB impeccable (douche et baignoire), séjour de bonne taille également. Ustensiles de cuisine en quantité insuffisante (manque plats...). Concernant certaines restrictions dans le règlement intérieur (accrochage de serviettes sur le balcon...), merci de prévenir à l'avance les clients des interdits plutôt que de recevoir des "mises en demeure" avec amendes à la clef.

• Sean M (10/5): Great stay at The Title! - My stay was very good. The condo is clean, spacious and has all that you need for a great stay. Host is quick to respond and cleaning staff are wonderful. You feel like home here. All was fine. No issues.
• Gregg (10/5): Amazing value, perfect apartment and host and will be staying there again - Property was immaculate and exactly as pictured on site. Bed very comfortable and slept well every night. Secure parking for moped. Location superb, less than 10 min moped ride to Nai Harn and less than that to Yanui beach and 5 min walk to beach front bars on Rawai beach. Spacious balcony with view of Rawai beach. Nong, the host, absolutely superb giving detailed instructions to get there and ensured cleaner waiting for me for late check in. Easy and quick check in and Nong kindly left some cold beers in the fridge for me as a welcome! Room cleaned daily with fresh bath towels and beach towels. Two bottles of complimentary water each day as well. Fantastic value for money and can’t wait to stay there again. The only slight downside which is nothing to do with the host was the room next to me smoked cannabis all day and night and the smell was constant despite signs saying in complex smoking it there was not permitted.

Shower in the bathroom is lovely and powerful too and beds very comfortable (mattress quite hard how we like them) Slightly higher price than other hotels in area but worth it for us, was ideal for what we were looking for

Very confortable mattress ( the first one in one month in thailand) All clean, well equipped ( fridge, toaster, water boiler) with balcony straight next to the pool ( one of the 5 pools of the structure) Lots of russian long time guest with kids. Such good value for money and a very good location opposite the beach and 7/11 next door. Lots of restraunts and currency exchange near by and a quieter part of Phuket The host was so kind and accommodating as we arrived extremely late to check in from our flight being delayed and she was more than accommodating and brilliant at communicating with via WhatsApp she gave very clear easy instructions how to locate the property also making sure we knew where to get dropped off by our taxi I would definitely recommend booking here you won't regret it Nothing at all loved it all

Pool a bit shallow but otherwise pleasant. Had everything we needed - good WiFi, TV with English channels. Bathroom with shower. Kitchen with microwave and 2 hobs,fridge, cutlery and crockery. Development next to coffee shop, 7/11 store and restaurants. Very efficient and pleasant.

Big balcony with great view of the pool & garden There should be more hook to towel / hang clothes inside the toilet Water temperature for the shower is hard to adjust . When it gets hot it stayed hot even when you want to lower the heat .

We had a small kitchen with a refrigerator so we were able to cook food. It was a balcony room with a pool view. The bathroom is very spacious with a nice rain shower and lots of hot water. Very convenient location right across from the beach. Lots of good restaurants to choose from near by and 7-Eleven is right next-door. very secure they had security and locked gates. The pools were awesome very clean and very beautiful. The bed was as hard as a rock !! You have to deal with a property manager that is not on site through what’s app.

• Bird (9/5): Great studio apartment well located but with minor drawbacks - Great location, with 3 pools one just steps from the studio. There are several good restaurants nearby. Decor and furniture very modern. Comfortable bed . Excellent levels of cleanliness. Shower was particularly good.. All the staff we had dealings with were pleasant and very helpful. Security excellent with key card enterance to the complex. Check in was confusing as the studio in located in Title West but managed by another part of the complex. Staff sorted it out . Crockery, cutlery and glasses were the minimum, only 2 dinner plates, no side plates, only 2 small tumblers, no wine or beer glasses.
