• Verified traveler (4/5): - The entrance address was wrong. Waited for staff for nearly 20 minutes. No overnight staff. They called for a private car with no meter instead of a taxi. Poor communication for English speaking customers. No tea available.

Camere graziose, sufficientemente spaziose e con l'opportunità di prepararsi dei pasti in autonomia, seppur limitatamente all'uso del microonde. Struttura esterna non molto piacevole ma personale molto cordiale e collaborativo, anche se abbiamo dovuto chiedere tre volte che ci pulissero la stanza 😅

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Tell ya what, it’s one train stop from the airport, super cheap and you can sleep in it. Neighbourhood looks sketchy but no one blinks an eye at you. We got in at midnight and no one at reception so had to call property number, 20 minutes later a barefoot guy showed up and gave us our rooms, he was really nice though.

• Yury (10/5): Близко от вокзалов, но к району надо привыкнуть - С одной стороны апартаменты расположены очень хорошо - рядом жд станция Хагана и Центральная автобусная станция, что очень удобно если предпринимать какие-то поездки по стране. С другой стороны это находится в Южном Тель-Авиве. Это место компактного проживания переселенцев из Африки. Никаких неприятностей на улицах с нами там не случилось, в большинстве своем чернокожие, которые там живут, вполне себе добропорядочные. Но на некоторых улочках вечером пьяные на тротуарах и пр. Сами апартаменты немного напоминают крепость (связано с районом?) - маленькие окошки в ванной и спальне, кухонная зона вообще без окон. На крыше есть прекрасная терраса, где мы ужинали с видом на высотки Тель-Авива. Апартаменты в хорошем состоянии, вода в душе нагревалась очень быстро и у нее хороший напор (обычно в недорогих израильских отелях это проблема). К сожалению, стена между ванной и спальней со следами плесени. В номере очень много розеток, без проблем можно зарядить все гаджеты. Очень дружелюбный персонал. В апартаментах - чайник, микроволновка, четыре тарелки, два бокала почему-то разных размеров и в наборе посуды был даже штопор. На территории много искусственных цветов. На первом этаже автомат с водой, и вином, но воспользоваться им можно только оплатив монетами, а размена в отеле нет. Некоторая путаница с адресом - при регистрации на сайте указана улица Мерон, но главный вход в апартаменты с ул. Леванда. Здание стоит на углу. На картах Google называются они Nahalat Yehuda Residence.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Property 7 min walk from Hahagana train station, during the day just one stop from Ben Gurion Airport around 15 shekels, and 5 min walk from Central bus station, bus with one transfer from Ben Gurion Airport Terminal 3. Staff was very helpful from directing around area, to fix lock from room, which was not smooth, change room from third floor to second due to paint smell. No chairs, If you plan to eat. Bedroom - just bad and closet, to take a shower you have to turn on hot water and wait 5 - 7 min. they have microwave and electric kettle, utensils, TV LCD. Area around not clean, one small market and grocery store nearby.

Amenities very simple: double bad with closet, no chairs if you plan to eat, you have to warm the water before taking shower, property located at Levanda 46, entrance right across street - bicycles rental station. Staff was very helpful: change room due to paint, help with lock which was not smooth and direction around area.

• SHEILA (6/5): - The Day Staff were lovely. Night Staff Unhelpful and Rude. Photo's on website are nothing like the real thing. stayed for 14 Nights and had to pay for 15th Night just to keep bags in room till 6pm. The area was Scary and so rundown should be called a Slum. walking along the Road the Hotel is in, Huge Rats walk with you. Large Groups of Black Males are Intimidating. Microwave is the only Appliance to cook with. Drain in Shower an open hole reported several times still the same. had to ask for Sheets and Towels to be changed as well as cleaning.

In dem Appartment überall Schimmel. Meine Meinung wenn gibt es Möglichkeit wo änderst zu mitten, dann mitten Sie wo änderst.

• sharon (10/5): Felt safe and secure - I enjoyed my stay at Inn TLV. The room was comfortable, and the service was very good. I was travelling solo and I felt safe and secure while staying there. I noticed they had installed a new fire sprinkling system which is great, however, it would have been nice if once installed the walls and ceiling were made good. The front desk was helpful at all times, providing change for the laundry room when needed and even allowed me to use their big machine when the residence machine was temporarily out of order.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Rezervované a zaplacené ubytování neposkytnuto - Rezervované a zaplacené ubytování nebylo poskytnuto. Před odletem do Tel Avivu telefonicky byl telefinicky kontaktován zaměstnanec hotelu na čísle uvedeném v potvrzení rezervace a bylo přislíbeno, že během následujících dvou hodin bude odeslán email s informacemi potřebnými pro ubytování v hotelu. Žádný email však nebyl zaslán (kontrolovány byly i zprávy ve složce "Spam") a při příjezdu k hotelu bylo zjištěno, že přístup do hotelu a na pokoj je možný pouze na základě číselných kódů zasílaných emailem. Nikdo ze zeměstnanců hotelu nebyl přítomen v kanceláři/recepci hotelu. Pokusy volat na všechna telefonní čísla uvedená na dveřích kanceláře hotelu byly neúspěšné (byl pátek včer). K využití zaplacené rezervace tak nedošlo - ubytování nebylo poskytnuto.
• Hendrikus (8/5): Great Airport Hotel Tel Aviv - Great hotel if you have to catch a plane in the early morning. The hotel lays near the highway. Its about 12 kilometers to the airport. Service is good. Price is reasonable.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - bonne situation à proximité de la gare routière et de la gare ferroviaire, mais quartier vraiment déshérité et hôtel difficile à trouver, qui n'est signalé par rien, dans un grand état de vétusté, avec un confort précaire et une propreté douteuse. Mais le gérant a volontiers remplacé les draps et serviettes sales que nous avons trouvés à notre arrivée.
• Motoperpetual (8/5): - Small and functional room, with a "bedroom" and "living room" section. The living room is equiped with hot water kettle, some basic utensils and a sink. The only reason I give an "OK" for cleaniless is their towels don't look very clean.

• Henry A. (8/5): Correccto - El check in en el hotel fue rápido y sencillo, los chicos que atienden son muy amables y serviciales. La hatitación es correcta, con todo lo necesario y cómodo. Ya otra cosa es la limpieza en general, con pasillos sucios y el entorno del hotel es como una especie de barrio africano, no es limpio, pero no me pareció inseguro. Solo me disgustó que la zona es sucia, como todo el entorno de la estación central de autobuses.
• Verified traveler (6/5): The room condition is not good - Location is great, staffs are helpful and nice, but the room condition is bad. The floor is full of dust, which I still can accept it. But at night dirty water started to flow into the bathroom by the bathroom gullies, which the bathroom is inside the bedroom. It's really terrible. Luckily there are two helpful staffs there to help us. But I think the host really have to do something about it... maybe improve the drainage system?

• David (4/5): Comfortable - The Hotel was clean and comfortable. I stayed for a fortnight, the rooms were not cleaned, the bed linen wasnt changed and I had to empty my own trash. The hotel seemed to be in the back of beyond. The Beach was a fifteen minute ride away. not a lot of people understood English and it was difficult to seek directions.

Then when I got to the right location in the building, there was no unit number on the private gate or on the private door inside it. Went in to find water all over the floor of the bedroom and bathroom from leaky shower box.
• Gill (8/5): Hidden gem - I had a difficult time locating the property as the address on the site is not the same as the address on the property. Also, there are no signs. My taxi driver was not much help and just dropped me in the road. Luckily, there was a lady outside who was able to direct me. Once I found the place and the place the check in, I was pleasantly surprised. Doesn't look like a hotel from the outside, but my room was perfect. Spacious and cool and very clean. The man who checked me in was very friendly and helpful and the property is quite secure.
• STEVEN (6/5): Basic no-frills place to stay not in the best area - The room was clean, the roof didn't leak and the shower worked, the room is no frills, nothing special. I asked the person at the desk where I could find a restaurant or bar to watch the semi-final of the World Cup and he said that there wasn't any place close by to where the hotel is located. The area isn't particularly nice.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Clean and Inexpensive - I thought the place was ok. Staff was decent but not happy to extend themselves. After hours you need a code to get in. Also, the location is not in the best of neighborhoods. For that reason I would be reluctant to stay again, but the hotel it self was pleasant enough.

Doesn't answer phone and often locked office. Same building different address and name but claimed both. They couldn't get the couch to make into a bed. Coils of barbed wire around property for security. Kept saying that their computer showed only two people not three. Really scary, so we left in morning after second floor drain backed up and roach ran across floor. We left keys in room as no one in the office at 8:00 AM. No payment was made. Why did we stay: it was late when we arrived and with a call to Expedia couldn't locate another hotel. Never had a bad Expedia experience but now I'll wonder some. See our case 63144948Thomas Kolb
• Fabio (2/5): Be aware of this place: it is a tourist trap!!!! - This is my sad experience : 1. I made a last minute reservation through Expedia around 6 pm for the same night, June 4, in the Inn TLV hotel. 2. Arriving, I found out the outside door was locked, and it needed a code for its opening. There was nobody to help me. 3. In the street with heavy luggage I had no way to spend the night. So, I was forced to make a second reservation in another hotel. 4. Almost two hours later I received an email from the Inn TLV hotel informing me the code for the street door. It was too late, as I was already installed in the second hotel. 5. I don’t think it is fair to be charged for a room that I could not use due to wrong hotel policy that should not accept reservations after hours with no local support for the entrance. Although cancellation was made imediately the hotel now refuses to return payment for the reservation of a room never used. The only reason I selected this unknown hotel was being part of Expedia portfolio, as I perceived it as a warranty of quality. I was wrong.

• Chung Yiu Steven (8/5): Location not so good - The only disadvantage of this inn is LOCATION, which is actually a major problem of, e.g. for me to use it again. The upside is of course also the downside: very close to bus station and train station, but very far from beaches and the restaurants and bars....

• James (6/5): Disappointed - Unit fine (once we figured out how to find it.) Building and neighborhood were ugly. Elevator not cooperative. Unit was on roof, but no room number, so unsure at first.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - This property could be good value to hardened travellers. It is situated in one of the grottier areas of Tel Aviv and apart from the number 18 there is nothing to distinguish that it is the Inn TLV. Access is via an inconspicuous gate with a combination lock (make sure you get a code before departing- Expedia were very helpful here!). Once we were inside the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a sparsely furnished large sitting room and an adequate sized bed room. The bathroom was very small but worked well
• Heiko (4/5): Ohne Worte - Sind nachmittags in Tel Aviv gelandet und haben dort gemerkt das die Unterkunft ohne Angaben von Gründen gecancelt wurde. Wurden mit unserem Problem von der Seite des Hotel jetzt auch alleine gelassen. Sehr desinteressiertes Personal. Als Expedia sich eingeschaltet hat und ihnen mitteilte das die sich jetzt an den höheren Kosten zu beteiligen hätten wurden sie unruhig und sagtenwir sollten zurück kommen. Mittlerweile war jemand anderes da, der noch desinteressierter war. Wir erklärten die Situation und er meinte ich könne ja die hauseigenen Service Nr. Anrufen. Wir hatten mit mehreren Leuten 2 Unterkünfte an 2 verschiedenen Orten gebucht und haben letztendlich alle in der anderen Unterkunft gewohnt. Das INN TEL liegt mind. 30 Gehminuten vom Strand und City entfernt Von außen sehr unattraktiv und nicht sauber.
• Rick (8/5): Stay at Inn TLV - Nice, clean place. Had to stay one night in Tel Aviv prior to joining a tour and this place was close to the train station so i booked it. It was one of the least expensive options and turned out really well for me.
• Crissy (8/5): - The room had lots of dust in the closet. It's very "Spartan" esque. NO small face cloths at all, just huge towels and hand towels. NO TP was given, on second day ran OUT ! sent and email after hours on first night, NO RESPONSE, had to ask in morning for TP. Also, the FD refused twice to call a cab for my elderly mom. ?? ALSO, the main managers aren't there often so there's 20 year olds from different country that don't speak English hardly. Also, this is a residence with a totally different name and address than what's posted.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Clean and close to food stores - It was a memorable experience for me. The hotel is clean. Safe. Very accessible to everything.
