The living room and kitchen are large and very suitable for a family. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and three toilets were very comfortable for 6 adults. Short walking distance to the town centre and beach. Plenty of good restaurants. Will certainly consider staying here again.

Very clean and comfortable house in a quiet street on top of the hill with extensive views. Large deck in front perfect for breakfast in the sun while admiring the views. Cant think of anything. It was exactly as described and portrayed on line so no nasty surprises when you walk in - a nice change!

We stayed in winter and the house was warm, electric blankets were a bonus. Water pressure was amazing. The hot water didn’t run out with 5 of us showering. Loved the location. Great house. Loved it.

- Julia (8/5): Sea180 was the perfect base to reconnect with old friends and soak up the beautiful ocean views. - Sea180 was a fantastic holiday house for my group of 7. The most amazing thing about the house is the view - stunning uninterrupted views of Merimbula lake and out to the ocean, which twinkled in the moonlight. The amenities were great with spacious bedrooms and three toilets, a huge comfy lounge and fantastic deck to entertain on. Not to mention the BBQ! The house is shaped in a U with two seperate wings, perfect for two families. It’s a short stroll to the Main Street and the water. We had a beautiful stay at Sea180 and definitely recommend! Thanks Pete and Tina! We would of liked there to have been a few more kitchen supplies like paper towel and bin bags. The steep location is unsuitable for people with mobility issues, and only one car spot up the driveway, therefore out the front was a little precarious on the narrow road if you have a few vehicles but it’s not a busy road and wasn’t an issue.
- Post (10/5): Perfect place to stay with 3 small children we were so close to everything we needed to see /do the house had incred - It ticked all our family holiday boxes but our favourites would have to be the incredible view, perfect location close to the Main Street and surrounding beaches to explore, rooms were all very clean and the house itself had everything you need from a coffee machine,dishwasher to washing machine and dryer that you could wash your clothes when required my only things I would critique would be the beds were a bit tough but not uncomfortable and the driveway is very steep to get in/out of but overall it was a fantastic place to stay

Really worth staying here. - I had sent a sms message to the hosts, having received a few texts supposedly from them, however I believe now it is an automated system they use for sending texts. Thus, the few points I suggested to them to have fixed in the house, was not acknowledged, despite leaving fantastic feedback. Maybe DIRECT contact with the hosts would be great and more personal.

If I had driven my smaller/low vehicle I doubt I would have been able to utilise the driveway All good but road access and driveway very steep. But this is provides great views
