Verified traveler (10/5): Recommended untuk mereka yang tidak cerewet - Lokasi hotel sangat strategik..jalan kaki hanya 200m dari sogo..bilik yang luas (deluxe) dengan kelengkapan yang cukup termasuk mini fridge..seterika disediakan di luar..servis yang bagus walaupun malam..saya hanya ada masalah lipas kecil tapi masih boleh ditangani..beli spray serangga sendiri..setel..keseluruhan berpuas hati:)

Jamilah (5/5): location is good but the cleanliness of the hotel is poor - Location of the hotel Cleanliness : ~ Make sure house keeping clean the room / change the towel / throw the rubbish and after the maintainance make sure no hazard as piece of fraction item on the floor ~ there is so many cockroaches in the room even it still small but it still yukssssss. so please make sure your hotel is clean and tidy so that we can stay in next time

My family really loves this hotel. I will definitely come again. The hotel design is very old and there are small cockroaches crawling around the cabinets and wardrobes. The furniture is very old. The cleanliness of the bathroom is very poor, and it is recommended to clean the mirrors and bathroom walls.”

There is alot of cockroaches luckily baby type...but seriously I feel like living in the haunted room coz quite alot especially behind the curtain lurking everywhere but we so damn tired we just ignore everything Room big can accommodate another 2 adults same like a pictures shown but unfortunately need plenty of maintenance back

Hannan (6/5): an okay stay - in the middle of the city, got pasar malam right under the the hotel. reasonable price. cool air conditioner dont have parking, really hard to find. need to pay parking RM160 for 2 days. Parking was 10 mins walk from the hotel. I dont think they change the blanket because it smell like sweat. the bathroom glass wall have stains. a lot of it. and the bathroom floor is slimy😌
Fika (5/5): budget hotel but didn’t expect it’s really budget on the cleaning. - Only the location is convenient to malls and other shopping areas. Market on weekends. Room was big. The cleanliness of the room was bad. I think they only change the bed sheet but not doing cleaning of the rooms and toilets. We found cockroaches in the room. The room was old, toilet was unclean and the aircond not really cold.
