The food is very good We had a little technical problem in our room during our stay, but the staff handled it exceptionally well. La comida del restaurante variada, de calidad y muy buena. Por las noches ofrecían momentos de fogata y masajes. Los precios de los tours ofrecidos podrían ser más accesibles, sin embargo el servicio es A1.

Gentillesse et serviabilité du personnel. Accueil personnalisé de la propriétaire qui est très impliquée son accueil à la clientèle et qui s’est démenée pour nous trouver un restaurant à Lima un dimanche soir(ce qui n’est pas simple) pour la suite de notre séjour au Pérou. On s’y sent comme à la maison avec de nombreux salons, organisés autour de feux de bois chaleureux. L’Hôtel organise des excursions privatisées d’une très grande qualité, notamment pour la Laguna 69 et le Pico Mateo. Une mention particulière pour nos guides Carlos, le francophone et Jean, qui nous a initié avec beaucoup de gentillesse à l’alpinisme. Ils étaient vraiment supers tous les deux. Nous avons bénéficié de massage d’une grande qualité. Une mention particulière également pour Eva, qui a su nous accompagner tout au long du séjour et qui était d’une très très grande disponibilité et même au-delà de son rôle professionnel. Elle nous a prodigué de nombreux conseils sur place, mais également pour notre séjour suivant à Lima. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est excellent pour les départs d’excursions et il a également proche de l’aéroport. Rien

- Jacob (10/5): Exceptional - WOW this hotel blew us away. The new refurbishments were so beautiful, the designs were elegant and unique and the food was phenomenal. The healthy and delicious menu was the exact thing we were looking for before the huayhuash trek (still dreaming of the buddha bowl). What really set this property aside was the staff. We loved meeting and chatting to the team, they were really informative about the huayhuash trek as they had actually been guides in the past- this was so helpful for us and reassuring. This property is the perfect place to stay before or after any hiking/ trekking in Huaraz/ the Cordillera Blanca- I can't reccomend enough!
