Verified traveler (4/5): Stuffy city apartment - problematic access - Checking in to this hotel was a nightmare. Access details at booking lwere sketchy. So we collectively spent 90 mins on phone to Wotif to confirm arrival arrangements. Despite this, had to wait in car outside for 45 mins before any contact could be made with property. Then, had to visit another address to receive keys. Extremely poor user experience. The apartment itself was okay but not so much as a teabag was provided and although we’d requested twin beds, had to make them up ourselves.
Jocelyn (2/5): Give it a miss if you are on Business - We received an email on what to do when arriving, unfortunately they did not follow the rules ( need to get the key offsite ). Arriving late, the whole apartment had only 1 working light ( ceiling light and 2 wall lights were not working ) It took 3 days for them to fix the ceiling light but not the wall lights. The dirty towels from the previous customer were left in the bath tub.
