• FAMILY E (5/5): Facilities met the basic needs. - When new this hotel was chic and trendy, now it is rundown. The aircon was powerful ..good for the room which had no windows, the beds were vvery comfortable and the shower was steamy hot and powerful...best shower we had in a long time. Location was great , lots of eateries. Was located near the university examination center. Leaky faucet and plug not working. No lift.

• nasrul hanis (6/5): good stay. but will not repeat. - the room is clean, bed is wide enough for two adult n one child(9yo),toilet is clean. the room is small for the price bcs we can get better space with the same price value. only small space left for a muslim to pray, in front the toilet. good that the toilet got curtain.i can say the space on the left side of the bed is 2 ft wide and on the right side is 1 ft.

• Chu (5/5): Passable - Everything as expected for the price. When I requested an early check-in. They said it was fine without mentioning any early charges. When I arrived on site, they told me there was going to be early check in charges. I rejected it as I could just come back later, but i can pay for the hotel now. I only had a backpack. But the guy gave me 2 options, but all the options were the same thing. Option1. Pay for hotel+deposit+early check in Option 2. Pay for hotel+early check in and pay deposit later. I said ill just pay for the hotel and I'll just check in later. As I mentioned before he gave me these options. He said ok but then keyed price with the check in fee into the card machine until I called him out for it. My problem is not the check in fee. But the fact that it felt like this guy was trying to scam me. For a rm40 check in fee? If there's an issue with me paying early without me checking on the spot, you could ask me to come back later right?

It is at 11;50pm. If turn to another day 12am, it get additional charges Rm5.Very safety to walk around.. I have breakfast at the shop of fai lok ( happy) restaurant. there is no enough water drinking. the bathroom shower holder is broken although it is still can use.

• Peng (5/5): Passable - The price and location are good. It is close to INTI University and IELTS Subang test center, within 10 minutes walk. 1. The room description should state whether it has air conditioning (it actually has air conditioning), which made me worried when booking; 2. The room description should also state that disposable toothpaste, toothbrush, shower cap and soap are not provided, so that customers can prepare in advance; 3. It should be stated in advance that a deposit of RM50 is required upon check-in (refundable upon check-out), and only cash is accepted, so that guests can prepare in advance; 4. The pillows and quilts are not clean and have dark colors. Especially the pillows, one of them smells like vomit, which is my biggest dissatisfaction during this stay. Please improve cleaning.

• John (3/5): It is a place that if your really can't get a hotel,u can stay here for a night. - The location is a prime location,but the staff were not helpful at all....the pictures showed it being very nice,but it's not it seems when I arrived Parking wasn't provided but they advertise that parking is available. Parking is a available but it's paid parking by MBSJ and I got fined for parking there
