Didn’t really prepare enough parking for the guests. Check-in time only after 3pm is terrible. We tried to ask for early check-in, reception that time straightaway refused us without checking the availability, she did not even know about our room type and our booking and refused us, there’s no way that ALL ROOMS are full at that time when I checked the app and there’s still rooms available.

My car park opposite get scratch. Cause the hotel parking limited.

The room facing main road is TOO NOISY. very hard only able to fall as sleep, however, the aircond is leaking since late midnight. Dik tak dik tak the whole night. I msg the reception in the next day morning, and their reply really shock me :)

- Andy (8/5): Nice Hotel for a night stay - Overall the service staff was helpful, as my son encounter slowness in WIFI and managed to solve after clarification. We are given upgraded to Premium deluxe too. There is issue with the showering area, there should be curtain or door to prevent water overflow. Slight noisy as there are units above that are loft and hearing foot steps sound in the night.

Water dispenser is convenient for us to fill our bottles. Staff r very helpful n friendly. Parking is just infront of the hotel. Ample parking available. Lots of restaurants to choose for our meals. There r few convenience stores nearby Highly recommend.

- Teratai (9/5): Superb - Location was great as it was not too far from the city center (hence, less crowded) yet within short walking distance to restaurants and 711, the convenience store which was just next to it. The room was comfy and mattress was great. Generous supply of liquid bath soap/shampoo/conditioner provided in dispensers. Bathroom was very clean and there was a rain shower. Ample free parking space.

- Siti (3/5): please, please change your mattress in the suites! - we booked the suite for 2 nights. the room was clean and the staff were nice. unfortunately, the bed was HORRIBLE, the matress was hard you can feel the springs on your body, and each time you move you'll hear the squeaky sound of the springs. I think it is time for the management to change the mattress. it is so bad that we didn't get a good night rest at all. and the balcony door could've been better at insulating the sounds from outside. I dont blame the management for the sounds (mat rempit) but hopefully they can try and insulate it better next time.
