- Gareth (9/5): - It was a wonderful hotel in the heart of the old city. We used it as a base for exploring the old buildings, the seafront and the flame towers. We also arranged trips from here. The staff were all very accommodating and helpful. Our room was comfy and spacious with a view towards the sea. Many items at breakfast were cold though we found on the second day that someone would make us delicious omelette and fresh coffee.

Se vi fermate un paio di giorni per turismo, la posizione è oggettivamente ideale. La camera è molto grande, un po’ datata ma comunque assicura un buon comfort. La nostra suite dava sulla via principale. Colazione nella norma, ma non speciale. Il personale potrebbe essere un pochino più disponibile e gentile… spesso sembra di essere trasparenti😄

- Nadja (9/5): - Hotel's location is perfect - near the double gate. Plenty of breakfast options whether you eat meat or not and a nice view from the restaurant on the top. Spacious room, we also used the wellness programme. Beds weren't really comfortable and were squeaking at every move. We also had a bit of misunderstanding when ordering a taxi from hotel to the airport and we were late to the airport (didn't miss the flight though).

That made it feel luxurious. Personnel very kind. We were 2nd floor and there was a little sewage smell in the bathroom. Our windows were looking at a kitchen, so practically no natural light. I know it is a first world problem, but only ready made coffee from a large thermos thing was awailable at breakfast, no cappucino/latte.

Множество ресторанов в старом городе как раз возле отеля. Персонал очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый. Завтраки прекрасные, отличный выбор блюд и напитков. Номера красиво оформлены и просторные, много мебели, это очень удобно. Внутри отель также прекрасно оформлен. 1. При бронировании номера не всегда понятно какой он. Нас сначала заселили в хороший номер, но в нем было очень холодно, и вид из окна в подворотню нас не устроил. Мы попросили заменить номер и за небольшую доплату получили прекрасный номер с балконом и видом на город. 2. Ванная вместо душевой кабины. Ванная очень высокая, туда было трудно залазить. Кроме того, при пользовании душем, вода летела во все стороны и заливала полы. Защитная перегородка не спасала.
- Michael (7/5): A good hotel in a great location - This is a beautiful hotel. The building obviously has a host as it is in the old city and there are hints about what came before but nothing the room or obvious to me to explain its past, which is a real shame. The hotel is well placed in relation to various sites and a 10 minute walk to a metro station and the boulevard that runs along the water’s edge. The staff are friendly and helpful and arranged for a car to collect me from the airport at 3 am, which was every cent. The breakfast spread is excellent and very generous. My room was spotless with a nice decoy. Like all ‘old’ hotels the power points are in strange locations. e.g, not next to the bed or the kettle. Minor problem. Bathroom was a very good size. Loved that. The air conditioning in my room was hopless. I turned it off because it was heating my room to 27C. I asked about this at reception and they sent a technician who said it cold season not warm season. So air conditioning set for warm. That is why I had the air conditioning off. You can’t sleep with that heat. I opened the window but my room was on the inside not the outside of the hotel. So, in summer I imagine the room are either cold or perfect.

We will definitely stay there again because of its incredible location and the excellent restaurant on the 4th floor. We enjoyed 6 meals there because the food was outstanding. The building's main lobby is breathtaking and perfectly complements the hotel’s location right inside the walls of the Old City. You truly feel like part of history while staying there. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spotless, and we all loved the signature scent from the diffusers. Could you please share the name of this perfume? :) I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to experience local culture rather than staying in a soulless business hotel.

Otelin konumuna diyecek yok resmen her yere erişimi olan tarihi buram buram hissettiren bir bölgede Kahvaltılar gayet yeterli bazı yöresel tatları mutlaka deneyin. Banyo konusunda biraz eski buldum muhtemelen tesisat rüzgar vs den dolayı kokuyu içeri veriyordu bunun kontrol edilmesi gerekir. Tavsiye olarak Azerbaycana ilk kez geldim ve bunu girerken belirttim odamın manzarası çok kötü klima sistemlerine bakıyordu. İlk kez gelen bir misafire olabildiğince Manzaralı vermenizi tavsiye derim.

All the staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was very generous, and the view from the terrace is stunning. It was my first trip to Baku and staying in the old town was the perfect choice. I hope to visit it again soon, perhaps at a different time of year.
- Hanna_afshar213 (8/5): Worth trying - A very beautiful hotel with a One Thousand and One Nights theme, located right in the center, which makes it easy to walk around and enjoy the area. The staff were very kind and friendly, and I would especially like to thank the gentleman who welcomed us so warmly and supported us during our stay. Arriving by car can be a little complicated, as not all cars are allowed to enter the location directly. We stayed in a superior room with a view of the hotel’s architecture, which was lovely. However, the bed seemed quite old and made noise whenever we moved. The sockets were also far from the bed, which made it inconvenient to charge and use the phone at the same time. We could hear noise from the surroundings quite clearly, and the room was very warm, with no real way to adjust the temperature except by leaving the door open. The Wi-Fi connection was also quite slow, and it took a long time to upload a short video. The hotel also has a spa and a Turkish bath, which guests can use by informing the receptionist one hour in advance. The breakfast buffet was acceptable, and it would be even nicer if larger mugs were available for guests who enjoy drinking a lot of tea. Thank you very much, Shah Palace team. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend your hotel to anyone who loves staying in a beautiful and unique place. Regards

- Сердар Бяшимов (10/5): Отличный отель как для бизнеса так и для отдыха. - Отличный персонал, особенно Хасан Алиев, так как я держу пост в месяц рамадан Хасан организовал мне ранний завтрак, чтобы мне было комфортно. В отеле очень все доброжелательны и очень быстро решают возникающие вопросы. Помогли с образцами и размещением их в холодильнике отеля, чтобы сохранить кондиции продуктов. Отличное местоположение в центре, удобно вечером для прогулок, много ресторанов рядом, банкоматов для обмена валюты. Номер чистый и каждый день меняют полотенца и мыльные принадлежности. Номера в старинном стиле. Есть хамам, баня, что является отличным дополнением к досугу. Единственное его нужно бронировать заранее. Такого нет. Единственное что я до авто бы это ложку для надевания обуви.

Personel był niezwykle pomocny – za każdym razem, gdy czegoś potrzebowaliśmy, pomoc otrzymywaliśmy natychmiast i z pełnym zaangażowaniem. Zostaliśmy również mile zaskoczeni podwyższeniem standardu pokoju, co było bardzo miłym gestem ze strony hotelu. Hotel oferuje saunę oraz łaźnię turecką, z których goście mogą korzystać po wcześniejszym umówieniu – to świetna opcja na relaks po całym dniu zwiedzania. Pokoje były sprzątane codziennie, panowała w nich nienaganna czystość, a dodatkowo bardzo ładnie pachniało. Stosunek jakości do ceny jest fantastyczny. Lokalizacja również zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę – hotel znajduje się na starym mieście, dzięki czemu wszędzie jest blisko. Śniadania są bardzo smaczne i różnorodne – serwowane są zarówno dania kuchni europejskiej, jak i lokalnej. Na szczególną uwagę zasługuje również przepiękny hall, który robi niesamowite wrażenie już od wejścia. Bardzo serdecznie polecam ten hotel – z pewnością chętnie tu wrócimy! -

Ужасная вонь в номере, в ванной вонь канализацией, в комнате вонь потом, жирными, потными людьми от кровати. Следы людской жизнедеятельности повсюду. Все изношено прилично. Когда заходишь в ванну, чувствуешь себя как в психбольнице из американских фильмов. Сауна не очень, очень большая но абсолютно бесполезная. Также много чего неисправно. Завтрак очень низкосортной едой, выбор маленький, из еды реально можно съесть только яйца, хлеб, и чизкейк вот и всё. =( И ещё забыл, за окном кондиционеры не давали спать совсем.

- Fuad (10/5): Почувствуй себя в сказке.... - Местоположение, всё достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Интерьера шикарная, как будто находишься в сказке... Удобная кровать, кресло и т.д. Спасибо персоналу: стандартный номер поменяли на люкс бесплатно. Запах в ресторане стоял нехороший. Или вытешка не работает, или что-то другое. Надо проветрить.

Stora och bekväma rum, utsökta frukostar med mycket ost och frukt, och överlag något för alla smaker. Jag vill särskilt lyfta fram personalen – mycket hjälpsam och alltid tillgänglig. Jag rekommenderar hotellet
