• Elo89 (9/5): Séjour de rêve - L endroit est magique, petit déjeuner face a la mer, avec le chant des oiseaux c est un endroit très paisible et reposant… je recommande vivement surtout pour une tranquillité totale, Denise la propriétaire est très gentille et discrète et fait tout pour rendre votre séjour encore plus appréciable, de très bon conseil pour visiter l île , je reviendrai certainement au même endroit lors de mon prochain séjour.. merci
• Mack (10/5): - Die beste Unteekunft auf den Seychellen, wir waren la digue, leider cerf(1 Tag ok) mahe und eben praslin. DENISE ist eine Seele von Mensch. Die Unterkunft 20 von 10 Sternen. Privatstrand. Ein Traum. Supermarkt auch per Fuß schnell erreichbar . Ich kann einfach nur schwärmen von dieser Lage und dieser herzlichen Gastgeberin. Alles top sauber. Witzig auch die Krebse zu beobachten, auch diese schätzen diesen Traum/Ruhe. Küche, alles nötige vorhanden, Bett wie daheim auch schön gross. Klimaanlage top. Ach, was soll ich sagen....wer diese Unterkunft nicht bucht, ist selbst schuld. Ein Traum, vergesst die 5 Sterne hotels, villa Admiral ist ein kleines Paradies. Ich hatte Tränen in den Augen bei Ankunft und wir haben schon Einiges auf der Welt gesehen. Nichts!!!!!!!!

• Helga (10/5): jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft - Das Frühstück war hervorragend immer frische Früchte, Eier, Käse, Juice, Toast Denise ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, immer hilfsbereit, freundlich, erfüllt jeden Wunsch, egal ob Transfer, Ausflüge, Mietwagen, Restaurants, den Zugang zur Anse Georgette hat sie ermöglicht. Alles blitzsauber ! Der Strand gehört einem fast allein Alles in allem toller Aufenthalt und nochmals eine großes DANKE an Denise ! da fällt mir nichts ein

• GANNA (8/5): - The villa is located in an incredibly beautiful place, in a small lagoon with white sand. The tides are barely noticeable. There are only three or four villas along this bay, and we hardly saw anyone. The sun loungers on the beach created the feeling that the entire beach was ours.The hostess was very friendly and wonderful. We were brought complimentary drinks served in coconuts. The air conditioner worked very poorly; there were only ceiling fans. Because of the heat, we had to open the windows at night, but there were no mosquito screens on them, so mosquitoes flew in. We had to use mosquito spray. It was unpleasant.

• Corinne (10/5): Un petit paradis - Emplacement fabuleux face à une plage que l'on peut considérer comme privée. La petite plage est très belle avec un sable blanc et très fin, et nous avons même eu le plaisir de voir des raies qui venaient y chasser tous les matins. Très calme, aucun bruit, l'impression d'être seul au monde, et à proximité immédiate de l'Anse Georgette. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et prévenants. Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec un jus de fruits maison à notre arrivée. La maison est très bien équipée et la literie est très confortable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. C'est plutôt un conseil qu'un reproche et cela n'enlève rien à notre note, mais un petit équipement pour cuisiner pourrait être intéressant, par exemple du sel du poivre et de l'huile.

• Karolina (10/5): Paradise! I miss this place! - Villa Admiral was the best place we stayed during our time in the Seychelles. I truly regret that we stayed there for only three nights. Everything looks exactly like in the photos — or even better in real life! The beach and the ocean are just steps away. In the morning, you wake up to the sounds of exotic birds and the gentle noise of the waves. You really feel like you’re in paradise, with nothing and no one disturbing your peace. The starry sky here is absolutely breathtaking — unlike anywhere else! The villa itself is very well maintained and perfectly equipped. There is absolutely everything you need to prepare meals, as well as beach towels and a hair dryer. There are several well-stocked grocery stores near the villa — perfect for picking up breakfast supplies. Takeaway restaurants are a bit farther away, in Grand Anse, about 3–5 km by car or bus. The bus stop is very close, and you can practically get anywhere on the island by bus. Nearby, there is the Capricorn Restaurant — a great place for dinner or a drink while watching the sunset. Speaking of the villa, I must mention its wonderful owner. Denise is incredibly friendly and helpful, always offering great advice and taking excellent care of the entire property. I admired the way she tends to the plants around the house — a truly lovely person. During our stay, it was difficult to regulate the water temperature in the shower — it was either very hot or cold, with nothing in between.
• MARION (8/5): Super Chouette grâce à DENISE. - Denise! Sa gentilesse, sa disponibilité. La propreté et le confort du logement. C'est vraiment un endroit très chouette. Jacques, son mari. Intrusif, rodant autour de la maison, essayant de regarder et d'espionner. BEURK. Pas du tout mais pas du tout rassurant. Voir flippant. Ma voisine a visiblement senti la même chose. Et les gens qui habitent aux alentours le savent et se méfient. BEURK. Un sale type.

• bischof (9/5): Traumhafte Erholung an quasi Privatstrand - extrem freundliche Gastgeber, tolles Frühstück, sehr ruhige und private Lage, schöner Strand quasi für einen alleine, außergewöhnlich saubere Unterkunft, mit Auto oder Taxi auch kein Problem diverse Restaurants in der Nähe zu erkunden, Rundum-Erholung garantiert! Nicht eine einzige Beanstandung!

• Martin Mateus (10/5): - I don’t know where to begin — with the amazing impressions and overall satisfaction, the beautiful beaches, or the incredibly kind and welcoming hosts, Denise and Jack. The apartment is truly magical and, in our opinion, overlooks one of the most beautiful beaches on Praslin, even with Anse Georgette and Anse Lazio nearby. This place cannot be described with words — you simply have to come, experience it, and feel the magic for yourself.
• Helmut (10/5): Dem Paradies ganz nahe - Absolut traumhafte Lage Wir waren Anfang Dezember 25 für 5 Nächte in der Villa Admiral. Eigentlich wollten wir die ganze Insel erkunden, aber es fällt schwer, diese paradiesische Unterkunft zu verlassen. Alles sehr sauber, blütenweißer Sand, Palmen wie aus einer Postkarte gefallen und 15 Meter vor der Terrasse ein herrlicher Strand, den man meist für sich alleine hat. Die Besitzer sind unheimlich nett und hilfsbereit. Der Bungalow ist sehr gut ausgestattet, u. A. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, löslicher Kaffee, Spülmittel, Geschirrtuch und auch Badetücher. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war immer das erste Highlight des Tages. Die zwei Liegen im Schatten unter den Palmen sind sehr bequem, der Ausblick traumhaft, immer ein leichtes Lüftchen vom Meer herauf, warum soll man da jetzt wieder aufstehen? Es befinden sich einige Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe, teilweise zu Fuß erreichbar. Zur Anse Lazio kommt man recht schnell, auf der Hautstraße 400 meter nach Norden, dann rechts den Berg hoch, nach insgesamt 2,2 km endet die Straße, man kann problemlos parken und dann zu Fuß in 10 bis 20 Minuten runter zur Anse Lazio. Man kommt in der Nähe der Honesty Bar raus und kann sich gleich mit einem Cocktail oder Seybrew belohnen. Fazit: in dieser Unterkunft entspannt man in kürzester Zeit, weil es einfach traumhaft schön ist. Da gibt’s Nix

• Kröning (9/5): Kleines Paradies in traumhafter Lage - Ein wunderschöner kleiner Bungalow mit eigenem Strandabschnitt – einfach traumhaft! Die Lage direkt an einer idyllischen Bucht ist perfekt.Der Blick aufs Meer ist atemberaubend, besonders bei Sonnenuntergang – ein echtes Highlight! Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Ein Supermarkt ist in nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar – super praktisch. Das Warmwasser in der Dusche lässt sich nicht immer ganz fein regulieren, aber die Gastgeber haben uns gleich darauf hingewiesen und um etwas Vorsicht gebeten – völlig in Ordnung. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
• Victoria (1/5): DO NOT BOOK THIS - Highly recommend to NOT book this property. The value for money is as bad as it could possibly get. For such an expensive price per night you don’t even get the most basic things such as shampoo for the shower, they only had a literal soap bar which was impossible to shower with and after asking for shampoo the lady who manages the property only said that the description of the property states that there is no shampoo. For such a high price tag the least one can expect is shampoo, this is unacceptable. Furthermore, there is construction going on literally 2 meters next to the house, also you don’t even get fresh towels and no fresh beach towels every day - honestly the worst service ever witnessed - hotels or properties that cost 1/10 of this provide better service that this. Also the beach is actually full of stones and masses of seaweed, overall the opposite of clean, really not enjoyable

• Frank (9/5): - It was a unique experience. The house was great, equiped with everything you need. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was great as well. It is right at the beach, so just sit down, relax and enjoy the magnificant view. We felt this was the less touristic part of the island and that is what we needed. Denise and Jack are so kind. Always there to help. Also with tips about the island. If you wanna rent a car, just let them know in advance. Nothing. I saw some comments that there might be seaweed on the beach and in the sea. Well, that is just nature and during the day you will probably explore the island and all the other beaches. So enjoy the private quiet beach and sea view you have in the morning and evening. It is a unique experience.

• Mateusz (9/5): - The view from the balcony was phenomenal, quiet and spacious, the staff and the owner were very nice and helpful, very close to the beautiful Anse Georgette and Anse Lazio, the best beaches on the island, close to several shops open late The 200m section of the road leading to the house is unforgiving, with two concrete lanes poured with several centimeters of offsets.
• Hélène (10/5): Sejour au calme au bord de l’océan - Villa très calme, idéalement située dans l’une des plus belles parties de Praslin, à proximité de l’aéroport, de Valée de Mai, des plus belles plages de l’île et de l’hôtel Constance Lemuria, où se trouvent les magnifiques plages Petite Anse Kerlan et Anse Georgette. La villa est très confortable et parfaitement équipée pour un séjour idéal. Elle bénéficie de sa propre plage privée, idéale pour admirer de superbes couchers de soleil. Le lit est très confortable, la salle de bains spacieuse et l’eau chaude toujours disponible. La cuisine dispose de tout le nécessaire, et plusieurs mini-markets se trouvent à proximité. Une voiture est conseillée pour explorer toute l’île, mais sachez qu’il y a également un arrêt de bus juste à côté. Denise est une hôte chaleureuse et accueillante, et le ménage est fait quotidiennement, tout était très propre. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa pour un séjour reposant. Comme dans plusieurs endroits à Seychelles, prévoyez vos propres produits d’hygiène corporelle (gel douche, shampoing, etc.)

Denise et Jacques d’une gentillesse incroyable, de bons conseils pour visiter l’île … Le logement en bord de mer, à quelques pas, une plage quasi privée. Aucun vis à vis avec d’autres logements. La plage de anse lazio se trouve pas très loin, Jacques nous a indiqué un petit sentier pédestre sympa pour accéder à la plage. Il nous aussi appris à ouvrir une coco. Plusieurs supermarchés à 5 minutes à pieds, station de bus tout proche de la villa. Rien. Tout était au top

• Markus (7/5): Traumhafte Lage in der richtigen Jahreszeit, sehr nette und herzliche Vermieter! - Unmittelbar am Strand, leider waren wir zur falschen Jahreszeit da (August), so dass der vor der Tür liegende Strand nicht benutzt werden konnte. Sehr nette und herzliche Vermieter, wir haben unter anderem gelernt, wie man selber eine Kokosnuss öffnet. Die Einrichtung des Wohnzimmers ist etwas Vintage
• Oliwia (10/5): Polecamy :) - Przepiękna lokalizacja nad samą plaża, urokliwy wystrój kreolski, bardzo miła i pomocna właścicielka oraz pyszne śniadanie
• Ron (10/5): Fantastisch vakantiehuis, schitterend uitzicht, lieve mensen. - Schoon, ruim, voorzien van alles wat je in een huis nodig hebt, zeer vriendelijke hosts, rust, prachtig uitzicht, privacy, winkeltjes in de buurt, vlakbij Anse Georgette wat zeer de moeite waard is! Binnenkort zelfs een 2e vakantievilla op dit terrein, waardoor het voor grotere gezelschappen of samenreizende stellen ook heel aantrekkelijk wordt! Er was niets wat ons niet beviel, het enige minpuntje waar de hosts niets aan kunnen doen, is dat er van mei tot oktober zeewier ligt aan de gehele westkust en je dus voor een dagje strand naar de andere kant van het eiland gaat. Een auto is zeer aan te bevelen, dan heb je de vrijheid en het eiland is maar klein dus je bent in max 45 minuten helemaal rond naar de andere kant. Praslin is prachtig!

• Andrei (10/5): Perfect - Amazing villa. A little traditional inside, but very cozy, clean and well organized. It's right ON THE BEACH, which makes the location stunning. You are basically experiencing a private beach area. You can swim right in front of the villa, or just go to the left across the barrier (wave breaker) and there is a small area behind it that is just amazing in any weather. Parking is on site. Georgetta beach is also a nice walk across the Lemuria resort. There is a new grocery store with everything (beyond groceries) right next to the road exist from the villa road. Super convenient. Nothing.

Owner was also friendly and just next door if we needed anything. Would definitely return to Villa Admiral if we came back to Praslin, everything we’d hoped for. Nothing - the decor was very traditional which we liked, but might not be for everyone.

• Vanessa (10/5): if you are looking for a peaceful and quiete place this is the place to be - Lovely place, very clean, friendly owners, private little beach. Wifi is not always working properly. Rental car is useful.
• Warren (10/5): Best stay we had on the Seychelles - The location was off a quiet side road and the villa was right on the beach with lounge chairs and table right at the edge of the beach. The villa porch had 2 chairs and table where we enjoyed our morning coffee and some meals. It was so lovely to have milk waiting for us in the refrigerator (we are avid coffee drinkers). The lighting in the unit, particularly the bathroom was so well done, including the location of the lights, fan and A/C that you didn’t have to get out of bed to adjust. The king sized bed was comfortable and having a hair dryer, microwave, stove and rice cooker was wonderful. The hosts were amazing and helped us without hesitation (they even did our laundry!). They took our recyclables and compost every day but also respected our privacy when we requested that we did not need cleaning. The place was spotless. The wifi was sometimes challenging but after staying on 3 of the Seychelles islands, it is that way everywhere. It would have been nice to have a shear curtain that could be fastened when the sliding door was open to prevent bugs from coming into the lit unit at night but still allow for air and the sounds of the ocean to come through. Screen doors or windows do not seem to exist anywhere in the Seychelles so this is just a suggestion that may or may not help!
• Cäcilia (10/5): Paradise - We had a great time. Denise and Jaques are so kind and caring, Denise organized snorkeling trips and a rental car for us. She always made sure we had everything we need. We couldn‘t have asked for more. The beach feels very private. Thanks a lot for this wonderful experience! -

• Vincent (10/5): un petit coin de paradis - Le séjour débute par un accueil chaleureux. La villa admiral est l'endroit idéal pour passer des vacances paradisiaques : maison les pieds dans l'eau sur une plage de sable blanc (quasi privative) bordée de cocotiers. La maison est très propre, très confortable et bien équipée, grande chambre climatisée, une terrasse abritée où l'on peut y prendre tous ses repas et se reposer sur les chaises longues avec en prime la superbe vue sur la mer. Des transats installés sur la plage. Le ménage est fait tous les jours et le linge de toilette changé très régulièrement. C'est certain lorsque l'on a séjourné dans la villa Admiral, on a qu'une envie : y revenir !
• Verified traveler (8/5): - L’hôtesse nous a attendu lors de notre arrivée et nous a amené à l aéroport lors de notre départ. Bel endroit avec plage à partager avec les bungalows des autres voisins. La petite villa est joliment décorée et très propre. Ménage tous les jours. Il ne faut pas craindre la lumière qui vient de la maison du voisin lorsque vous dormez car le propriétaire laisse allumer toute la nuit pour la sécurité du lieu et illumine la chambre en même temps.
