• Maria (9/5): - La habitación con baño dentro y cama con edredones individuales es un plus. Muy buena ubicación El olor a tuberias en el baño pero nos dimos cuenta es bastante normal incluso en las calles debido al rio.

La Host in verità non l'ho neanche incontrata di persona ma la gestione per quanto riguarda sia il check-in che il check-out tutta via messaggio con istruzione chiarissime e semplicissime. Appartamento con camera privata e bagno privato, posizione nel cuore di Budapest, pulito e tutto. Rapporto qualità prezzo TOP!

Tenuti 1 ora e 20 ad aspettare perché il check in era alle 14 e noi siamo arrivati alle 13. 4g./3 notti manco svuotati i cestini dei rifiuti, 2 asciugamani vecchi e striminziti ×2 persone per 4g. Divieto di fumo assoluto e quando ho scoperto esistenza di posacenere sul ballatoio all aperto del palazzo, l ho usato, ma il giorno non me l hanno fatto trovare. Assenza assoluta di una piastra in cucina per non potersi cuocere nulla. Solo microonde e tostapane. Frigo spento in camera, solo al 2g ho capito che era chiuso termostato. Dulcis in fondo, mi è arrivato un mes la sera prima della partenza che mi ricordava di lasciare i soldi della tassa soggiorno che per mio errore ho lasciato non in camera, ma negli spazi comuni, spariti e nonostante le mie scuse e la richiesta di invio di un numero di carta o c/c per rimediare, l host che manco si è fatta mai vedere, mi ha fatto una paternale infinita.

La signora Renata gentilissima e disponibile I servizi, tuttavia, sono migliorabili. In particolare, la nostra stanza (Barbi) aveva una pompa trituratrice (tipo Sanitrit) che, ogniqualvolta si accendeva l’acqua calda o si tirava lo scarico, faceva un rumore molto forte.

• Yerassyl (6/5): It is okay for short stay in the center of the city - The location is perfect. Check-in was straightforward, and the price-quality ratio is good. There was a major noise problem from the bathroom. Not just annoying background noise, but screaming, very(!) loud noise when you flush the toilet or use the water in general. If you are sensitive to loud noise, double-check if they put you in such a room.

El apartamento está en pleno centro de Budapest, a pocos minutos del bus del aeropuerto, tranvía, metro y de muchos de los monumentos más importantes, así que moverse por la ciudad es súper fácil. El edificio es antiguo (de esos con encanto), pero está muy bien cuidado y además vigilado con cámaras, lo que te da mucha tranquilidad. Renata es un encanto: antes de llegar te envía todas las indicaciones paso a paso para entrar al edificio y al apartamento, y durante la estancia está pendiente por si necesitas algo. Yo pedí el apartamento Barbie con el baño dentro y me concedieron ese capricho, lo cual agradecí muchísimo. A destacar la limpieza impecable y lo acogedor que es tanto la zona común como el apartamento. La cama comodísima — se duerme de maravilla después de un día recorriendo Budapest. Sin duda volveré a hospedarme aquí cuando regrese a la ciudad. ¡Muchísimas gracias, Renata, por tu cuidado y por hacer que mi estancia en Budapest haya sido tan agradable! 😊

A privát fürdőszoba ugyan nem a szobából nyílik, de ugyanazon a kis folyosón, közvetlenül a szobával szemben található, így egyáltalán nem zavaró, hogy elvileg közösségi téren kell megtenni kb. 2-3 lépést. A légkondival lehetett csak fűteni a szobában és én nem vagyok híve az elektromos fűtésnek.

La ubicación es inmejorable, se puede visitar toda la ciudad a pie, tiene buena comunicación con los transportes públicos y dispone de todos los servicios cerca. La entrada es autónoma y Renata da las indicaciones con bastante claridad, es muy sencillo el acceso. Se encuentra en una zona tranquila. Renata, la anfitriona, responde por whatsapp a todas las consultas que se le haga. El check out es a las 10 de la mañana, quizás es relativamente pronto si se está visitando la ciudad desde temprano. Aunque nos permitió guardarnos el equipaje una hora más El colchón es algo blando, pero se puede descansar perfectamente en él.

Llit molt còmode, armari gran i finestres grans on entrava molta llum. Molt ben ubicat, a prop de metros, tramvies i fins i tot el bus per arribar a l'aeroport. • Erika (8/5): - Stanza e bagno puliti, comodissimo al centro, acqua calda e calda anche la stanza. Letto molto comodo. Chiare le istruzioni per entrare nell'appartamento. Avevo chiesto a booking il bagno privato nei filtri e privato era, ma fuori dalla camera e questo mi disturba perché non posso vestirmi tutte le volte che vado in bagno perché posso incontrare altri ospiti. Altra cosa da sistemare sarebbero le serrature delle camere ( ci sono le serrature delle porte interne di casa) non tanto sicure. E ultimo ma più importante...ero sicura non ci fosse il bidet, ma mettere un doccino non mi sembra sto gran costo.

Rapporto Qualità - prezzo L’assenza di angolo cottura nell’appartamento anche nello spazio in comune, nonostante vi era indicato nei servizi presenti. Quindi un appartamento a metà Nel bagno, non essendo presente una finestra, vi era una specie di aspiratore collegato al water che anziché fare il suo lavoro faceva uscire dei cattivi odori dal wc tanto da doverlo tenere sempre chiuso.

• Xeniya (8/5): Nice, central and clean place - good for a short stay - Perfect location, clean, very clear instructions from the staff and great communication. Very loud and annoying noise that comes from a pump in the bathroom every single time you flash the toilet or open the water. The pillows are extremely uncomfortable - we had a neck pain every morning (and we are young). The mattress is not the best either, but still acceptable compared to the pillows. The sound proofing is not ideal due to the AC unit’s improper installation (there is a little space between the window and the unit which let the noise from the street enter).

Continui rumori durante la notte da parte dei vicini per il fatto che alcuni bagni erano allocati fuori dalla stanze e anche per il fatto che alcuni sbattevano continuamente le porte durante la notte. Era inoltre presente un brutto odore nel seminterrato. Sicuramente rapporto qualità-prezzo pessimo. Inoltre, a cuor dispiaciuto, mi sento di dire che la proprietaria è stata poco gentile nel fatto di non averci fatto neanche tenere i bagagli per mezza giornata in una piccola stanza nell'appartamento.
