• GEK LIAN (1/5): 很差，非常失望的一次入住 - 一点都不满意（是很不满意） 超级烂的酒店，踩雷了，不建议去住…冷气不会冷，没有员工在酒店（有问题完全找不到人来处理）房间很肮脏，很多蟑螂……入住两夜找不到清洁工人来收拾房间（床单灰尘满满） 一个字“烂” 😡 不会再选择这家酒店

Staf yg jarang berada di kaunter..perlu call nombor yg di letakn di kaunter..di sebabkan tiada staff yg standby di kaunter .apabila saya nk check in..perlu menunggu org lain yg ada Card baru masuk..alasan tiada di kaunter adalah busy.

The room is very dirty, with cobwebs and a lot of dust under the bed. It has not been properly cleaned. 2. Bath towels were not provided due to an insufficient quantity. 3. The TV is not working and cannot be turned on. 4. No drinking water or water filter is provided. 5. The dusty room causes itchiness on the body.

• Sim (3/5): Poor - When my staff arrived, they say no more room for the room that I book early. Then give another type of room which quite dirty. The deposit money also didn't return. I not happy with booking.com which selected this type of property, once we booked, that mean the room should available, but not for this Oyo property. How can I trust Booking.com next time????? Secondly, the Oyo problem on no room available. That is not my problem, you should inform us early because the booking already paid and if you change the room due to No Availability, you should responsible for its and give us a free and clean room. For everyone, don't stay at this Oyo..Highly NOT RECOMMENDED. For Booking.com, will not book through your service anymore. Not honest and can't trust
