- Tomasz (1/5): Smoking hotel, worn out beds - Location at the coast Restaurant despite the national ban allows people to smoke indoors, it was so thick of smoke our cloths were smelly week after.

- Şakak (10/5): Muhteşem manzara, personel ve harika temizlik - Deniz manzaralı odada kaldım sabah martı ve dalga sesleri ile uyandım. Muhteşem bir gün doğumu manzarası vardı. Oda çok temiz ve personel güler yüzlüydü. Karşılamada Murat , restoranda Sıla çok güzel ilgilendi. Ordu / Giresun seyahatlerimde ilk bakacağım adres olacak. Giriş yolunu kaçırırsanız çok dolaşıyorsunuz.

The location is perfect — close to the seaside and easy to reach the city center. My room was spotless, quiet, and had a beautiful view. Everything was well-organized, and I truly felt welcomed throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Giresun! 🌿✨

Der Frühstücksraum hat eine tolle Aussicht Es gab keine Verbindungstür zwischen den Zimmern, obwohl vorher angefragt und das zimmer 2311 hatte feucht und schimmlig gerochen, für den Preis hätte ich weitaus mehr erwartet, außerdem ist der Pool nur bis 18 Uhr geöffnet.

- Ahmad (5/5): I have visited this hotel three times , the last time was disappointing , - The sea view was perfect , breakfast was good Booked two rooms for two adults for two days, however the amenities and all other consumables were for one person in each room , there was no hair shampoo , it was empty , AC was set on a fixed temp. I was unable to change it .

Otel denize sıfır denize erişim yok. Otoparka aracınızı bırakıp çıkamıyorsunuz ya nişan var sağa sola çekin deniyor ya da tur otobüsü gelecek vs vs. Nişan düğün olunca tabi sessiz sakin bi şekilde dinlenme imkanı da bulamıyorsunuz. Kahvaltı fena değil. Personel görece ilgili. Ama asla tekrar tercih etmem.
- Anna Dill (8/5): Beautiful but very loud - A beautiful location with endless views over the Black Sea. The service was excellent and my room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that I was charged full price when I booked over hotels.com and given no warning that the hotel was hosting a large and very loud high school graduation party right below my windows next to the hotel’s pool. I was unable to sleep or do much of anything other than listen to the thumping music and loud screaming of the excited teenagers until the event ended at 11:30 pm.
- Nisan (10/5): Herşey Düşünülmüş Sadece Manzaranın Keyfini Çıkarı - Güler yüz ile karşılaştım her zamanki sevdigim odanın dışında farkli bir oda önerdiler fakat en guzel odayi verdiler manzarasi şahane idi odam aşırı büyük ve konforluydu yataklari konforluydu hatta bir ara markasına bakip evede mi boyle yatak alsam diye düşündüm.Guzel ve sessiz ortamdı denize yakın olmasina ragmen pencereleri ve perdeyi kapatinca dalga sesleri odanin icinde yoktu.Dalga sesi gece uyurken bir sure sonra rahatsiz edici olabiliyor ama kesinlikle ses yalıtımı iyi yapılmış misler gibi uyudum.Hava yagmurlu olduğu icin havuza giremedim bir dahaki seferimde havuzunu denemek istiyorum.Kahvaltisi cesit bakımından guzel hem göze hem mideye hitap ediyor Çoğunlukla diger oteller ile kiyaslaninca farkli bir kac lezzet bulaniliyorsunuz patates kekine bayildim mutfak calisanlarina,servis ve karşılamadaki resepsiyonda bulunan tüm personellere teşekkürler.

- Nadia (8/5): Nice stay in a beautiful location, with an amazing view - The view was amazing, very good breakfast spread, the helpful staff are a great plus, very helpful in arranging daily outings The rooms are small

- Ahmad (5/5): everything was good except for the club noise - the view is amazing and exceptional there was alot of noise that come from the club at the ground floor besides the hotel , the music very loud up to 1 oclock

- Jeremy (4/5): Probably never coming back - The location is nice with a great view over the Giresun island. They parked our car for us in a gated parking lot, so that was nice. The staff was helpful enough and apologetic when we encountered some issues. The first room they put us in smelled like cigarettes even though the sign says smoke free floor... The second room smelled less like cigarettes but had a worst view, and the pub in front of the pool and our windows was blasting disco music past 1:00 am it was horrible and we couldn't sleep. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the pillows were hard with no soft pillow option. the breakfast was bellow our expectation at least for the price. They could probably invest some in upgrades for bathrooms and such as it had some Moldy spots and the AC unit was leaking into the bedroom at night. For a la Quinta we were expecting a little better.

- George (6/5): Pleasant - Environment, Independence of staff, Breakfast... It would be great if staff knew English or Russian language. It was unpleasant that the swimming pool was working till 6.00 PM..
- Ola (6/5): Wedding hotel, loud. - Party hotel. If you enjoy listening to others partying all night long, this is it, a wedding hotel. The pool closes at 18:00, and then the staff tells you to leave, because the wedding guests have booked the area. A real disappointment. Nice guy in reception that speaks English fluently, trying to help the best he can.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Overall, a really great hotel and the location is beautiful. The staff were really friendly, however the room wasn't ready when we arrived an hour after check-in. That would have been fine with us if we were told, but we were sent to our room and a lot of the basic amenities were not ready (water, coffee, hand towels, bath mat, bath towels, toilet paper). The water, coffee, and hand towels were brought to the room within 15 minutes of us getting into the room before we even noticed their absence. We had to call for bath towels twice, the second time after waiting more than 20 minutes in a wet swimsuit because we didn't notice the lack of towels until too late (my husband had to dry off after his shower with a hand towel). Similarly, less than half a roll of toilet paper was in the bathroom and had to call twice for toilet paper. We would have been happy to wait 15 more minutes for the room to be completely ready instead of rushing us in.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Saygısız ve Yılışık Teknik Personel - Otelde konaklama ücretim dışında ücret alındı. Odada bulunan tv de kanallar yoktu ve ayarlama için gelen teknik personel çok laubaliydi. "Siz bunu kurcalamışsınız, çok uğraşmışsınız yoksa böyle olmazdı" tarzında gereksiz laflar edip durdu. Defalarca bu otelde konaklamıştım ancak sanırım bu sonuncusu olacak.
