Breakfast was great, you could choose from buffey and a la carte - that was exellent We had some criminal/burglary on our balcony on the 4th floor in the middle of the night in this hotel, he was trying to break in. It was an awful experience and we were rather scared. We changed rooms in the middle of the night and then the day after we asked for refund for this night and the answear was NO! We got 500 PLN to use in the restaurant and we felt that the hotel was trying to silence us with that. Two days later we were in the elevator on our way to check out then we met this man again in the elevator, he was just wandering around the hotel not as a guest. We were really scared and this hole thing ruined our couples trip. We are never staying at this hotel again.

Szpara między drzwiami a ościeżnicą na tyle duża, że intymność nieco zakłócona. 3. Brak jakiejkolwiek szafki, na którą można odłożyć ubranie.

Baseinas ir SPA zona nepilnamečiams leidžiama naudotis iki 19 val, kas nėra labai patogu apsistojant su vaikais, tačiau negaliu dėl to reikšti nepasitenkinimo, nes ši informaciją aiškiai pateikta. Dušo galvutė labai nudėvėta 111 kambaryje, tikrai nemaloniai kontrastuoja su viskuo kitu kas buvo puikios būklės.

I reported AC not cooling properly (only to 20°C, room uncomfortable). The maintenance issue itself wasn't the problem - the staff response was: - Kasia (Front Desk): Offered fan only, dismissive attitude, no empathy or problem-solving - Patrycja (Manager): Challenged my complaint rather than helping, equally dismissive - Aneta (GM): Called her during stay, she said "in a meeting" and promised callback - never called. Texted next day for follow-up. Her response? She's "enjoying her free weekend," called my text a "pressure tactic," refused further discussion. A General Manager who won't engage with legitimate guest concerns is unacceptable. Problems happen - refusing to address them doesn't. I've stayed at dozens of Marriott properties worldwide. This was the worst customer service I've experienced in the portfolio. If something goes wrong here, don't expect management to care.

Frühstücksraum zu klein resp. Sitzgelegenheiten nicht zum Essen geeignet, schlechte Organisation durch das Personal bei Tischzuteilung. Personal war freundlich und bemüht, allerdings mussten wir mehrmals darauf hinweisen, dass Handtücher nicht in ausreichender Zahl im Zimmer vorhanden waren. Auch die Aufbettung berücksichtigte zunächst eine Person zu wenig. Kaum Schränke im Zimmer, trotz großzügiger Räumlichkeiten.

- Gabriele Sylvia (9/5): Schöner Aufenthalt, um die Stadt zu erkunden - Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, ca. 500 m vom Zentrum entfernt. Ein Parkhaus befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Im Hotel wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen, hatten ein großes Zimmer mit Balkon und alles war sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich und lecker. Im Hotel gab es eine Sauna und ein Schwimmbad, dort war es jedoch sehr voll, und es gab nicht ausreichend Liegen.

Śniadania były by naprawdę super ale mam zastrzeżenia do świeżości wędlin i braku jakiś gotowych przygotowanych sałatek z którymi spotykam się w innych obiektach. Ale poza tym naprawdę zróżnicowane i ciekawe menu. Bardzo profesjonalna i sympatyczna obsługa z bardzo miłą i pomocną Panią menadżer. Tak jak wspomniałem brak świeżości wędlin a co do sałatek może to nasze subiektywne odczucie.

Indeed, after so many years of coming back to this sumptuous establishment, I am welcomed almost like a member of the family. All the staff show their joy in welcoming me. I will not comment further on the beauty of the establishment, tge magnificent décor, or the comfort of the rooms, as there are already many reviews covering these aspects. I would simply like to take this opportunity to thank several members of the team for their professionalism. At the reception, it is always a pleasure to be welcomed by Marlena, who is extremely smiling and truly embodies the spirit of hospitality. Patrycja was the very first person I spoke by phone to more than six years ago. She was so professional on the phone that I already knew that when I would come for the first time, the service would live up to my expectations. Patrycja is deeply dedicated to her work and exceptionally kind. The Fuego restaurant offers a very varied menu, but above all, Chef Kristofer has an incredible talent. Not only are the dishes he prepares delicious, but when they arrive on the table the plates are true works of art, always finished with a touch of small flowers. Just looking at the plate already stimulates your appetite. I would also like to thank Joanna, the restaurant supervisor, for her excellent service. She is truly very professional, takes her work seriously, and she is always very kind and friendly Teresa and Magda are also very professional waiters and always smiling. A big thank you to the housekeeping staff who do an impeccable job. The rooms, as well as the entire hotel, are extremely clean. I would also like to thank a young man from the housekeeping team whose name I unfortunately forgot for helping me with my many baggage and of course, a very big thank you to Daniel and Karole for their precious help. There is one person I would especially like to highlight: the masseur therapist Milosz. For many years , I do not want to get a massage because I have never found a masseur who listens to me the way I want For me, a massage should be a moment of relaxation and calm. Unfortunately, I have had many bad experiences where the therapist applies far too much pressure, which creates stress instead of relaxation. Here, however, we are dealing with a true professional masseur therapist Milosz has an incomparable massage technique unlike anyone else I have encountered, and yet I have tried massage therapists all over the world. His technique is highly professional; every movement of his hands is precise and he works on very precise points to help you relax. He is a true gem in the spa. For me, he is the best massage therapist I have ever met in the world. At every session, I literally fall asleep; he even has to wake me up . Milosz is a pearl for the Spa hotel and I highly recommend booking a massage with him. Finally, I will never thank enough the General Manager, Mrs Aneta Jeton who leads this establishment with outstanding professionalism, kindness, and sensitivity. All her teams are trained to the highest standards of hospitality. She is a remarkable woman with an unparalleled human touch. I very much look forward to returning again very soon.

- Martin (5/5): 5 Sterne die langsam verblassen - Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Schnell in der Altstadt und zu allen Hotspots. Günstiges Parkhaus und sehr gutes georgisches Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe. Frühstücksbuffet mit guter Auswahl. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel sind folgende Dinge nicht hinnehmbar 1. Im Comfortzimmer müssen die Kinder auf einem Ausklappsofa schlafen was 120x200cm misst. Die Matratze darauf ist ca. 3-4cm dünn, so das man sogar bei leichtestem Gewicht alles was sich darunter befindet spürt. Meine Kinder hatten das erste Mal in in Ihrem Leben Rückenschmerzen nach dem dem Schlafen. Zudem quitscht und rumpelt es bei jeder Bewegung der Kinder so das man nachts sehe unruhig schläft. 2. Bei Ankunft waren nur in einem der drei gebuchten Zimmer Bademäntel für den Poolbesuch auf den Zimmern vorhanden. Bis zum nächsten Tag haben wir nach mehrmaligen Fragen warten müssen bis wir welche erhalten haben. 3. Beim Frühstück ist uns aufgefallen das am zweiten und dritten Tag ( Wochenende ), dort wo nur Familien im Hotel waren, die Bestellkarten für die Extrabestellungen wie Omelett etc. Nicht mehr auf den Tisch standen wie am Vortag. So das wir jeden Morgen extra danach fragen mussten und auf die Frage hin warum am zweiten Tag sie wieder nicht auf dem Tisch stehen würden bekam man vom Serviceleiter nur zu hören " Ob man sich das den nicht merken konnte was es an extras zu bestellen gab " Absolutes no go. Nicht einen Tag wurden wir von Ihm begrüßt oder es wurde ebenfalls nicht einmal nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei. Nach längerem beobachten des Serviceleiters wurde mir schnell bewusst das Gäste mit Kindern sogar ignoriert wurden. 4. Im Poolbereich wiederrum ist uns aufgefallen das erst ab Punkt 19Uhr, als nur noch die ü18 Besucher den Pool und Sauna Bereich nutzen durften, erst dann die Sauna aufgedreht wurde so das sie mal heiß war und erst zu dem Zeitpunkt Handtücher ausgelegt wurden. Vorher haben wir uns kleine aus dem Fitnessbereich genommen weil wir die aus dem Zimmer nicht für den Poolbereich nutzen wollten. Alles in allem haben wir das Gefühl das manche Mitarbeiter und evtl.

The design of the bathroom basins is exquisitely stupid - space lost to a slope - can anybody come up with a reason? Shortage of surfaces to put things, in both bathroom and bedroom, when there is no shortage of floorspace, is most frustrating. Otherwise the room was fine. No way to contact the hotel directly on email (a common Marriott fault, but the Warsaw Sheraton manages it) Restaurant service and food good, for both breakfast and lunch.

- Joanna (7/5): Fajnie, że obiekt oferuje basen, jednak po nocy spędzonej w hotelu (głównie nieprzespanej przez wspomniane niedogodności - Lokalizacja i wstęp na basen nawet z małymi dziećmi Bardzo niewygodne poduszki i materac, nawiew klimatyzacji stukający i strzelający, że aż straszył w nocy. Tak informacji od recepcji, że konieczna jest rezerwacja, by usiąść do kolacji przy normalnym stole. Czystość kafelków na basenie też pozostawiała wiele do życzenia.
