- Daniel (6/5): - The gym and pool were nice. The grill and seating area were also nice. Ariah at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a plus. The elevators need attention as they do not operate properly and could potentially be a guge hazardin an emergencysituation. We used the stairs. There was German cock roaches in our first room. They moved us to another room, which smelled like arm pits that hadn't ever met deodorant. There was mold all around the shower on the rotten baseboard from a very poor design of the shower glass. The bathroom sink leaked onto the floor. When I went to the front desk with my kids to extend our stay for one night due to the wedding we were attending, ending so late, the they/them guy at the front desk was very stand offish and rude and rolled his/her eyes at my son. The next day, when I was in the gym, he came in and pretended to go to a closet for something and made me feel very uncomfortable with his stares. Everyone else acted in a professional manner as expected in a hospitality environment.

- suzettem452 (4/5): Too many issues with room rates that are too high for the experience - Very disappointed in our experience at this hotel. We had a studio suite and the first night we had to flush a roach down the toilet. Quiet time is supposed to be 10p to 6a but we were kept awake by loud noise from people partying outside just below our room not to mention the loud people in rooms next to and above our room for the 2 nights we spent. Then there was the fact that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom so the showers trapped steam in the room. No wonder the baseboard in the bathroom was rotting off the wall. There was an open vent in the bathroom and in the kitchenette area that we could hear conversation from other guests rooms. On a good note, the complimentary breakfast was good with several choices and all staff we interacted with was kind. It amazed me that when we voiced our displeasure with the concerns I wrote here that there was NO offer to give our room rate a discount of any kind. We spent alot of money that was not at all reflective of what a guest can expect. Use the outlandish nightly rates and fix all these problems!

- WeekendTreker (8/5): Convenient Location - I had a great stay at this hotel the hotel is conveniently located off the interstate with close access to restaurants and Publix. Check-in and check out were quick and easy. The room was clean and the fitness center was decent. The breakfast was decent.

The only problems were the shower “door” didn’t hold all th water in the shower so there was a pretty good leak every time we took a shower and the shower floor was lined with mold which was kinda gross.
- cherylmT8651ZR (2/5): Horrible experience. Stay somewhere else - Worst hotel experience. Got to our room after flying into Atlanta from seattle and driving to Cleveland TN. Unpacked our bags and then turned the air conditioning down or so we thought. The air conditioning was not working at all. Called the desk and she would come up and check it. Waited and waited. Nothing. Walked down and she was just standing doing nothing. She came up to the room and the first words out of her mouth were “wow it’s hot in here”. No air , fan not functioning nothing. Our option stay in that room or pack up everything and move. I asked if they could comp anything for this horrible inconvenience and was told she is the ONLY person working and could DO NOTHING and could not say if management would do anything. This is not a new hotel. This is an older hotel that has been refurbished. Stay somewhere else.

I have stayed at this hotel before and have not been charged extra for having my dog with me. My dog is either with me or in a crate at all times. I was confused by the uncaring service desk attendant when we expressed our concern over the TV not working. She did not care.

The opening is such that water sprays an enormous amount onto the floor, and it shows, as the baseboard is seriously deteriorating. It's not my job to clean up a large pile of water. The situation took away from what would have been a real pleasant stay.

- Tara (8/5): Overall Good Experience - Staff at front desk was extremely sweet. We had come in a day earlier than expected so we went in to see if we could get our room. It was available but for $219 for the extra night. We went and stayed at another hotel for $135. Then came back the next night to check in. Everyone was very friendly. We stayed in a suite (didn’t realize I booked that) and it was very roomy but the sofa pullout bed was very small. Just glad we had a little one with us and not another adult… the bed was harder than we like but it was comfortable. The room appeared to be clean with all the necessities you would need to stay. The closet in the bedroom was nice and convenient. Shower was hot but I felt like I needed to fill out an application to turn it on… lol! It had three different things to turn in order to run the shower. However, breakfast was not much or maybe I just got there late. The milks for drinking and for cereals were in a gallon jug which was a no go for me.. even the chocolate milk… should have been individual servings. Not everyone touching and pouring from the same jug. There was nothing really for a grab and go! No fruit, cereal bars or pastries that I saw! Not even bread to make toast. Only bagels and English muffins among other things that were less than desirable. They did have a waffle maker but only one and there was a line.They were extremely busy so I understood. Elevator made a noise like someone was holding down a button the entire time but at least they had two working!

- Kristina (10/5): My stay was clean, comfortable and well accommodated - I didn’t like that the shower enclosure wasn’t long enough to keep water from getting all over the floor. I didn’t want to cause damage to the floor or walls and had to put several towels down to protect them
- Tamara (10/5): Exceptional - The property was very nice! Clean, comfortable and welcoming. Nothing, everything was good!

- Tammi (4/5): Not as expected - The water pressure in the shower was great, but it left the entire bathroom floor soaking wet. Shower needs a door or curtain.
- Jerome (9/5): Superb - Room was very nice Lights too bright on the outside. Very noisy in the morning. Did not appreciate having a room where pets were allowed.
- Gary (10/5): Large modern room with plenty of amenities - The rooms are modern comfortable, well lit and have all the amenities required for a comfortable stay.

- 362keithq (10/5): Stay - Misty at the front desk is the best. She was very helpful with all of my needs and wants. Misty was never too busy to stop and chat when passing by the desk. House keeping kept my room very clean and provided extra dish soap and towels upon request.

- Katie (10/5): - We were able to check in early for a family wedding. We had three rooms in this hotel. The staff was incredible! Also, the rooms were very accommodating as well. It was not cheap, however, there was a special event going on in this small city on the date, we arrived. I could not ask for more from the hotel staff or the hotel itself. Very very pleased, indeed!

The room was super clean and comfortable, coupled with being pet friendly, this hotel was the right choice for us….top notch to say the least!!
