- Belinda (2/5): one of worst we've had will never use a Moxy again - Staff was very rude, we did not get the room we had booked through booking.com, and they made faces at us as we were leaving the check in desk, they did give us a room that was off line for maintenence but the bathroom was pretty gross. I'm glad we got a room but the rooms overall feel like a hostel, no desk, folding stools and folding table no chairs, no closet, no dresser, no mini fridge, hooks too close to floor so clothes drag on floor, no waters, no instructions for tv, no where to put luggage except the little folding stools. Bar was nice. Beds comfortable, shower was gross, water pressure didn't work with cold water so had scalding hot water and couldn't stand in shower under it too hot. Would not stay at another Moxy, seems like it is trying to be "hip" more than trying to provide a good hospitality experience. Not Getting room we booked, dirty gross shower, snarky rude staff (I have never in 60 years had a bad hotel staff experience, issues occaisionally with a room or something but not staff being rude and making faces.) water that had no cold in shower so too hot, no where to put clothes.
- Matt (8/5): - Cool bar and good places to work early in the morning. Free coffee was extremely strong and did the job! The rooms were tiny and bare minimums for amenities unless you asked. Not cheap for such a small room. Overall stay was good especially location.
- naris (10/5): 20th year anniversary !!!! -

- T4535LUdavidr (10/5): Staff are Amazing - Every time I go to the Moxy the staff take care of me like I am family. Jenna and Cher are the best, they truly understand what it means to give good hospitality. This hotel also does not have a destination/resort fee which I love.
- Francisco (7/5): -
- Roman (10/5): -
- Garcia (10/5): Excellent - This is the best hotel to stay in Cherry Creek. Walking distance to every shop and restaurant N/A
- adriana (10/5): - Moderno
Buena ubicación
staff amable
Café y agua fresca disponible en el lobby
- adriana (8/5): Es la tercera oportunidad que paramos aquí antes de ir a esquiar y cumple muy bien con todo lo que se ve en booking - La ubicación
Hotel moderno atendido x gente joven
Lobby muy integrado con la barra y desayunador, espacios cómodos compensan las habitaciones un tanto pequeñas
- Shannon (10/5): Remember this is a lower cost option and it’s great! - I think the trendy marketing and four stars make the Moxy seem more luxe than it really is, but they’re a great alternative to white bread chains at a fantastic price. Maybe they’re trying too hard to be on trend, but this price for a hotel in the walkable heart of Cherry Creek is fantastic. Whole Foods is right next door, they give you a free drink at check in, fridges are available if you ask (mine was delivered immediately), free morning coffee is well stocked and actually decent. All staff I interacted with were extremely nice and helpful. My room was clean and the shower had great heat and pressure. It was great for my 15 hour stay…. Although my room was spotless, the hallway really needed a vacuum. Not a big deal, but would wish for a few yoga mats in the gym or stash closet.
- Pamela (10/5): Convenient and Efficient - The location was perfect within easy walking distance to the Cherry Creek Art Festival. The bed was comfortable and the room exceptionally clean and well appointed. The elevator security feature is a plus. I would have like better bathroom lighting and perhaps a magnifying mirror. Compared to my last visit coffee was limited in availability (I would love the ability to make coffee in my room). Also compared to my previous visit snack options were limited. Whilst there was a toaster an microwave available there were no snack options that would have required these. I prefer a light breakfast, toast, yoghurt, fruit. On my last visit I could purchase these as snack options
- Rhonda (10/5): Beautiful place loved the location - Location N/A
- Michael (9/5): -
- Stacey (8/5): - Location and lobby were great Room was very small
- Tomas (10/5): Descanso - Todo Ninguna queja

- Benjamin (8/5): Great vibe and overall experience! If you’re young and looking for a classy experience and don’t mind hustle and bustle, - Loved the property, aesthetic, and overall experience! The only issue was the trash truck coming at 6am. It was so loud it would wake us up every morning.
I understand that’s kind of out of the hotels control, but was not the best noise to wake up to.
- Laufer (8/5): -
- Christine (9/5): We had fun and would recommend Moxy Cherry Creek to others - Great staff, very nice! Location was perfect. Main shared areas are entertaining as well as relaxing. Lots of places to socialize, work, or relax with a drink. One bed had a coverlet and blanket, the other bed had a comforter. There was lipstick stain on the comforter cover.
- Maureen (7/5): - Staff! The pillows were uncomfortable, no safe box at the room. Coffee only in the mornings.
- me (9/5): -
- Sandia (10/5): My go to wothout question! - This is third or fourth time staying here, so guess it is a good fit.
Relaxed and convenient with fun bar and clean comfortable beds.
- Evelyn (10/5): great and beautiful - it was really nice! the staff were really nice too and we had a cute little view around us
- Mark (10/5): -
- Lisa Amato (8/5): -
- john (7/5): Go for the location and vibe, not the room. - The staff and facilities downstairs are great. The bar and eating areas are open and have a good vibe. It's a great plce to work if you need to pop open the laptop. One can push this minimalist / Spartan thing too much. And Moxy does that. The room is somewhere between dorm room and what I envision low security jail. I had a wonderful view - of a wall. Valet parking expense is bonkers.
- PEDRO (9/5): Nice, clean, friendly, minimalist Hotel - Nice Art Deco decorations, the location Everything was great
- 423badir (10/5): Staff Made the Difference in a Lovely Location - Wonderful experience. Lovely and hip with very charming staff. There was need to inform the hotel of a late check-in and Jenna was polite and friendly - her smile could be heard over the phone.
Upon arrival, and due to a booking conflict with a third party site, we were greeted to a queen room. Before unpacking and after having a delightful complimentary drink, I spoke to Kevin who understood our situation and happily moved us to a room with two double beds which was far more accommodating. It was in issue on our end, but Kevin made sure that we were moved quickly and with just a lovely gift of full hospitality and understanding.
The staff took genuine interest in my goings on ( Halloween 2025 ) and were kind enough to inquire about our night out, our visit to Denver, and did not laugh as I came crawling into the lobby at 4am.*
A really nice and welcoming staff, a hip/industrial/artsy place, and a really perfect location. Thank you to everyone who had taken part in our experience - from valet to check in to each welcoming morning. Thanks again to Kevin, Jenna, and Victor. I’m happy to have met them, and appreciate the kind of open and welcoming sense I got from everyone working with them.
*that last bit was untrue, but expressed for fun.
- marlena (5/5): Basic space, good location, very poor service. - The room was clean, check in was fast and easy There was no staff available. Another guest and I were stuck on the 8th floor for over 20 minutes while the elevator seemed to be out of service. We called the front desk more than seven times and were unable to get assistance. I then took the stairs and got locked in the stairwell. When I finally made it out, I went to the front desk to tell them there was an issue with the elevator, and the only person there was an angry bartender who said, "I don't even have anything to do with the front desk," and turned his back on me and walked away. I was in heels and a gown, and it was too late for the event I was heading to, to bother following up. Additionally, the room was very poorly lit and had no mini fridge to keep water.
- Julia (10/5): -
- Maura (8/5): - Location and very friendly and helpful staff. Needs much better lighting in bathroom.
- Richard (10/5): - The staff is incredible at the Moxy Cherry Creek. They knew I had a difficult journey to Denver (without me even saying much) and upgraded my room for free. I have stayed several times (at this one and others) but that small act of kindness has made me a customer for life.
- Jacqueline (10/5): - Clean Room
Welcoming staff
- Ric (10/5): - Great staff
- rebecca (6/5): Great Location & Concept Not a Great Experience - Great location in Cherry Creek the rooms were minimalist but not comfortable. When the bathroom light was on, it was bright in the entire room through the window,. The staff was not accommodating and was very busy helping their restaurant guests.
- Neil (10/5): - This was a nice property and close to great restaurants and shopping. The only option for the hotel is valet, and it’s extremely expensive. The self parking right next-door to the property is very inexpensive and convenient. For a weekend night I paid $13 for 24 hours. Versus $54 for valet.
- Jan (6/5): - Mattress was very hard. Very uncomfortable
- Dion (10/5): - Friendly staff. Mall is conveniently cross the street.
- Alexander (10/5): - Great neighborhood, with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby
- Debra (9/5): - Staff was great! Room was small but fit our needs! Wish lobby had fire place - just adds such a nice feeling and warmth!
- Jonathan (10/5): - Great view!
- Megan (6/5): - Pretty clean, and friendly staff couldn’t make up for the tiny room - with a window that looked into another hotels guest room and an alley where the garbage gets dumped from the food and beverage outlets late night, and super early .. think echoing trash cans full of glass getting dumped… not for me! Thought I was in downtown San Fran …no Cherry Creek!
- John (10/5): - Perfect without being overly fancy and expensive!
- Clifford (7/5): -
- Ian (10/5): - Easy, great staff, well-located, solid gym, etc. Rooms are a bit small, that is the format— so no surprise.
- john (10/5): - Nice place
- Alejandro (10/5): Unique Botique Hotel - The Moxy Hotel rooms are nicely sized. The little knobs where to hang clothes and the self-serve locker for amenities on the second floor are quite unique. The only thing missing from the room is a safe and body lotion from the locker. The bathroom could also use a little more light.
- William (2/5): Terrible facilities, but nice staff. Looked like a college dormitory. - Staff was very nice The facilities were beyond bad. No carpet on the floors in the rooms at all. One picture on the entire walls that was about 12 inches tall. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were horrible. The bathroom was a joke. The shower had no separation from the rest of the bathroom and water got everywhere from the shower. It was like staying in a college dormitory. I have stayed in nicer motels. I felt for the price. This was a huge rip off.
- Anna (10/5): - Great place to stay. It was centrally located to things we were doing
- Reviewerareviewer (4/5): Not up to Marriott standards - Marriott, this one really disappoints! Hallways are dark and not well maintained. No closets, pathetic excuse for a shared ironing room. We were trying to iron clothes for a wedding and there is one miniature ironing board for the whole hotel in a dimly lit space with an outlet above the board that comes unplugged constantly, no way to add water to the iron. No place to sit comfortably in the room. Would definitely not stay here again. Nice walkable location.
- Emre (8/5): - Great location and friendly staff; but the room had nothing I can put my food or beverage on. Very limited.
- Ann (9/5): We’re looking forward to staying there agsin in a few weeks!!! - Great location. Friendly staff. Good food options. Laid back. Wish we had known that we could have had a small refrigerator in our room…
- Monika (9/5): -
- O3052PKlukes (4/5): Better Options in the Area - I’ve stayed here a few times and all times they have had some sort of issue with the building that they do not give you a heads up on or ever some sort of communication after the fact. My most current stay the HVAC is being worked on and you are unable to adjust climate control. The previous two times the electricity went out due to light snow fall. There are other great Marriott properties in the Denver area I would recommend over the Moxy
- Allana (10/5): -
- Leanne (10/5): -
- Mzuck123 (10/5): Love the Moxy - Great hotel and a perfect location. Near shopping and dining. Loved the coffee bar. Fun lobby with games. Always busy Great spot to work from also.
- Matt (8/5): - Overall a good stay. Valet was no-where to be found. Front staff was not much help in locating valet. Otherwise front staff were good. Checking-in at the bar is odd but worked ok.
- Gelfand (2/5): beyond unimpressed by this overpriced faux boutique hotel. never again. - no breakfast. location was great. room was tiny, cleaning was poor, amenities were weak. how you can charge $200/night and only provide an all-in-one body and hair wash is ridiculous. i think the moxy strives for clever and cute at the expense of thoughtful and smart. why put the switch for a bedside light on a wall that forces you to get out of bed to turn it off? the staff were also not great, the front desk staff in particular. got terrible information about parking, which was incorrect. the power went off and took 30 minutes to restore. the cleaning was cursory and perfunctory. the counter wasn't wiped, the towels weren't changed. really really unimpressed.
- Tricia (6/5): - Great area! Rooms were ok - there is a window through the shower so when you are in the bathroom - the light shines through
- Breanna (10/5): - :)
- Rick (10/5): - All great
- Steve (10/5): - Great
- Antonios (10/5): - What it should be!
- Gina (4/5): Great location. Horrible staff all around, except the housekeepers. No on-site parking and the hotel hasn’t worked out p - Great location. No onsite parking so you’ll need to pay if you have a car. There’s a parking garage across the street, that charges a daily fee. There’s bartenders were all really rude and unfortunately they’re also the ones that check you in. There’s no room service, so they were very rude when you called down to arrange any orders. Kitchen closed very early. Even on weekends. No room service meant you had to go downstairs and wait at the bar in your food. Sometimes sitting there in your pajamas with a bunch of people dressed for an evening out, for 30 minutes while a bartender finally grabs your room service.
- Amanda (10/5): -
- Kyle (8/5): - The ease of acessing the gathering space, gym , and ironing facility was impressive!
- Kathleen A (6/5): - No comment
- DJD562 (2/5): Extremely Disappointed - Pluses: Decent room, great area. Negatives: was charged twice for two night room. Had already been charged the full room rate before arrival, but staff on arrival asked for credit card for full rate (not just “incidentals”). Told them I had already been billed the full 2-night rate, and showed the receipt for payment. Said, “no problem, I’ll take care of it; you’ll only see a charge for incidentals.” Next morning got another charge for the full 2-night rate plus incidentals ($600 X 2). Called reception to report additional billing. Said they would reverse the charges. Fine. Read all the notes in the room and left for the day, dropping our towels on the floor for new ones. Came back in the evening; room exactly as we had left it - undone. Called front desk letting them know room was not done. They told us, “ oh, we only make up rooms every other day”. NOTHING in our room, downstairs at reception, or online, stated that rooms would be nade @every other day”. Okay, there may have been “fine print” somewhere, but, give me a break… it should be OBVIOUS!!! Extremely disappointed for a boutique hotel.
- Susan (6/5): - I didn’t like that they charged a whooping $54 dollars a night for “valet” parking. While we could have voluntarily parked across the street in a public parking building, most travelers have a car packed with belongings making us having to pick valet. The overall cost of the “nightly stay” was basically 33% more due parking. On the positive side, Moxy is close foe walking to lots of restaurants.
- Randy (10/5): - Modern, simple, comfortable, great coffee.
- Jamil (10/5): Great stay! - Location and staff were great! Nothing.
- Stephen (6/5): - Everything about the hotel - especially the staff and the food were great. I enjoyed the gym and the patio. Top notch. However I cannot recommend staying there. My room was on the north side and every morning I got woken up at 6:00 a.m. by the crashing of machinery and recycling in the alley below. I had a 4 night stay, Thurs-Mon. At first I assumed it was just a Friday thing, but I was woken up at 6 each morning, Fri, Sat ,Sun and Mon. I know the hotel cannot do anything about the noise. However, the hotel absolutely should let guests know that the noise will be a factor and offer the opportunity to book a different room.
- Virginia (10/5): - Loved this hotel and the staff. Our room was comfortable and nicely appointed, loved the many hooks all along the wall (who needs a closet?). Great bathroom / spacious shower with excellent water pressure.
The bar / lobby area and outside sitting areas were comfortable and has a great vibe. Would definitely stay here again!
- Samantha (8/5): - You do have to pay a premium for parking, but the staff is very nice. Rooms are a bit small but cute
- Natalie (8/5): -
- Lynn (6/5): - The location was nice for doing some evening walking with restaurants nearby The hotel doesn't really have a "front desk" or staff. Was disappointed they didn't have some sort of map of the area with restaurants, etc, maybe that is an older person thing but most places we stay still have something. They said something about "amenities" being on the 2nd floor (ie if you needed more towels etc that is where they would be since there is no front desk?) but we didn't go check that out. The room we had was over some sort of delivery alley and the trucks started arriving very early in the morning with the reverse beeping sound and woke us up - it was more than one. I thought it was kind of expensive for what we got.
- Vrushali (7/5): Good -
- Dimitrivaz (6/5): Typical Moxy - It is a typical Moxy, which makes it a great value. I like the atmosphere, but the rooms are small and there are no amenities in the room (fridge, coffee maker or place to unpack). The lobby was quite small, but there was reasonable outdoor seating. The staff was amazingly friendly! Great location.
- Abigail (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robert (7/5): Good location, decent hotel but certainly not as good as some of the near neighbours - Good location in a great part of Denver, morning coffee was good. They also gave us a complimentary late check out which was really appreciated. Bar was decent. Shower and toiletries really good. They tried to charge my card 6 times and ended up getting my card blocked which caused me 3 days without a credit card while travelling, promised to comp me a load of bonvoy points for my troubles and gave me enough for a cup of coffee. My room looked out on a social area so there were people drinking 6 ft from bedroom window and they could look straight into the room so not much privacy unless i closed the blinds. No opening window so a bit airless.
Arrived with 3 large bags and no help whatsoever from staff as I struggled arriving and leaving. There was no ramp from the roadside to assist.
- Andrea (6/5): - The location of this property is the best part...it is in a fabulous location. The staff was friendly and he rooms were clean. However, they were small. Very small...and we had to go to the 2nd floor to find more toilet paper during the 3 day stay. The bathroom door does not lock, and slides open. And since we were there with extended family that was awkward. It was cute. The beds were perfectly comfortable. And again, the area was fabulous. If we hadn't received a great price from Expedia, it would have been overpriced.
- Acacia (10/5): Very welcoming and modern! - It was super cute! Downstairs bar, great lounge area and amazing staff! Everyone was so nice, especially Erica who was our bartender! We got engaged on our trip and she took care of us every time we saw her! The only thing is that it would have been nice to have a little noise in the room, from the A/C because we could hear people in the room next to us.
- Shawn (10/5): Place to stay - Hotel was great, the rooms were not as spacious but the hotel itself and staff were great. Was a last minute booking, but was glad we booked this hotel.
- Dawn (8/5): For the value pretty pleasant stay - Staff exceptional. Lobby amenities very comfortable. Bar and food Room whike comfortable was small. Poor view
- Lisa (8/5): - Great location, friendly staff, fun atmosphere. Only downside was the lack of storage space in the room.
- Jessica (7/5): Good -
- Heidi (10/5): - The Moxy staff was friendly and the stay was wonderful!
- Janesa (6/5): - Not as clean and fresh as I had hoped and as other Moxy’s have been.
- Tacey (10/5): Exceptional - The location is epic and the staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly. The rooms are simple, but the beds are super comfy. The price is pretty reasonable for the location.
- kimberleym2025 (2/5): Awful experience for crazy rate. - Don’t stay at this hotel. My initial room was dirty (I stepped in a contact lens) and there was no a/c. While trying to get into a new room, I learned the rate I was charged was double the rate for the new room. The front desk wouldn’t change the rate, even though I moved to a new room. Front desk not helpful.
- James (10/5): - It was nice and convenient
- Leslie (9/5): Fun place to stay in Cherry Creek. - Location and lively vibe. Expensive valet parking, no coffee in the room, bathroom fan continuously running.
- Tammy (9/5): Welcoming and comfortable - Comfortable, welcoming with a relaxed lounge, fun and interesting but still classy on decorations that celebrate Colorado.
Kevin and Erica both went out of their way assisting me with things and every staff member was friendly N/A
- Patrick (4/5): - The room was extremely small, no fridge, microwave or coffee maker. The bathroom lighting was terrible.
- Debbie (6/5): - No convenient plug-ins for phones, etc.
- Celeste (10/5): - First time staying and loved it. Everyone so friendly and helpful. Will be returning
