Location was near a variety of restaurants. My team had to be on the job site early each day and the breakfast staff was accommodating and friendly. na

As a person in a wheelchair I would like to suggest adding a vanity mirror to the bathroom. The mirror on the wall is too high. For an accessible room the sink is too high. That is why the mirror is too high. Also, the door entering my “accessible room” feels like 40 pounds of pressure. Way too heavy. Regardless, I gave excellent ratings on everything because the staff was so friendly and willing. They seemed to understand my concerns. I will return one day.

Vari, Tangh, Addy, Keesha and everyone at the desk were great !! Great atmosphere and coffee at all times !! My granddaughter, Tyler and I had such a good time. We were on the 3rd floor and what a view ... we got a great view of the canal and the trees were beautiful !! We enjoyed our breakfast every morning and had our coffee out on the deck !! Barb was the hostess and what a sweet personality and so helpful with everything we needed.. she made us feel right at home and made sure everything was good and we had all we needed !!! Just a wonderful pleasant time. Barb also told us some places to visit while we were there !! We went to them and omg just beautiful !! Cons: toilet wouldn't flush beginning 9 pm. When reported to front desk next morning there was not even an apology! Heating system set at 71, room was 76! System alternated between blowing heat and cooled air. Also front desk reported that some rooms didn't have hot water, fortunately ours did. Luggage trolley had flat tires. Management and maintenance are lacking here. Wouldn't stay here again

- fsophia1313 (10/5): GREAT without a vehicle...HOT Breakfast, walkable to gas station and Mellow Mushrooms - Navarious Rosser Operations Supervisor is AMAZING here at the Fairfield by Marriott Yesterday, I arrived too this location in style, I came with what was my missing Mercedes-Benz which is a Honda root beer color. I had just got dropped off to a property where my vehicle was located but the keys were not available for me. I was not sure what I was able to do for sleep as the person at the property did not have full access to all of my belongings immediately. Being a savvy traveler, I called 800-MARRIOTT to get an immediate reservation. The Marriott brand allowed me to sort through some personal issues at their property, and this location at: Fairfield Inn & Suites Atlanta Peachtree City (was that location that I agreed to go to) Not sure what I would experience after getting some gas at a nearby gas station that has a donut shop also right by it. Was I expecting to have some Rest and Relaxation? Yes, and housekeeping even knew it. I wanted to jump start on my chores for my room, so I brought my own linens which I perfectly made sure did not cause dye stains to this hotel’s perfectly white sheets. It is very hard to keep very white sheets very white, but here at 295 Highway 74 North Peachtree City, GA 30269, the sheets and towels are so white that you can tell that the entire staff is supernatural. Only supernatural people can do perfect laundry because who else can keep whites so bright. I decided to check in, and the staff greeted me with kindness. The check-in process varies as some people will need to be charged $20 for an incidental hold and others $70 for using a bank card of their choosing. The choice to use debit or credit cards is solely up to you. If you can, try to get some coins from your bank or some singles just in case your reservation stay is long enough to do some laundry. I was told that coins for laundry can be purchased but it is good to be prepared anyway, because if a large convention or conference comes to town you may never know if the front desk has enough coins in advance based on how many loads each guest will do laundry for (washer, dryers or both); which is about $1.50 per load, this is six quarters (per load that can be adjusted if the dryer allows for extra minutes, generally this is 15 minutes per quarter. My check in process was amazing, so I did not know what other great things to expect. Persons with disabilities, impairments and impediments are allowed to get special VIP styled rooms on floors one, two and three. What makes having an impediment special enough to be a VIP, because you are a very important person and very important professional. We are special if acknowledged as VIPs or not, so the audio and visual styled rooms are intended to assist you and ensure you enjoy your stay (which can be modified based on availability or your schedules). Good thing about this location of 295 Highway 74 North Peachtree City, GA 30269, you are welcomed and treated with respect and warm loving embraces by the entire staff and guests. I am having so much fun meeting the staff I called someone gorgeous and just met two beautiful ladies from housekeeping. I enjoyed both of the ladies tender responses, as I put them on the spot, and they blushed in their own ways. My first goals here were to ask as many questions, and start the TripAdvisor review process and I did just that. I love it when things flow nice and beverages, which are provided with a small amount of citrus is located adjacent to the front reception area. The temperature was perfect, and yes if you want a sweet to go with it ask the front reception team if you can purchase something from their market for a nominal price. The entire property is very lovely including great amenities like a gym (with fresh water), an outdoor pool (with restricted access for guests) and the best thing ever a HOT breakfast that may allow you to get seconds if there is not a morning rush. During rushes, sometimes we should be mindful that it may take the staff time to replenish so less may be best, and wait to see if the staff that oversees that area is about to restock and replenish as needed. There are ample places to park and a pizzeria (Mellow Mushroom) is in walking distance located on the other side of the parking lot. I also could hear tv blaring and the loudest talking til 1am and couldn’t fall asleep. I know that happens sometimes so I didn’t say anything but then when I left this morning I noticed that the room next door was the maintenance room. Sad.

- 811olivere (6/5): Lack of maintenance - This is a nice property with a friendly staff. It’s clean and in a great location. The problem is the pool maintenance. I’ve Ben here from May through July and the pool has never been usable. Murky, dirty water with water bugs swimming around. There is old, rotted patio chairs and no tables, umbrellas or loungers. The outdoor shower leaks down the wall and for most of my stay the underbrush from the wild area adjacent to the pool was growing through the fence. It’s a well built pool just lack of concern from a management position. The Hilton and Hampton hotels in close proximity both have beautiful clean, usable pools.

- Hester (9/5): Would definitely recommend Fairfield Inn. - Nice facility, helpful and courteous staff, wide variety of breakfast choices, good location with nice shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was very helpful to have a room on the first floor for my husband who has some mobility issues. Staff asked if we had a floor preference at check-in and she was able to accommodate us in a first floor room. The AC unit was loud when it cut on/off and woke us multiple times during the night.

- Matt (9/5): Beautiful town, very nice hotel, a little pricey? - So very comfortable. The mattress was firm but comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The lobby/ breakfast area was immaculate. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast had a good variety, and everything was delicious. The area around the hotel is absolutely wonderful. The carpet in the hallway looked a bit beaten and stained. The air conditioner in room 201 rattled loudly. We were moved to another room. The price was high. I had lots of good things to say about the place, but it was still a little too much money.
- Annabelle (2/5): No water pressure - No water pressure, tv remote batteries low or remote not functioning, bed not comfortable, pool closed, breakfast was not like the breakfast pictured… more like La Quinta Breakfast quality. For the price Embassy suites is better quality with better food and functioning amenities with water you can feel that doesn’t dribble on you like a stream that’s dried up.
- Crystal (10/5): King suit. - The shower was huge. They have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash stuck to shower wall. They are in pump bottles. I had to try it to see if it’s better than the little bottles they usually put by sink. And it was much better. Still prefer my own, but I could use theirs when I need to. Room had two TV’s. One by the bed, and one by the couch. Overall happy. Will stay there again.

- Theresa (9/5): Superb - The hotel was booked for my pastor and First Lady anniversary banquet. Everyone went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect for them. I was allowed to go in and put a fruit basket in their room. They were late getting to church because the toilet was stopped up and I was told my the front desk that there was no maintenance person there to help and they had to wait until she was able to leave the front desk to go up there to help them wish I feel is very unacceptable. I asked to be compensated for this and was told no.

The facilities were very clean and nicely appointed. The checkin process was very efficient. The person checking me in could have been a little more welcoming.

There seemed to be a weird smell in the hallway leading to our room, but everything was clean. The staff in the breakfast area were wonderful and friendly. The front desk staff were fine. The hotel was close to our destinations, so convenience was a plus. Weird smell in the hall leading to our room. Front desk clerk at check in seemed bothered. Luggage carts were in pretty bad shape. One was unusable.

Not only did the valet go above and beyond to accommodate and take care of us, but they were also super energetic and fun! I looked forward to talking with them each evening and saying hi each morning. They totally made our stay at Fairfield Inn and suites worth it! Thanks for all the love Steven, Ronald and Clikton! You guys are awesome! Can’t wait to visit again sometime:)
