We had a remodeled room so it was very nice. I like that it had a microwave and mini refrigerator. It also had a desk and chair if you had to do work. I liked that there were black out curtains. Unfortunately there was a device on the ceiling that blinked every minute or so with a green light. We only discovered it when we turned off the lights for bed at 1:00 am at that point we were too tired to call the front desk about the issue. We just went to sleep with the light. It bothered myself but not my daughter who was too tired.

• Troy (6/5): Not a Good Fairfield Inn & Suites - We usually like Fairfield Inns but this one was not great. We stayed so we could enjoy an evening at Symphony on the Prairie. The check in process was great. But the room would not get cool. The fan, even though set to "ON," ran for a few minutes then shut off. All night on and off. The breakfast was less than edible- biscuits were too hard to eat, they only had 1 muffin left (an hour left in service when we got to breakfast), and even the bananas were too green to eat. I told them the AC issue at check out and they said they would "add points to my account" but that hasn't happened.

• Katherine (10/5): Exceptional staff and service - The room was clean and comfortable, and the premises was well maintained, but what really put our stay over the top was the service and the friendly hotel staff! We arrived prior to check in and the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable as our room was prepared, they were very knowledgeable about the events happening around the city, and so friendly throughout our whole stay.

It took half an hour for me to be checked in. Since no gesture of apology was forthcoming (just thank you for your patience) I requested one of the gift bags offered to “members.” “What is your membership number?” I said I didn’t have one, but that I had earned one by this ordeal. I was then given an “Elite Member bag” which contained 2 bottles of water and 1 small chocolate cookie. Really? This is what your “Elite Members” get? But finally we got to a room. The instructions the desk clerk gave me for internet connection did not work. When we checked out, we notified the desk that the handle on the bathroom faucet came off.

The lady working in breakfast area was very friendly. Hotel was clean. Loved our room, comfy bed and beautiful shower. Front desk clerk was the sweetest and we could tell she loved her job, so friendly and helpful. Only negative was the lighting in bathroom wasn’t bright. That’s it!

• Thomson (8/5): Staff are very friendly. - It has several varieties even including lactose free milk. Our room door has a crack. It woke me up in the early morning. The noise mostly came from the workers using the ice machine.

• Natalie (9/5): Pretty great stay! Only small complaints - Customer service was great, room was clean and comfy, room design was awesome. Everything looked great, but some features didn’t work properly after further inspection. The entryway light stopped working after the first day and the toilet lid wasn’t attached completely so it kept shifting around upon sitting on it. Could hear the hallway really clearly anytime anyone talked in it. Otherwise, great services and amenities!

• Z3566FSamantha (10/5): Greatness all around! - The bed was great! I slept like a baby! Room was very clean and the bathroom lighting is really nice and warm. My favorite parts: customer service was outstanding. Everyone is extremely polite and check in went fabulous! The breakfast was awesome! I love their oatmeal nook, and their coffee was wonderful! Thank you for a perfect first stay!
• Whitney (6/5): - The hotel was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. We did have an encounter with one staff member to where she was asking us political questions that made us feel uncomfortable. Just my opinion, but politics should not be discussed or brought up to customers. She was not rude in anyway and was nice. However just an uncalled for conversation.

• chris (10/5): - Everyone at the facility, including the staff and the front desk were all exceptional and very helpful. The breakfast options were presented well and seemed to be of good quality. The gym and the equipment was nice. I did not use the pool but it looked OK overall I think the property is very nice and it’s next to a wonderful Italian restaurant with amazing pizza so there’s a lot to like about this particular location and it is right off the highway as well.

• April (10/5): - Hotel was welcoming when entering after a volleyball tournament; check in was speedy, and the room, including bathroom was clean; the room included a mini fridge and microwave along with coffee and tea maker; shampoo, conditioner and body wash were pump bottles in the shower; the breakfast the next morning included many staple breakfast items such as yogurt, muffins, fruit, oatmeal along with hot items such as biscuits and gravy, potato bites, turkey sausage and scrambled eggs; the waffle iron was available along with toppings, staff was friendly
