• Luc (1/5): een nachtmerrie, nooit meer - niets personeel spreekt geen letter engels of frans ... lekkende verroetse kraan badkamer stond constant onder water (1 cm), instappen met slechte schoenen, personeel vond dit maar normaal zeepbakje: met schimmel in en beestje 2 keer op 8 dagen kamer onderhouden, lieten de raam dan open waardoor 30 vliegen binen geen bekertje voor tandenborstel: moest maar zelf kopen geen fles water (kraanwater niet drinkbaar) ontbijt vies en odermaats TV stond luid te loeien en was niet uit te schakelen, (afstandsbediening zonder batterijen, idem airaco), tv dan maar stuk getrokken

• Albina (5/5): - Расположение отеля замечательное, основные достопримечательности относительно недалеко. Персонал доброжелательный. Имеется рабочий кондиционер, который выручил холодными вечерами. В номере сыро, в ванной комнате плесень, минимум мебели, не хватает крючков для вещей.

• mavlonov (5/5): - the breakfast was very good, the room was warm, location was good (walking distance to the airport shuttle bus station) I think it was a 3-star-hotel before, but not now. If you enter the room, you feel the presence of good quality curtains and other things, but it still looks like an old dormitory room (not hotel). I feel they should pay a little more attention to clean the room properly.

• WilliamGSmall (4/5): Terrible hotel, pick somewhere else. - We were placed at this hotel as part of a package holiday. It was much worse than hotels the company had placed us in previously. I would not recommend booking this hotel if you have a choice. Pros - - Air conditioning in the room. This was actually very helpful, given that we visited in the summer. - Close (by taxi) to lots of major Istanbul tourist attractions and shops. - Cleaning staff friendly and accomodating. Cons - Tiny room and bathroom, bathroom fittings in some disrepair. - Rooms were not fully cleaned during our stay, and our toilet paper was never replaced (we stayed for a week!). - Terrible breakfast. Get breakfast elsewhere. Istanbul is full of lovely Turkish breakfasts. I recommend Limon Kahvalti Evi. - Reception staff completely uninterested in their guests, did not even thank us for staying when we checked out. - Very hard to get a taxi directly to the hotel, as it is in a little warren of crowded streets. However, there is a convenient stopping-point nearby on a major road where you can get picked up. We relied on booking yellow taxis through Uber for our visit, and this worked reasonably well. - Area is apparently unsafe, although we were fine. One of our taxi drivers asked us why we were staying there, as 'there is nothing during the day, and very dangerous at night'. We asked the staff at a local pharmacy if there was anywhere good to eat nearby, and they said no. They were correct. We ate many incredible meals in Istanbul, none within a mile of the hotel. - Unreliable wifi one night.

The furniture is old, The rooms are dirty, there are flies in the room, bad smell also, dirty bed sheets... The personnel is not friendly, they do not speak english. There is no good things to say about this hotel, also the pictures on the internet are not true.
• 997nichitad (2/5): Atention ! Avoid it! - Great expectations by Istanbul, but unfortunely we made a wrong choice about hotel..and foud a dirty, horible one..! Avoid this place. The rooms are very dirty, personnel very arogant, the area looks unsafety, impossible to stay 10 minute inside. We left the hotel immediatly. Stay safety and healty and avoid this hotel.

• Bahaaeddine (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed for 10 nights in the hotel, it was very good stay, the location is amazing, near to aksaray metro station (about 100 meter), near to bus station (about 30 Meter) and near to tramway station (about 200 meter), the staff is very kind and professional, the room was good, breakfast was in my expectations, i am very satisfied, i will visit it again if i go to Istanbul next time

Other workers are really polite and good, even the night times receptionist is good; but the man in the reception for days is really impolite.
• 999cerineb (8/5): Good if you're on a budget - Location was perfect, room was small but I didn't mind that, the view was amazing, and most importantly, it was clean, i stayed there for 2 weeks and they would change the sheets every 2 days. I heard a lot of people saying it wasn't safe out there but I personally didn't see anything that could bother me. Breakfast was basic The staff were really nice I was shocked, I once ran out of water to drink and got up feeling thirsty at 3 am, called them and they brought me water to my room, everyone was super kind. Overall it's a good hotel if you're on a budget, you really can't expect anything better
• PakinamE5 (2/5): Horrible experience - Do not go there. I went with my family to spend the new year there. It was such a BIG MISTAKE. Rooms are too small, we changed the room as it was so old, the water is leaking in the toilet, view from a small window was at the garbage and so dirty. Second room had no window, lots of ANTS everywhere, renovated yet dirty. Receptionist was so annoyed that I’m asking to change the room. Breakfast was in the basement,poor food selection that I went only once and didn’t bother to go again. Location is good but have a big problem, that no cars can enter there, so the taxi had to drop you out and you walk with your luggage. The receptionist told me it’s not safe outside the hotel, yet thank God we were safe during our stay there. I do not recommend this place at all.

• 134assania (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!!! - We went in december 28. We were given a room with absolutely no windows or air circulation when i got in the room there were at least 32 celsius and a strange noise coming from the ceiling, something like a fan accelerating and deccelerating. I went to the reception to tell him about my problem and he sends a guy to close the heater( which i had alrrady done myself) and still it is very hot...at this point everything in thr room is very heated so no difference. I went to the reception multiple times to ask for the AC remote, because it was not in my room and i got the answer that the conditioning is not working during winter ( obviously fake). Finally , after long talks i got the remote for the ac. Now lets go back to the noise( which i hoped was from the water collumn). I ask him to check it he checks and says nothing is wrong he can hear the noise too but he says he already gave me the remote which he has rules not to give!!!as if it has something to do with the noise! I ask him to change my room . He says everything is booked and i should go to sleep inshallah. Inshallah that receptionist shall have the same sleeping conditions all the rest of his life!
• ZickY_13 (6/5): “Need Changes” - The location was easy with public transport. Prices are also said to be cheap and affordable services. If you like to dine this is the place for the sale price is relatively cheap compared to the city of Istanbul. (Good about this hotel) As in expectations after 5 months I came back to istanbul and choose the same inn still has not changed but hotel interiors reveal changes. Although not exhaustive, but it's almost better than ever. This is my second time to stay at this hotel and I find there is a need for improvements in various aspects. However, I am quite satisfied with this change. Even during my stay at this hotel it could not provide breakfast for the renovation process is still ongoing. For me this is one of the beginning for those who want to stay in this hotel. Hopefully this little hotel could improve the quality of services provided. (Need to be improved)
• ZickY_13 (6/5): “Budget Travelers” - A good choice for budget travelers . In terms of the price that is acceptable , but when compared with hotels in the vicinity , it can be easy to handle and can communicate in English . WiFi does not disappoint because it can be used in almost all areas of the hotel and can be accessed from the room even if you are upstairs. (Good about this hotel) Service is very poor. It looks good, but the interior does not reveal it 3 stars. Said 3 -star rating , but it seems it can only be done for a local only. In fact , they can drop the English but still you have to listen very slow so you can understand what they say. (Need to be improved)
• CoralieC87 (2/5): Disgusting and unsafe, do not stay here! - We got bumped here from our original hotel which was full, and were horrified. The doors had huge gouge marks around the locks and we tested the door and were able to get it open from the outside despite it being locked. The bathroom was revolting with mould all over the walls and hadn't been properly cleaned. There were crumbs on the carpet and cigarette burns everywhere, and the room absolutely stunk of smoke. The walls were dirty and stained. The sheets didn't appear to be clean either, but the bed was comfortable...that was about the only good thing. We were meant to be staying 3 more nights but we left and found something nicer.
• DRAPERTH1 (6/5): An average hotel with very good service and location - I stayed at this 3 star hotel by chance !!! I reserved a tour from my country IRAN and I chose a hotel called " GRAND ROSA " , it was very close to the famous Grand Bazar of Istanbul . but I wondered a little bit because the price I paid was lower than which was claimed on the Hotel Site ! Well Who doesnt Like to pay less ?? ;) When we arrived by our agent at the hotel !!! WE DISAPPOINTED !! I am very hard on the hotels I go and It was not what I saw on the net . I found out that this one is " GRAND ROSSA " with double S !! this hotel was smaller and not as beautiful as that Grad Rosa which has a website on net . Let me first tell you the negative points of this hotel : 1 - Not very beautifull hotel 2 - Small rooms ( my room was O.K , corner rooms are bigger ) 3 - at lower levels there was no Air conditioner and it was cooled by a Fan ( working well in september climate ) 4 - higher level rooms had air coinditioning but It didnt turn off during the night so you could get freezed !! Now Good Points : 1 - Very Very Good reception ! they were all very helpfull , I really thank them again here . 2 - room service was good , cleaning the room , change towels and ... every day . 3 - they has safe box at the front Desk 4 - 24 hour free Coffee and Tea at the restaurant 5 - Breakfast was O.K for a 3 star hotel 6 - The most important point ! the LOCATION !! it was very easy to go everywhere . 1st station of metro was very close on the right side of the hotel while On the ground Rail system was very close on left side . Great Location
